On Monday, Jan. 27, the actress, 52, showed off a new short hairstyle at Schiaparelli’s haute couture spring/summer 2025 runway show. Union posed on the venue’s stone steps in a form-fitting black gown featuring sheer panels and an off-the-shoulder neckline.
At one point, she also wore a long black blazer-style jacket draped over her shoulders. The star kept her accessories low key with a simple pair of black pumps and minimal jewelry.
Her glam, however, was the real standout of the look. In addition to her shockingly short pixie (which featured a dramatic side part and plenty of volume), Union’s makeup solidified the high-fashion moment. Her makeup artist Ngozi Edeme shared a close-up of the beat, which included sparkling bronze eyeshadow, flushed peach cheeks and a neutral lip.

“A high pony for a lady of a certain age is like a facelift,” the actress told PEOPLE exclusively.
“As much as what happens or doesn’t happen with my face is speculated, if you can’t be missing for six months to get a facelift — which I’ve never been missing for six months, get it right — the high pony is going to snatch you here,” she said in reference to the top of the head. “A pony here is going to snatch you here,” she motioned to the middle of the head. “And a low [pony], here,” she said motioning to the back of the neck.
“A high snatched pony is all you need — [and it] don’t cost you a thing,” she added.
