Connection Method （Type-C/ HDMI+USB-A）
Type-C
If your laptop has two full-featured Type-C ports, just use two Type-C to Type-C cable, then you can make it work.
HDMI+USB-A
1. When using an HDMI cable + USB-A cable, please make sure to connect the HDMI cable to the port labeled “HDMI” on the back of the product.
2. If you are unable to achieve a successful connection using a Type-C cable, it may be because your USB-C port is not a fully functional USB-C port. In this case, please choose the connection method using an HDMI cable + USB-A cable.
3.If the charging port of your laptop is occupied, you can use a 5V/2A external power supply to connect to the port labeled “TYPE-C” on the back of the screen to power your laptop when it needs to be charged.
4.If the screen keeps flickering after successful connection, it means that the power supply to the port of your laptop is insufficient. You can check if your laptop has sufficient power. If your laptop has enough power, you can also use a 5V/2A external power supply to connect to the port labeled “TYPE-C” on the back of the screen to power the screen.
5.If your TYPE-C port is not a full-featured TYPE-C port, or if your laptop does not have a TYPE-C port, or if you encounter any issues during the connection process, please consult.
Something you should know before you buy
Macbook Pro/Air with M1/M2 chips is not directly compatible with this triple screen monitor. You will need an H5 Video Signal conversion cable(driver needed) to make all screens work at the same time. If you laptop don’t have enough full-featured Type-C ports(support video and power delivery at the same time), you also need the H5 Video Signal conversion cable.
