Haack noted she hasn’t been “ordered” to pay Hall’s attorney’s fees, “but he’s been asking.” “I’ve already had to give a little something,” she admitted. The reality TV star claimed she has been financially supportive of Hall.
“I gave him money to live, and then he bought a Bentley, but then he also doesn’t have a job,” she noted. “But he drives a Bentley, so I’m sure he’s pulling a lot of chicks.”
Haack’s representative declined to comment when reached by Fox News Digital.

While speaking with Lewis, Haack also noted she and Hall “don’t get along, there’s no getting along. Have you ever seen how I go after him on social? No. Anyways, yeah we don’t get along.”
On Tuesday, Haack called out Hall for his “narcissism” in a scathing post on Instagram after the realtor’s rep released a statement saying it’s “sad Christina must resort to low blows about her ex Josh to promote her new show. She should focus on her new relationship and stop talking about Josh. As the great Mariah Carey once sang, ‘Why you so obsessed with me?’”
The statement was given to Life & Style regarding Haack’s appearance on “Jeff Lewis Live.”

“I prefer privacy, especially during something as life-changing as a divorce I did not ask for,” Hall wrote on Instagram after the divorce news broke. “I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them. Unfortunately, the internet is forever.”

The Petitioner Josh Hall requesting $65,000 per month in Spousal Support from [Christina] on a 2-year, 9-month marriage when he is self-supporting is hardly good faith,” the documents read. “[Josh] just paid $70,000 to pay off the lease on [his] separate property Bentley and so he has no need for spousal support from [Christina].”

However, Hall slammed the claim with a statement shared on social media: “So now @dearmeylaw files legal declarations with lies and assumptions… interesting tactic for someone who is a licensed attorney and took an oath of integrity,” he wrote on his Instagram story at the time. “Pretty sure making provably false statements to a judge is unethical.”
Money issues have seemed to be a reoccurring spot of conflict for the former couple. Haack previously accused Hall of transferring $35,000 from her bank account into his personal account just one day after the divorce filing.
“I would not have asked him to send himself my money the day after I told him we are getting divorced,” Haack stated in court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Jennifer Tilly may own a few luxury items and properties, but that doesn’t mean she considers herself to be wealthy.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told E! News that she doesn’t think of herself as rich, despite receiving a piece of The Simpsons in her divorce settlement from series co-creator Sam Simon in 1991. Still, she acknowledged that many people who have seen her lavish lifestyle on display on the series might believe otherwise.
“I don’t think of myself as rich, but I guess I’m delusional because I do have several properties and a purse, apparently, that cost $33,000,” Tilly, 66, told the outlet. “But actually, it didn’t. It cost $22,000 — which, I’m just setting that straight right now.”
In fact, the Chucky actress said she’s been trying to downplay the price points of some of her more expensive belongings on the show. “I actually did tell them I was wearing a bunch of Bvlgari bracelets and they’re like, ‘Ooh, Jennifer, how much are those? We’d like to put the price at the bottom,’” she recalled. “And I said no.”
She also noted that others might not be aware that she owns a piece of the longest-running animated show. “It’s not a large piece,” Tilly clarified. “My boyfriend and I live very simply in a very small, cluttered house. And yes, there’s a giant house next door, but we don’t go there. So I guess we’re kind of delusional.”

In the Dec. 3 episode of RHOBH, Tilly explained that she was married to Simon, who died from colon cancer in 2015, for seven years. “When we got divorced, I got a piece of The Simpsons in the divorce settlement,” she explained. “Nobody knew that The Simpsons was going to go on for trillions of years!”
She added with a laugh, “Honestly, every day, I’m like, ‘Thank you Sam!’”
Outside of her Simpsons settlement, Tilly has paid her own way as an Oscar-nominated actress whose credits include Bound, Monsters, Inc., and Bullets Over Broadway. However, she is perhaps best known for her role as murderous doll Tiffany Valentine in the Child’s Play franchise.
And, if that wasn’t enough, Tilly is also a professional poker player and has won over $1 million in tournaments as of 2019.

“He’s also involved in the business. Because they’re not in war with one another — and they’ve made that clear — they may not be in love with one another, but they seem to be able to interact with respect. That’s what they’re going to do most likely in their business until one may want to be bought out by the other,” says Chinitz.

“As long as the business is successful and the sales continue to do well, then why not continue to have ownership? Because who does it benefit? It benefits the three children.”
Chinitz also addresses the question of how a prenuptial agreement, if there is one, may factor into the split.
“It’s really interesting because not every couple does a prenup. And yes, [Alba] was successful before she got married. She was a well-known entity. One would expect that they would have a prenup, but even if they did I don’t know that it would make that big of a difference if they both own a company. It’s a community asset.”

Should one party wish to buy the other out of their share of Honest, however, then Chinitz says the company will have to be properly evaluated.
“If you’re going to continue to own the company, run the company, it doesn’t really matter what it’s valued at because you’re not buying out the other party. Valuation gets triggered when one says, ‘You know what? I don’t really want to be a part of this company. I want to cash out.’ You have to do that in a very thoughtful way. But from all reports at the moment, that company could be, I don’t know, anywhere from a half a billion to a billion,” says Chinitz.

The Trigger Warning actress and Warren also share a mansion in Beverly Hills, which they bought in 2017.
“Who wants to live there? That’s the issue,” says Chinitz. “If she decides that she wants to live there, there’s different ways that they could broker resolution. Number one, she could buy him out. If she doesn’t want to buy him out and he doesn’t want to be bought, that house will go on the market, it will be sold and the proceeds will be shared.”
Alternatively, if the house is owned by what Chinitz calls an irrevocable trust, then neither Alba nor Warren technically have ownership over it. Instead, the property belongs to their trust, presumably for the benefit of the children, and they can choose to remain in the house in whatever arrangement they see fit so long as the children are there.

However, “if the house is in a trust and the house gets sold, the proceeds go back into the trust and they can use the proceeds to buy another house. They can use the proceeds to buy two homes as long as it’s owned by the trust,” says Chinitz, who emphasizes that this divorce will likely be one that puts the kids’ wellbeing first.
“It doesn’t seem that they’re at war. They may not want to be married … and it seems like they both have come to the conclusion that the love has either disappeared or dissipated, but their three children sustain their relationship, as do their joint ownership of a company,” she adds.
“By all vision and optics, it looks like they’re going to go down a path of negotiating a resolution. This is not going to be, in my view, a case like some of the more high-profile litigations that we saw, like Kevin Costner’s case or Brad Pitt’s case. This is not going to be, in my view, from all accounts, a case that’s going be litigated. And that’s a good thing,” she says.
