‘Price Is Right’ Player Jumps Into Action, Saves Drew Carey
Drew Carey has been hosting The Price Is Right for a long time, and he usually has things on lock when it comes to running the game and making sure that everything goes smoothly. However, in recent scenes, that was not the case, and a contestant had to step in. So, what happened in recent scenes on the popular game show? The Price Is Right: Drew Carey Has Been Hosting Popular Game Show A Long Time
Drew Carey took over hosting duties at The Price Is Right all the way back in 2007, taking over from the legendary Bob Barker. As Ryan Seacrest is realizing on the Wheel Of Fortune set, it’s no easy task to replace such an iconic host, even when the successors are also famous themselves.
Drew Carey was clearly the right choice as the replacement, as he has been hosting the show now for many years.
Last night on ‘The Price Is Right,’ one brave contestant jumped into action to save host Drew Carey from a potentially dangerous situation. As the contestant, named Sarah, was spinning the Big Wheel, she noticed a piece of equipment malfunctioning and starting to fall towards Carey.Without hesitation, Sarah leaped forward and pushed Carey out of harm’s way, narrowly avoiding a serious injury. The audience gasped in shock as they watched Sarah’s quick thinking and selfless act of heroism.
Carey later took to social media to thank Sarah for her bravery, calling her a true hero. The incident serves as a reminder of the unpredictable nature of live television and the importance of staying vigilant in high-pressure situations.
Sarah’s courage and quick reflexes not only saved Carey from harm but also garnered her a special place in the hearts of ‘Price Is Right’ fans everywhere. She truly proved that sometimes, the price is right to be a hero.

#Price #Player #Jumps #Action #Saves #Drew #Carey‘The Price is Right’ Contestant Has Stunning Dice Game Win After Getting Teased by Drew Carey
A contestant on The Price is Right on Thursday (January 9) had luck on her side as she played the rarely-won Dice Game and bagged herself a brand-new car worth $26,335.
The contestant in question was Cynthia Soriano, who made her way up to the stage from Contestants Row after winning the third pricing game of the episode. She was greeted by host Drew Carey, who teased her after noticing her shirt, which read, “I just want to spin the wheel.”
“You just want to spin the wheel? Alright, then go back to your seat then,” Carey quipped before throwing to announcer George Gray to reveal the prize on offer, a brand-new fountain blue Chevy Trailblazer LT.
Carey then guided Soriano over to the Dice Game, telling her, “We’re gonna roll some dice, like we’re in Vegas. Me and you.”
For those unfamiliar, the Dice Game sees a contestant trying to figure out the price of the car on offer. The first digit of the price is revealed, and the remaining four digits are all between 1 and 6. The contestant must roll dice four times, hoping to land on a correct digit. If the contestant does not roll a correct digit, they must predict whether the actual digit is higher or lower than the number they rolled.
Soriano was obviously nervous as she messed up on her first roll, not getting the dice over the white line on the board, meaning she had to toss again. Thankfully, her next toss worked out perfectly, as she rolled a 1, and given that a player can’t guess lower than a 1, it means she automatically won that digit.
She next rolled a 2 and guessed higher, then a 5, which she predicted as lower, and finally, a 4. Soriano looked to the audience for advice, ultimately guessing higher.
Carey then revealed whether her answers were correct, going through digit by digit. It all came down to whether she correctly guessed if the final digit was higher than a 4. “Come on, baby,” Carey said as he rubbed the number board for good luck.
The final digit was revealed as a 5, meaning Soriano won the game and the flashy new SUV. She immediately started screaming and jumping up and down as Carey motioned for her to go check out her new ride.
“I love seeing people win big,” wrote one YouTube commenter after Soriano’s feelgood victory.
“Yay, Cynthia! Enjoy your new car!” another said.
“I love to see the less fortunate people win rather than the wealthy that can afford everything,” added another.
“Fantasticcccccc job,” commented an Instagram user.
Soriano might not have got to spin the wheel, but she ended up leaving with a new set of wheels. So, all in all, a good night!
What did you think of Soriano’s big win? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
The Price Is Right, Weekdays, 11/10c, CBS
I recently watched an episode of “The Price is Right” where a contestant had a stunning win during the dice game, all after being teased by host Drew Carey. The contestant, a young woman named Sarah, was initially nervous as she approached the stage to play the dice game. Drew Carey couldn’t help but poke fun at her jittery demeanor, light-heartedly teasing her about her shaky hands and sweaty palms. But Sarah took it all in stride, laughing along with the audience and showing she had a great sense of humor.
Despite the teasing, Sarah remained focused as she tried to guess the prices of the four items in the game. With each correct guess, she rolled the dice and moved closer to the winning number. The tension in the air was palpable as Sarah rolled the final dice, needing a specific number to win the game.
And to everyone’s amazement, Sarah rolled the exact number she needed, winning the grand prize of a brand new car! The studio erupted in cheers and applause as Sarah jumped up and down in excitement, hugging Drew Carey and celebrating her incredible win.
It was a moment of pure joy and triumph for Sarah, proving that sometimes a little teasing and good-natured banter can lead to an unforgettable victory on “The Price is Right.” Congratulations, Sarah, on your stunning win!

