February’s full moon will shine before Valentine’s Day with an added bonus view of Venus — named after the Roman goddess of love — during the month’s rare planetary parade.
Stargazers are in for a treat this month, besides the snow moon, the planet Venus will shine at its brightest for the year after sunset, according to NASA. Then Mars and Jupiter will rule the nighttime skyline, with a pop-in from Mercury and a fainter view of Saturn.
Here’s all about February’s full moon and how to watch the planetary parade.
When is the next full moon in February 2025?
The next full moon is on Wednesday, Feb. 12, with peak illumination at 8:53 a.m. Eastern. The best view of this moon will be the night before of night after, according to the Almanac.

What are the moon phases for February 2025?
First Quarter: Feb. 5.
Full Moon: Feb. 12.
Last Quarter: Feb. 20.
New Moon: Feb. 28.
Why is the February moon called the snow moon?
The February moon is also known as the snow moon according to the Old Farmer’s Almanac, a reference to the typically heavy snowfall that occurs in that month.
In the 1760s, Captain Jonathan Carver visited a Native American tribe and wrote the snow moon was so named “because more snow commonly falls during this month than any other in the winter.”
When is the planetary parade in February 2025?
This February brings a rare planetary alignment that will gather five bright planets into clear view — Venus, Jupiter, Mars, Mercury, and Saturn. The next similar alignment is expected to occur in October 2028.
The most prominent of the five planets is Venus, which is already visible and shining in the west-southwest sky at dusk and will continue at peak brightness throughout the month of February.
To find Saturn, simply look toward Venus and extend an imaginary line straight downward — the first bright star-like object you come across will be Saturn. It will be most visible during the first two weeks of February, becoming more difficult later in the month.
Jupiter, the largest planet in the solar system, will appear high in the south at dusk, the silvery-white planet will appear accompanied by two famous naked-eye star clusters, the Pleiades and Hyades.
Look halfway up in the eastern sky for orange-yellow Mars, which comes into view as night falls. It will be accompanied by the “Twin Stars” of Gemini, Pollux and Castor.
The smallest planet, Mercury, will become visible during the final week of the month. It will set just over an hour after the sun on Feb. 24.
On Feb. 24, Mercury will be in conjunction with Saturn and offer the best chance to see all five evening planets at once according to Space.com. Start looking about 30 minutes after sunset.
When is the full moon in March 2025?
The full moon in March, also known as the worm moon should reach peak illumination by Friday, March 14, 2025.
Maria Francis is a Pennsylvania-based journalist with the Mid-Atlantic Connect Team.
When is the next full moon in February 2025? Mark your calendars for February 11th, 2025, when the next full moon will illuminate the night sky.
But that’s not all – this full moon will coincide with a rare celestial event known as a planetary parade. A planetary parade occurs when multiple planets line up in the sky, creating a stunning display of celestial beauty.
To watch the planetary parade during the next full moon in February 2025, find a location with clear skies and minimal light pollution. Look towards the eastern horizon just after sunset to catch a glimpse of the planets as they align in the sky.
Grab a pair of binoculars or a telescope for an even better view of the planets and their unique features. Don’t miss this opportunity to witness the beauty of the night sky and the wonders of our solar system during the next full moon in February 2025.
Black Sabbath previously played a farewell concert in 2017
Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath are reuniting for one last time, to play a fund-raising concert in Birmingham on 5 July.
The heavy metal pioneers will headline a spectacular one-day festival at Villa Park, featuring dozens of bands they inspired, including Metallica, Pantera, Slayer, Gojira and Anthrax.
The concert will mark the first time that Black Sabbath’s original line-up – Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward – have played together in 20 years.
Osbourne, who has largely been forced to stop touring due to a combination of Parkinson’s and spinal injuries, will play a short solo set before joining his bandmates.
His wife, Sharon, told BBC News he was determined to put on one final show.
“He’s doing great. He’s doing really great,” she said. “He’s so excited about this, about being with the guys again and all his friends. It’s exciting for everyone.”
However, she said the concert would definitively be the 76-year-old’s final show.
“Ozzy didn’t have a chance to say goodbye to his friends, to his fans, and he feels there’s no been no full stop.
“This is his full stop.”
Heavy metal icons
The concert, dubbed Back To The Beginning, was announced at Villa Park on Wednesday by Sharon, and Black Sabbath’s Tony Iommi.
Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello, who is serving as the event’s musical director, said it would be “the greatest heavy metal show ever”.
Proceeds from the show will support Cure Parkinson’s, the Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Acorn Children’s Hospice, a Children’s Hospice supported by Aston Villa.
Other acts on the line-up include Alice In Chains, Halestorm, Lamb Of God and Mastodon.
