The Philadelphia Eagles are Super Bowl champions after absolutely dominating the Kansas City Chiefs in a 40-22 victory!
Eagles fans took to the streets to celebrate Sunday night into Monday morning.
There were a few tense moments during the celebrations, including fans who carried a toppled light pole as well as other fans who lit several items that appeared to be towels on fire. Police later announced multiple arrests and citations in connection to the incidents involving fans.
The City of Philadelphia posted on the social media platform X saying that the Super Bowl parade will take place on Friday, Feb. 14, 2025.
The Eagles returned to Philadelphia International Airport Monday afternoon where they were greeted by fans. They then traveled to the NovaCare Complex where more fans gathered.

The Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles returned home to a crowd of excited fans on Monday, following their historic victory over the New England Patriots. The team’s plane touched down at Philadelphia International Airport to a sea of green and white jerseys, cheering fans, and waving banners.

The Las Vegas Raiders are about to embark on a new era with Pete Carroll taking over as head coach.
Whether superstar pass rusher Maxx Crosby wants to be along for that ride will be a talking point throughout the new league year.
Crosby’s name figures to come up often in trade speculation leading up to the 2025 NFL Draft in April. And the 27-year-old with 59.5 sacks over six pro seasons is sure to ignite plenty of fodder after posting a cryptic tweet on Saturday afternoon.
“I Will Be A Champion” read the tweet, which ended with a curious choice of emojis: an eagle and a diamond.
With the Philadelphia Eagles gearing up to face the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX next week, you can imagine the response Crosby’s choice of emoji drew from Philly fans.
“If you force a trade to the Eagles you will,” one fan responded to Crosby’s post.
Adding fuel to the fire: The Eagles have a major projected need at pass rusher entering the 2025 season. The Super Bowl will likely be veteran Brandon Graham’s final game in the NFL, starter Josh Sweat’s contract is about to expire, and the team is likely to seek an exit plan from $51 million blunder Bryce Huff.
The Eagles have a star-studded offense, led by Saquon Barkley, A.J. Brown, Jalen Hurts and DeVonta Smith. They also have several rising stars on defense in Jalen Carter, Zack Baun and rookies Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean. Obviously, adding Crosby to this mix would make life absolutely miserable for opposing QBs.
While Crosby talked up Barkley and the Eagles on a recent podcast, none of this is based in any form of reality at this point. The Eagles aren’t courting Crosby a week before they play in the Super Bowl, and Crosby’s next tweet will likely be him trolling fans over what his eagle emoji was meant to represent. He has used the eagle emoji in a variety of contexts, including when discussing his Serbian heritage.
Still, the timing is certainly curious. For now, Eagles fans can dream: Both for a Super Bowl title on Feb. 9 and one of the best pass rushers in football possibly hinting interest in their team.

Chip Kelly is back in the NFL after nearly a decade away.
The Raiders are hiring Kelly as their next offensive coordinator, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Sunday.
Kelly, who served as offensive coordinator for the Ohio State Buckeyes during their run to the 2024 College Football Playoff National Championship, last worked in the NFL as head coach of the San Francisco 49ers in 2016 following a stint as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles from 2013-2015.
He now joins Pete Carroll’s staff in Las Vegas looking to rectify an offense that ranked 29th in scoring during the 2024 campaign.

The Las Vegas Raiders have made a splashy hire, bringing in former Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers head coach Chip Kelly as their new offensive coordinator. Kelly, known for his innovative and fast-paced offensive schemes, will bring a new dynamic to the Raiders’ offense.

Van Wissing adviseert Go Ahead Eagles om FC Twente vanaf de eerste minuut vol onder druk te zetten. “Ze waren het beste toen ze één op één gingen spelen, misschien kun je weer zo beginnen. 29. Rookie wide receiver Xavier Worthy is arguably the team’s top big-play weapon thanks to his straight-line speed. He led all Chiefs receivers with six touchdown catches during the regular season.
30. Tight end Travis Kelce, who’s finishing his 12th season, remains Mahomes’ favorite target in the passing game. He logged a career-low 8.5 yards per catch this year but led the team with 97 receptions.
31. Defensive tackle Chris Jones remains one of the game’s premier interior defenders, leading the Chiefs’ fourth-ranked scoring defense with 61 quarterback pressures. The six-time All-Pro has also racked up nine tackles for loss, serving as the anchor to coordinator Steve Spagnuolo’s unit.

46. The Chiefs have endured the absence of a slew of wideouts, including 2023 standout Rashee Rice, but are otherwise healthy at the skill spots.
47. Right tackle Jawaan Taylor, who sat out Week 18 with a knee injury, is still recovering from that ailment going into the Chiefs’ final week of practice before the big game.

Comedian and Daily Show host Jon Stewart is a huge New York sports fan.
However, he wore Philadelphia Eagles gear to Saturday night’s New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden after losing a bet to Knicks superstar Jalen Brunson.
Back in September 2024, Stewart and Brunson made a friendly wager with each other over the outcome of a New York Giants and Eagles game since they are fans of the teams, respectively.
The terms of the bet? Stewart would wear an Eagles jersey to a Knicks game if Philly won, and Brunson would wear a jersey of Stewart’s choice to MSG.
Well, the Eagles came out on top, so Stewart wore a Saquon Barkley Eagles jersey to Saturday night’s Knicks game… a double wammy for a Giants fan.
Brunson gave Stewart a hug at the game, as he was surely elated to see his beloved Eagles repped at a Knicks game before the team plays in next Sunday’s Super Bowl.
As for Stewart, he sure looked miserable, but good for him for being a good sport and honoring the terms of the bet!