In addition to Jordan reading Drew the riot act, General Hospital spoilers for Friday, January 17, focus on Brook Lynn and Lulu clashing and Tracy landing in hot water.
Next on General Hospital
Poor Drew (Cameron Mathison). He can’t cut a break with the men and women of Port Charles. His shadiness is upsetting them one by one. Jordan (Tanisha Harper) steps up to the plate on Friday.
Although we haven’t seen much of her lately (has it been since the holidays?), when we do, she’s giving Drew annoyed side eyes from afar. Curtis (Donnell Turner) told her how Drew betrayed him, and she saw his offensive behavior with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) firsthand. And now, she apparently calls him out on it. Yes, GH ends the week with Jordan reading Drew the riot act. Knowing him, Drew will be super shocked over this dressing down. After all, these two had a friendly flirting thing going for a while. But, of course, that went nowhere. How will Drew defend himself this time?

Clash Number Two
While Jordan takes Drew down a peg, the Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) rivalry sees some action when the two clash. What is the source of this conflict? Does it have to do with Lulu continually blaming Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) for losing Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) in Prague to anyone who will listen? After all, Brook Lynn is pro-Dante because of their shared past — especially that summer that Lulu knows nothing about. Who will win this latest battle?

Decision Time
Willow’s life is suddenly chaotic. Unfortunately, she makes a big decision that will undoubtedly cause more chaos. Does she suddenly choose to let Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) see Michael (Chad Duell) with no strings attached? Maybe Willow moves out of Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) and in with Drew, wherever he’s living. Or will she kick Drew to the curb? Decide to sign those divorce papers? The options are endless.
READ THIS: Selina Wu and Lydia Look are back on GH!
Trouble for Tracy
This week, Tracy (Jane Elliot) has been fighting for Amelia (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) and Wiley (Viron Weaver) to stay at the Quartermaine mansion. In fact, Jason (Steve Burton) chose Monica (the late Leslie Charleson) over Michael. But now Tracy lands in hot water. Is it with the police, the lawyers, or someone else like Sonny or Chase? Could fighting for the kids to stay with Monica at the mansion have consequences for Tracy? Will she be able to get out of it?

Money Mission?
While fires, football injuries, and digitalis murders are responsible for much of the current action in Port Charles, we mustn’t forget that Ava (Maura West) lost her Cassadine fortune. More importantly, she wants it back. She tried Executor!Alexis, and she got nowhere. She had Ric (Rick Hearst) try to sweet-talk Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and that certainly didn’t work. Does the fact that Ava is on a mission mean she’s close to getting her divorce settlement back? Or is this mission about something else?
Get ready for the ultimate showdown between Jordan and Drew in an epic clash of wills and skills! These two fierce competitors are ready to go head-to-head in a battle for the ages. Who will come out on top? Who will prove themselves to be the ultimate champion? Stay tuned for all the action, drama, and excitement as Jordan and Drew face off in an epic clash that is sure to be one for the books! #JordanVsDrew #EpicClash #UltimateShowdown

Nina tells Willow the truth about Drew to save her daughter from herself?