In addition, the concert will feature a “supergroup”, with stars like Billy Corgan, Slash, Fred Durst, Wolfgang Van Halen and Tom Morello.
“It’s an endless amount of people,” said Sharon Osbourne. “They’re going to be doing some Sabbath songs, some Ozzy songs, and they’ll all mix together.
“Different little groups will be coming on, but they’re all icons.”

Black Sabbath are widely regarded as the inventors of heavy metal
Black Sabbath formed in 1968, and held their first rehearsal at Newtown Community Centre, a stone’s throw from Villa Park.
They previously played a farewell show to a sold out audience of 16,000 people at the city’s NEC Arena in 2017.
The set consisted mainly of songs from their early days – including War Pigs, N.I.B and Black Sabbath – before finishing on their breakthrough hit and signature song, Paranoid.
The concert came at the end of an extensive, 81-date world tour, and Osbourne thanked the fans for their support over the band’s career.
“I’ve got to tell you something, what a journey we’ve all had,” he said.
“We started this in 1968 and now it’s 2017 – I don’t believe that, man. But you know what? We wouldn’t survive if it wasn’t for the fan base. So if you’re a veteran fan, great. If you’re new, welcome. But I can’t tell you enough how grateful we are for your support.”
Following that concert, Osbourne released two solo albums – Ordinary Man and Patient Number 9. However, he suffered a spinal injury in 2003 after a crash involving an ATV, exacerbated by a late-night fall in 2019, that required several rounds of extensive surgery.
He revealed his Parkinson’s diagnosis in 2020 and largely stepped back from touring after playing the closing ceremony of the Commonwealth Games in 2022.
“I’m taking it one day at a time, and if I can perform again, I will,” he said. “But it’s been like saying farewell to the best relationship of my life.”
He added: “I’m not going to get up there and do a half-hearted Ozzy looking for sympathy. What’s the [expletive] point in that? I’m not going up there in a [expletive] wheelchair.”
“This is his full stop”
Today, we celebrate the end of an era as we bid farewell to a colleague who has been an integral part of our team for many years. His dedication, hard work, and positive attitude have left a lasting impact on all of us.
As he moves on to new opportunities and adventures, we want to thank him for his contributions and wish him all the best in his future endeavors. This is not goodbye, but rather a new chapter in his life.
We will miss his presence, his humor, and his valuable insights. But we know that he is ready for this next chapter and we are excited to see what the future holds for him.
So here’s to our colleague, our friend, and a true professional. This is his full stop, but we know that his story is far from over. Cheers to new beginnings and endless possibilities!
TALLAHASSEE, Florida — Gov. Ron DeSantis and Florida’s GOP-controlled Legislature disagree over key pieces of newly passed immigration legislation. But they appear to align on teachers and campus police officers being part of the state’s “all-hands-on-deck” plan to aid federal immigration enforcement.
While the exact role, if any, that school employees will play in that enforcement remains unclear – as does whether the bill will even become law – the measures proposed in Florida would ensure that campus doors are open to immigration authorities under a Trump administration that wants the option on the table.
“There’s no bar in the state of Florida for conducting immigration enforcement operations,” DeSantis said Wednesday during an event in Fort Meyers.
The passed legislation would require scores of government employees across the state to cooperate with Trump’s immigration enforcement efforts to the “fullest extent possible,” a charge that includes local teachers, school social workers and campus safety officers.
DeSantis plans to veto the legislation thanks to a conflict with state lawmakers over the bill’s scope, but he has been supportive of the concept of immigration enforcement possibly taking place in schools.
As angst swells over possible on-campus arrests in the country, Democrats argued schools should be off limits.
“Everyone wants dangerous criminals off the streets, but these are kids that we want to protect,” said state Rep. Robin Bartleman, a Weston Democrat. “It just seems like schools should be a safe place.”
During this week’s special session, Democrats needled Republicans over the issue, attempting to determine exactly what the “fullest extent” of immigration enforcement could mean for employees in local schools.
According to state Rep. Lawrence McClure, a Dover Republican who sponsored the House bill, it would compel them to “answer questions and investigative processes honestly.”
“To the fullest extent, in my opinion, is you give it your all,” McClure said on the House floor Tuesday. “You cooperate to the best of your ability.”
These responsibilities, though, could go further depending on what, if any, direction comes down from the Trump administration, as McClure explained after one Democrat asked if a teacher or social worker would have a duty to report a kindergarten student to ICE. School districts, under federal law, are prohibited from asking about a parent or child’s citizenship or immigration status for enrollment purposes, something Democrats say only adds to the uncertainty hanging over campuses.
“So long as it’s not privileged or other legal reasons why, the answer to all of these questions is yes,” McClure said. “To the extent that the federal government asks our folks here in Florida to cooperate, then yes.”
