After a few interviews citing his desire to slow down from his wild past, it seems like there was a valid reason for Koe Wetzel to want to settle down both on the road and in the studio. Today, it was announced via his partner, Bailey Fisher, that she and the “High Road” singer are expecting a baby girl.
An hour ago, Fisher took to Instagram to announce that the two were expecting a child, with the caption reading, “Our sweetest blessing. Just overhalfway with the baby girl.”
Famously, Wetzel has kept his dating life incredibly private throughout his career, rarely talking about his love life both on social media and in interviews. With that being said, Wetzel and Fisher have been together on and off since at least 2014, However, judging by this Instagram photo posted by Fisher back on December 26, 2019, it seems like the two have been seeing each other consistently since then.
According to Fisher, she’s halfway through her pregnancy, meaning the pair should be expecting their baby girl around late springtime. As of now, Koe himself has yet to publicly announce that he and Fisher are expecting on any of his social media accounts.

A storm system that brought rain and snow to Southern California will move into Texas and the South by Wednesday, bringing flash flood and severe weather threat.
The storm’s highest rain total was in Santa Barbara County, which saw 2.23 inches. Los Angeles County saw 1.62 inches and Santa Monica had 1.38 inches. Totals were less than an inch at Los Angeles International Airport and in Downtown Los Angeles.
Western storm will reemerge in southern Plains states by late afternoon on Wednesday, into the overnight hours with severe weather possible for central and northern Texas, including Dallas.
In addition, this storm system will bring very heavy rain and flash flood threat from Texas to western Kentucky, including Dallas, Texas; Little Rock, Arkansas; Memphis, Tennessee, and Paducah, Kentucky.
Locally some areas could see more than 4 inches of rain, this will lead to flash flooding on Thursday.
Snow squalls in the Northeast and Midwest
Several quick moving storm systems combined with the lake effect, will bring strong winds and snow to parts of the Great Lakes and Northeast today into Thursday.
Early on Tuesday, a snow squall warning was issued for Syracuse, New York, where visibility was dropping close to zero in spots.
At least five states this morning are under snow and wind alerts from the Midwest to the Northeast.
The heaviest snow and strongest winds will be from northern Michigan to western Pennsylvania and New York and into northern New England, where locally a foot of snow is forecast with wind gusts near 60 mph.
Whiteout conditions are possible in some of these heavier snow bands.
Further south and east, for the I-95 corridor, a dusting to 1 inch of snow is possible from Hudson Valley in New York to Connecticut and Massachusetts. Boston and Hartford could see the snow.
South under severe weather and flash flood threat, Northeast expecting snow
The South is bracing for severe weather and flash floods as a powerful storm system moves through the region. States such as Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama are under a heightened risk for severe thunderstorms, damaging winds, and heavy rainfall.
Residents are urged to stay weather aware and be prepared for rapidly changing conditions. Flash flood watches and warnings have been issued for several areas, with the potential for significant rainfall totals.
Meanwhile, in the Northeast, a separate weather system is expected to bring snowfall to parts of New York, Pennsylvania, and New England. Winter weather advisories and snowfall warnings have been issued, with several inches of snow expected in some areas.
Travel disruptions are possible, so residents are advised to check for updates and exercise caution while traveling. Stay safe and stay informed during these weather events.
Documents for bond offering indicate operations won’t begin in time for LA Olympics

LAS VEGAS — Brightline West no longer expects to launch operations in time to capitalize on visitors to the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, according to a company bond offering.
KTNV-TV reports that the 1,200 pages of documents related to that bond offering indicate that passenger service is now likely to begin in December 2028.
The bond offering is aiming to raise about $2.5 billion through the bond offering for the estimated $12.4 billion project. The company and Federal Railroad Administration have already signed off on a $3 billion federal grant [see “FRA finalizes …,” Trains News Wire, Sept. 26, 2024].
While the company has yet to finalize its ticketing strategy, the documents project the average one-way fare will be $119, or $133 for a premium ticket.