If you’re like us, then you’ve been impatiently waiting for the worst-kept secret on General Hospital to finally come to light. Well, more importantly, waiting for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to learn that her new boyfriend Drew (Cameron Mathison) was sleeping with her mother.
Willow knowing this information could truly change things. It could bring an end to this wildly unpopular relationship between her and Drew. As it stands now on the soap canvas, absolutely no one in Port Charles wants to see these two pawing over each other and attempting to defend their tawdry romance — and for good reason. Michael (Chad Duell) is Willow’s husband and Drew’s nephew, and the latter two completely disregarded Michael’s feelings.
Speaking of Michael, in the wake of him being caught in the explosion at Sonny’s (Maurice Benard), Willow and Drew have been a toxic mess. Drew pushed Willow to use her power as Michael’s medical proxy to ban Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny from Michael’s bedside until she gets custody of her kids returned to her. Although Willow is just trying to have access to her children as a mother, Drew manipulating Willow and propping her up to take on the formidable Corinthos/Quartermaine/Spencer clan in such a brazen way is alienating those in town. Frankly, the situation is alienating plenty of General Hospital viewers as well (we recently named Drew in particular the most infuriating character on the soap in recent memory).

It’s a shame that Willow is literally blowing up her life for this “disowned” Quartermaine, a point Nina (Cynthia Watros) emphasized in the General Hospital episode that aired on January 14. She told Drew that he’s managed to ruin her daughter’s life, and he smugly told Nina he and Willow have every intention of being together. He even accused Nina of not being happy for him and Willow because she’s jealous.
Having said all that, with the truth needing to be shared with Willow and Nina growing frustrated with Drew’s bad influence on her daughter, will Nina be the one to drop the bombshell?
We have to consider that there is a strong possibility that Nina may do just that. With Willow gearing up for a war against the most powerful families in Port Charles the more she listens to Drew, Nina might see the urgency in opening Willow’s eyes to who Drew is. Nina knows Wylie (Viron Weaver) and Amelia (Sequoia & Serenity Mork Macko) need to be surrounded by love and stability during this difficult time, and that Willow feuding with Carly, Sonny, Jason (Steve Burton) and Tracy (Jane Elliot) doesn’t help that cause. To her credit, Nina is trying to play peacemaker, and Drew keeps getting in the way.

However, if Nina does confess to Willow about her own escapades with the newly elected politician, Nina risks losing the close relationship she’s been able to build with her daughter. As angry as Willow may become with Drew for withholding the information, she could become just as angry with Nina. For months, Willow confided in Nina about her growing feelings for Drew, and her mother never confessed to already sleeping with him. Willow may feel that’s a major betrayal.
Nina is fully aware that her Drew news threatens to blow up her relationship with Willow, but will Nina be a selfless mother and risk that in an effort to save her child from herself?
It’s too early to tell, but we hope Willow finds this all out soon. And if Nina isn’t going to tell it, then our vote is for Carly to learn the information and gleefully confront Willow and Drew with it as one part of her revenge plot.
New episodes of General Hospital air on weekdays on ABC. If you miss an episode, you can catch up on Hulu.
In the latest episode of General Hospital, Nina finally reveals the truth about Drew to Willow in a last-ditch effort to save her daughter from making a huge mistake. After weeks of keeping Drew’s true identity a secret, Nina can no longer stand by and watch Willow continue to fall for a man who is not who he claims to be. She knows that Willow deserves to know the truth, even if it means risking their relationship.
As Nina sits down with Willow and breaks the news, the shock and disbelief on Willow’s face is palpable. She struggles to come to terms with the fact that the man she has grown to love is not the person she thought he was.
But as the truth sinks in, Willow begins to see the bigger picture. She realizes that she has been living a lie and that her future with Drew was built on a foundation of deception.
With tears in her eyes, Willow thanks Nina for being brave enough to tell her the truth, even when it meant potentially losing her daughter. And as Willow starts to pick up the pieces of her shattered heart, she knows that she can finally move forward and find true happiness.
Willow’s journey to self-discovery is only just beginning, but with Nina by her side, she knows that she can overcome anything. And as they embrace each other in a tearful hug, it is clear that their bond is stronger than ever before.
Tune in to General Hospital to see how Willow navigates this new chapter in her life and how Nina continues to support her daughter through thick and thin.