Democrats, despite their small minorities in both chambers, fought to scale back the bill by carving out schools and churches, attempting to create protections in state law similar to those created by the Biden administration and pulled back by Trump this month. Their proposed amendments were rejected by the GOP-dominated Legislature.
“The Trump administration lifted the policy restricting immigration enforcement in sensitive areas like public schools and religious institutions for a reason,” said Orlando Democratic Sen. Carlos Guillermo Smith, who introduced one amendment. “They plan on going in there.”
There have been no reported immigration raids or arrests in Florida schools or on campuses across the country so far. Schools in Florida are bracing for the possibility by putting out guidance for how officials should handle federal authorities showing up to campus and warning them not to interfere.
Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, this week said that any potential immigration raids in schools would be vetted on a “case-by-case basis” if there was a national security or public safety threat, noting that “it’s never a zero game.” On one hand, Homan has said that children “shouldn’t have to fear ICE agents walking into an elementary school to arrest them,” yet he also implied that undocumented parents in the school pickup line are “not off the table either.”
“It shouldn’t be a chilling effect unless their child is a terrorist or a national security threat,” Homan said during an interview Monday with CNN.
“They’re in the country illegally — they’ve got a problem,” Homan added when asked about parents. “It’s not OK to enter this country illegally, it’s a crime.”
These sentiments have been echoed by DeSantis, who has pressed for Florida to staunchly aid Trump’s immigration enforcement efforts. Although the GOP governor is locked into a bitter feud with the Legislature over policy differences in their bill, DeSantis said he’s on board with potential arrests in Florida schools.
“We will affirmatively assist these operations across the state,” DeSantis said Wednesday. “It will probably be more dependent on them to see how they want to go in or what they want to do.”
“What Biden did, they said you can’t do sensitive [areas], and they drew big circles around any church, any school. The problem is, once you’ve done that, there’s almost no place that you can do it,” DeSantis added. “You could conduct a raid in the woods somewhere.”
Florida recently passed a controversial bill that allows school officials to ask students and their parents about their immigration status. This move has sparked outrage among immigrant rights activists and advocates, who fear that it will lead to increased discrimination and racial profiling in schools.
The bill, known as SB 168, gives school officials the authority to request information about a student’s immigration status and report it to immigration authorities if they suspect that the student is undocumented. Supporters of the bill argue that it is necessary to ensure the safety of students and prevent criminals from entering schools.
However, critics of the bill argue that it will have a chilling effect on immigrant families, leading to increased fear and distrust of school officials. They also point out that immigration enforcement is not the responsibility of schools, and that this bill will only serve to further undermine the trust between immigrant communities and law enforcement.
Despite the controversy, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has signed the bill into law, signaling the state’s full steam ahead approach to immigration enforcement in schools. It remains to be seen how this new law will impact immigrant students and families in Florida, but one thing is clear – the fight for immigrant rights in the state is far from over.
In Miami, Cardi B pulls up in a cruise ship. But tonight in L.A., she’s pulling up to the 2025 Grammys.
The rapper attended the 67th annual award show at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on Feb. 2. For the event, Cardi wore a gold and black Roberto Cavalli dress, made complete with glamorous feather details at the bottom. (See more stars’ red carpet looks here).
While the 32-year-old has yet to release a second album, she’s previously noted one is in the works.
“Next year, my album will be out,” Cardi said in a November 2024 Instagram video. “My secret businesses will be out. Shhhh, I can’t tell you what I’m working on. Hopefully next year, I get me a little boyfriend.”
Cardi B always knows how to make a statement on the red carpet, and her latest look is no exception. The rapper stepped out in a stunning gown adorned with feathers that had everyone talking.
The vibrant red feathers cascaded down the dress, creating a dramatic and eye-catching look. Paired with sleek hair and bold makeup, Cardi B truly stood out among the crowd.
Feathers have been a popular trend on the red carpet recently, and Cardi B’s take on the trend is nothing short of fabulous. She always knows how to push the boundaries and take fashion risks, and this look is no different.
Whether you love or hate Cardi B’s bold style, you can’t deny that she always brings the drama on the red carpet. And with this feathered look, she definitely stole the show.
The Los Angeles Lakers will be taking on the New York Knicks later today in what should be a battle between the two largest markets in the NBA. However, this game will be missing some real firepower to it.
Lakers star big man Anthony Davis remains out due to a strained abdominal muscle that he suffered earlier in the week. Los Angeles has played one full game without him so far and he will likely be re-evaluated in a week.
Without Davis, the entire gameplan of the Lakers changes, especially as they go up against the Knicks. New York has good length in the frontcourt with Karl-Anthony Towns so Los Angeles will need to figure out how to defend him.