Tom Parker’s widow, Kelsey Parker, is pregnant and expecting a baby with boyfriend Will Lindsay.
“Tom and I always said we wanted four, but life had other plans,” Kelsey, 34, told the U.K.’s The Mirror in an interview published on Sunday, January 26. “So yes, this is amazing but also bittersweet. The joys of finding out I’m pregnant and moving forward with my life, while thinking, ‘My life could have been so different.’ I’ve felt every emotion under the sun.”
Kelsey was married to Tom, best known as one of the members of boy band The Wanted, until his death in 2022. Tom, who was 33 at the time, had suffered from an inoperable brain tumor. He is survived by Kelsey and their two children: Aurelia, 5, and Bodhi, 4.
After grieving Tom’s death, Kelsey eventually found love again with tree surgeon Lindsay, 27, last year. They now live together in what was her family home with the late singer.
“Tom and I had a house before, which we had the kids and got married in. We moved into my current home in September 2021, and Tom only had eight months in this place, but I feel like he picked it for me,” she told the British outlet. “Will gradually moved in. There wasn’t a specific date, but he moved in when it felt right for all of us. Right now, we don’t have any plans to move elsewhere and we’ve made this our home.”
Kelsey further referred to her current pregnancy as a “happy accident” and noted that she and Lindsay have not yet found out the baby’s sex.
“We’re undecided on whether we’re going to look at [the sex reveal document] yet. We’re just going to see how the journey goes,” she said, adding she believes that Tom sent his approval from the great beyond. “I’m very spiritual and so is Will. Especially after he lost his dad, he believes in signs from loved ones, like me — and I’ve had so many from Tom. Will’s seen them too. He doesn’t think I’m crazy.”
According to Kelsey, she and Lindsay often discuss Tom at home. Daughter Aurelia even floated the name “Parker” as a tribute to her father.
“For me, I feel like everything’s meant to be. I’m just trying to find joy,” Kelsey said. “I love my children — they’ve got me through the worst times. So I feel like I’ve been blessed with another. If I dwelled on everything that’s happened, I wouldn’t be here. Tom was my soulmate. I’m still angry he’s gone. But I can’t live in sadness. Tom wouldn’t want that.”
Kelsey also informed Tom’s mother, Noreen, about her pregnancy news.
“Tom’s mum gave me her blessing instantly,” Kelsey added. “She can’t wait to have another grandchild. All I care about is that both our families and Tom’s family are happy. Noreen is the most amazing lady. After Tom passed, she said to me, ‘As long as you’re happy Kels, whatever you do, we will always support you and be happy for you.’ We’ve all been through so much together.”

PEOPLE can exclusively confirm the country singer’s happy news after she teased her pregnancy in her new “Those Kind of Women” music video, which premiered on Wednesday, Jan. 22.
“[I didn’t know] I can love something that I haven’t even really held yet. I feel the baby inside me, and it’s kicking me and doing all of the things. It’s like I was the Grinch or something, and my heart grew,” Alaina, 30, tells PEOPLE of expecting a child with her husband Cam Arnold.
Alaina — who married Arnold in February of last year — says the pregnancy has “bonded” them “even more” than their marriage did. But even before marrying him, Alaina sensed Arnold would make a great father one day.

Before she learned of her pregnancy, Alaina and Arnold had planned to start trying for a baby at the end of 2025 — but mother nature had other plans.
“Now I’m scared because I don’t feel like I passed any sort of test. They don’t make you take a test on being a mom. It’s crazy. People are like, ‘What’s your plan with the birth? And what’s your plan here?” And I’m like, listen, ‘God’s plan. It wasn’t my plan,’ ” she says, adding that she’s been asking her own mom and friends with kids for advice.

Since they got the news, the baby has been a source of joy for Alaina’s family after her father’s death in July.
“I do think that my dad passed away and got up in heaven and was like, ‘Hey, we got to work something out down there to send the family something good.’ And it has been such an unexpected blessing,” she says. “We obviously still talk about and are dealing with the grief of my dad, but this baby has healed a lot of that for us … like it’s a little piece of my dad that will live on.”
The couple already has a name picked out for their little one, and though they’re not ready to reveal the sex yet, Alaina says their baby will be named after a family member.
As for her pregnancy, Alaina feels fortunate that she hasn’t felt “any sickness” yet, but she’s experiencing “a level of tiredness that I did not know existed in this world.” Her cravings have been manageable, too. For her 30th birthday in November, she treated herself to an indulgence she’d been hankering for weeks.