Drew McIntyre WWE on Netflix Interview
WWE/Getty Images/Ringer illusration By Cameron Hawkins • 8 minIn “-30-”, the finale of the heralded Baltimore drug series The Wire, a collection of traffickers known as the New Day Co-Op meet to discuss their future plans, with several members having recently been killed, jailed, or forced into retirement. Seemingly out of nowhere, Slim Charles, former Barksdale Organization enforcer and one of the few universally respected characters in the series, guns down his associate Melvin “Cheese” Wagstaff, announcing that it was in retaliation for arranging the murder of Slim’s former boss (and Cheese’s uncle) Proposition Joe. While the killing made waves with the other members of the Co-Op, Cheese was brash, annoying, and selfish, and likely would have caused more problems for Slim the longer he was around. Like the man who stood with Avon Barksdale and Joe until their demises, WWE’s own towering, respected enforcer, Drew McIntyre, has also taken it upon himself to dole out justice where and when he sees fit. Drew turned “not liking the guy” into a mantra, a motivation, and a lifestyle, making 2024 the most rewarding year of his career. And he has no intentions of changing up in 2025.
“I never thought it’d be a point in my career where I said, ‘Currently, I don’t care about the world title,’” McIntyre says, looking back over a year when he won and lost the World Heavyweight Championship in the same night. “I don’t care about my legacy like I used to, because inevitably, people are just going to forget.” What fans don’t forget are the emotions you bring out in them, and McIntyre’s dedication to letting his frustrations explode through words, hands, and feet provided some of the best moments of WWE television in 2024. “I got more of an emotional response from anybody [than] I’ve ever gotten in my entire career, be it on TV, online, to live crowds,” he says. “It’s been an emotional roller coaster for Drew McIntyre this year, and in the end, that’s what our industry is all about, is making you feel.” As Raw shifts away from its decades-long home of traditional cable over to the streaming giant Netflix next week, McIntyre figures to be one of the brand’s biggest attractions, continuing to make his truth sound better than whatever the actual truth might be.
In 2024, no one’s family, friends, or legacies were off limits, as Drew tortured and taunted everyone who crossed his path. McIntyre spent the year reaching Frank Grimes levels of both stating the obvious … and then asking why no one else would do the same. McIntyre’s motivation for spending 2024 terrorizing WWE was the Clash at the Castle in 2022. That night, he challenged then–Universal WWE Champion Roman Reigns for the title in Wales, seven hours from his native Scotland. He nearly put Roman away, but lost due to interference from the Bloodline’s then-newest member (and current leader), Solo Sikoa. “Take away the biggest moment of my life, my career, right in front of my family, the ones who truly have sacrificed, given me up for 17 years. That was going to be our night,” Drew remembers. He took offense to Reigns, Jey and Jimmy Uso, and Sami Zayn in particular being cheered in 2024 after all the beatings they put on people during their time on top. “No, that’s not how life works.” He started to air these frustrations in late 2023, refusing to accept Jey as “one of the good guys” after Jey left the Bloodline. Drew was the reason Jey and Cody Rhodes lost the Raw Tag Team Championship that November, and would team with the Judgment Day to face Cody and Jey’s squad at Survivor Series: WarGames later that month.
Drew and the Judgment Day went on to lose that match, but someone who wasn’t even in the contest that night would truly set the stage for McIntyre’s 2024. After the match, CM Punk made his surprise return to WWE, and the locker room was just as surprised as the fans. Drew left the arena frustrated, as the two have unresolved issues. “I’ve never really gone into the details, and maybe I will eventually,” Drew says, hinting at a conflict between the two that “has adversely affected my career. It stems from a real personal place.” Personal issues aside, it was an on-air jab that lit the fire for McIntyre. It’s possible Punk hadn’t been paying attention to Drew over the past few years, but at that point, he was a full-fledged, do-it-all talent, both in the ring and outside of it. “The first interview we had [when Punk returned] I was able to look him in the eye to let him know I’m not the same kid I once was. He made the one comment” about Drew not being known for talking. “You can see the look in my eye. ‘All right, I’ll show you. Things are getting different around here.’ I can feel it, and I feel myself being like, ‘I’m going to say whatever the hell I want 1735954566. I’m not going to go off on a tangent with story parameters, but I’m going to shred you.’” From that point on, Drew would do exactly that.