“On my actual birthday, my husband asked me what I wanted to do, and I told him I just wanted to stay home with him and to have dinner. The only thing I have craved this whole pregnancy, he made me for dinner. We had a fire out back, and we had chili cheese dogs,” she says, quipping: “I fought the urge for a while. And finally when I ate a bite of this chili cheese dog, when I tell you I had an emotional response, I almost cried. I literally almost cried over the hot dog.”
Alaina pointed to her pregnancy at the end of the music video for her new single “Those Kind of Women.” She wrote the track before she found out she was pregnant — and it has since taken on a whole new meaning.
“It’s all about the women who raised me… I was really fortunate to be raised around a bunch of very strong women. And when we cut this song, when we recorded this song, I was not pregnant nor thinking about becoming pregnant,” Alaina says.
She adds, “It’s funny how things fell into place. It literally changed the song for me. I already loved it, because it’s about the women who raised me. But, now I am going to be a woman raising a child.”

In the full-circle music video, Alaina debuts her bump for the first time — though it wasn’t actually hers.
“When we shot the video, I barely had a bump. So I actually put a [fake] bump over my pregnant bump to make it bigger so that people knew what was happening visually,” she says. “So, I wore a baby bump for my music video, which is hilarious. Now that it’s coming out, I look pretty close to what it looks like in the video.”

“I’m so grateful because I just couldn’t imagine a better life partner to do life with first and foremost,” says the former Miss Universe, who’s now 16 weeks pregnant. “To be able to raise a little tiny human being together. I’m so grateful that Tim is my husband… that we get to do parenting together.”

The former NFL quarterback, who was calling in from Dallas amid his college football playoff responsibilities, says the thought of becoming a dad hasn’t yet settled in completely. “But when I’m with her and I see the belly growing, then it just becomes so real,” he raves.
“I feel like every time I say, ‘Tim’s going to be a dad!’ it feels so surreal,” Demi-Leigh adds, who notes they’re coming up on celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary on Jan. 20.
The soon-to-be parents then rattled off sweet words to each other about why they’d make a great mom and dad. Tim, who without hesitation volunteered to go first, says his wife “is going to be a fierce defender and protector.”
He explains, “She will be extremely loyal and loving. Demi is someone that is extremely determined. When she sets her mind to something, she goes all the way in — and I know that she will do that as a mom, too.”

Demi says Tim is “extremely gracious,” which is why he is such a great husband and will make him “such a great dad.” She explains, “Our Savior gave us the ultimate amount of grace, and I see Tim live that out as a walking example every single day… that is something that will be so instrumental.”
“Tim is one of the most thoughtful people. He is literally one of the best gift-givers I have ever met,” she continues. “I just think that he’s one of the wisest people I have met — and I know that’s a bold statement to make, but I truly believe it. Just in the way that he approaches every single day.”

Demi says Tim’s “thoughtfulness” and “how he seeks out wise counsel” is what she’s “learned” from him and hopes to instill those traits in their baby. “I’m excited to be able to teach to our child one day,” she adds.
As for how she’s feeling at this stage in her pregnancy journey, Demi says she’s “feeling a lot better” compared to her first trimester, which she admits “wasn’t super fun” at the time. “The amount of tiredness that you feel is just unfathomable,” she’s learned.

Still, Demi shares, “I have loved being pregnant… I have gained the absolute just new respect for moms, especially moms that are working.” She credits being “gracious” to herself, “knowing that this is the most important thing that my body can do right now,” she says.
When Tim found out the news of his wife’s pregnancy, he recalls it completely changing his perspective on how he viewed life. “It’s just amazing how it also reprioritizes and changes what you put an emphasis on and what you value most,” he says of his new responsibility.
“News like that just supersedes the level of importance and the level of joy that you have,” he adds. “It’s just so cool.”