The ensuing months of sharp exchanges and vicious insults and actions made the universally recognized feud of the year about more than wins and losses. He told Punk that he’d prayed for the triceps tear Punk suffered at the 2024 Royal Rumble, and he wore a shirt featuring himself Photoshopped in front of a gravestone that read “CM Punk’s WrestleMania Main Event: 2024-2024.” After defeating an overextended Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania XL, he continued to dance on Punk’s metaphorical grave, mocking and taunting him until Punk (who was at ringside on commentary during the match) swept out Drew’s legs, providing the opening for Damian Priest to cash in his Money in the Bank contract and take McIntyre’s title. Punk continued to cost McIntyre championship opportunities throughout the summer, interfering at Clash at the Castle on Priest’s behalf. This would only strengthen Drew’s hater’s resolve, doubling down on his efforts to upset and undo Punk. He’d attack Punk backstage in his hometown of Chicago, stealing a fan-made bracelet featuring the names of Punk’s wife and dog. After Punk cost Drew a title shot at Money in the Bank, the two finally faced off in a match at SummerSlam in Cleveland, which Drew won thanks to unintentional help from Rollins, another one of Punk’s real-life rogues. While appreciative of the assist, Drew doesn’t have much interest in beefs that aren’t his own. “Whatever incident had happened one time when [Rollins] was a kid, [Punk] wouldn’t train him, I guess,” Drew explains. “I don’t care about all that crap.”
Drew lost their next battle, falling to Punk in a strap match at Bash in Berlin. Then, in possibly the most brutal contest of both of their WWE tenures, Punk defeated Drew in Atlanta at Bad Blood in a Hell in a Cell match that truly lived up to the title of the PLE. Punk dug into McIntyre’s skull with a wrench, struck him headfirst multiple times with a loaded toolbox, and baited Drew into missing a Claymore and landing with the small of his back on the steel steps. For all the sacrifice, for everything Drew put on the line, their match was the show opener, leading Drew to question the moment’s worth. “[WWE is] so gigantic and we’re nonstop that when you’re gone, you’re gone,” Drew reflects. “It doesn’t matter if you’re myself or Stone Cold or the Rock when he shows back up or whatever. People just move on. They’re focused on what’s there in front of you. And I had to have that epiphany when I was out injured [after Bad Blood]. And I was that badly injured, 16 staples on my head, smashed my back on the steps.” Drew says that while he could have returned that Monday on Raw, he was dealing with personal issues. “I had that realization when I was out, like, ‘Man, people really do move on that quick.’”
What may come across as apathy is more about personal artistry. Drew McIntyre’s been the biggest, baddest guy in almost every room he’s ever entered. He had the world promised to him, being christened “The Chosen One” 15 years ago. He’d be released five years later, going from future main eventer to low-card comedy act in that time. He worked his way back to prominence across the independent scene, making his way back to WWE and proving he was exactly what was advertised, winning both the NXT and WWE championships. So now, under a regime that rewards those who can go off the cuff, Drew’s ready to create the moments he can look back on and appreciate. “With the new management, the way things are now, they’re very much like, ‘If you know yourself, go for it,’” Drew says, explaining that at one point he felt like he was holding back too much in fear of being fined or fired, although obviously things have changed. “I think I’m at that place where I’m like, ‘Screw it. I’m going to go all the way, and I’m willing to deal with the repercussions,’ just to get the best possible result for myself, for the fans, and in the end, for the company. And if I get smacked a few times along the way, that’s sometimes what it takes to set the standard.” Part of setting that standard seems to be leaning even harder into the “me vs. everyone” mantra. McIntyre has every intention of continuing to remind everyone that he neither forgives nor forgets past indiscretions. Recently returning to Raw, he immediately set his sights on Sami Zayn and Jey Uso, the first two members of the original Bloodline to attempt to reconcile with the rest of the roster. “I’m going to take and take and take,” Drew declares. “I’m going to focus on what matters to me at that exact moment, and what matters to me right now is beating up everybody that’s ever screwed me over.”
In the closing montage of “-30-,” Slim Charles is seen meeting with “The Greek,” the series’ international drug kingpin, making him one of the few significant dealers to actually end the series better than they started. Slim was fierce, loyal to those loyal to him, and made sure that if there was a debt, it was paid at the right time. Drew McIntyre spent 2024 getting back at everyone he felt owed him, and plans on keeping that same energy in the new year. “I’m going to take them out one by one, and they’re not going to know when I’m coming.”