Davis helps the Lakers out on both ends of the floor, giving them elite two-way player every time he steps on the court. Without him, players such as LeBron James, Austin Reaves, and others will need to heavily step up if they want to take down the Knicks.
Luckily for the Lakers, it seems that the other injuries on the team aren’t too serious. Both wing defender Dorian Finney-Smith and guard Gabe Vincent were listed as questionable for this game against New York. But they have both been upgraded to probable, giving good signs that they could end up suiting up for the game.
Lakers updates: Dorian Finney-Smith (right shoulder contusion) and Gabe Vincent (left knee contusion) have been upgraded to PROBABLE for tonight’s game at New York.
It will be all hands on deck as the Lakers try to defeat the Knicks today. New York is one of the better teams across the NBA so the Lakers will have their hands full trying to deal with them.
But playing in Madison Square Garden should get this Lakers team hyped up as it’s one of the best arenas that the sport has to offer. Players love to play there and silencing the New York crowd is one of the more fun things for opponents to do.
Even without Davis in the lineup, the Lakers have the firepower to take down the Knicks. It won’t be easy but a total team effort could get the job done.
For the latest Los Angeles Lakers news and notes, stay glued to Lakers On SI.
As the Los Angeles Lakers gear up to face off against the New York Knicks, fans are eagerly awaiting news on whether star player Anthony Davis will be taking the court. The Lakers have just released their full injury report, and it looks like Davis is listed as questionable for the game.
Davis has been dealing with a lingering ankle injury that has kept him out of several recent games. While he has been making progress in his recovery, his status for the upcoming matchup against the Knicks remains uncertain.
Fans will have to wait and see whether Davis will be given the green light to play or if he will be sidelined once again. Either way, the Lakers will need to rely on their depth and teamwork to secure a victory in his absence if necessary.
Stay tuned for updates on Anthony Davis’ playing status and be sure to tune in to see how the Lakers fare against the Knicks in what is sure to be an exciting game.

One Royal Rumble match feels as unpredictable as ever and the other appears to have one truly logical choice for who punches their ticket to a world championship chance in a main event at WrestleMania.
Careers with be made at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday (6 p.m. Peacock) as the road to WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas begins.
Royal Rumble winners can be one of the potentially most polarizing — or sometimes universally loved decisions WWE can make.
The Post’s pro wrestling columnist Joseph Staszewski tries his best to predict how it will all play out when the bell rings.
2025 WWE Royal Rumble full match card
DIY (Johny Gargano and Tomas Ciampa) over Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelly and Chris Sabin) to retain the WWE tag team championships (Two-Out-Of-Three Falls)
Motor City Machine Guns have been a breath of fresh air to the WWE tag team division and just the fact that a two-out-of-three falls championship match is on a major premium live event is a big step forward over the past year-plus in the division.
DIY took the belts off MCMG in early January as Gargano deceived them with kindness before ultimately turning heel with Ciampa for the first time. Since then, DIY has been using Pretty Deadly to run interference to keep MCMG away from their championships — including them crashing the team’s last match on the Dec. 6 SmackDown.
While Pretty Deadly keeps getting warned they are being played — with DIY dangling an eventual title shot for them — they moved closer to fully accepting it on SmackDown.
This could go either way based on whatever decision Pretty Deadly makes to likely decide the match in the third fall. The story still feels like has legs and places to explore so WWE won’t take the titles for DIY yet.
Cody Rhodes over Kevin Owens to retain the Undisputed WWE championship (Ladder match)
It’s a shame Kevin Owens’ fine work won’t be rewarded with a legitimate world title run — though he’s gotten to masquerade as one with the famed Winged Eagle championship for more than a month since claiming he beat Rhodes at “Saturday Night’s Main Event.”
You don’t pull the trigger on a title change to the heel in the third match of the trilogy before Rhodes can go into WrestleMania 41 with a full year as champion. What’s important here is how Rhodes wins and so many things are possible in a ladder match — with the “American Nightmare” seemingly in a heel turn spiral.
Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens will complete the trilogy at the Royal Rumble. Getty Images
Owens has already, in so many words, told Sami Zayn he expects him to have his back and help him win so they can face each other at WrestleMania. It is also possible Randy Orton — whom Owens piled drive to take him off TV in the storyline for months — comes back and cost his former tag team partner the match. Whatever happens, Owens will be off to his next feud — against either Zayn or Orton.
WWE only seemed to start caring about the Women’s Royal Rumble when it had Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Bianca Belair, Naomi and Nia Jax — for a second time — declare for the match in one segment on SmackDown last week in front of both world champions as they join Bayley and Iyo Sky in the match.
Charlotte Flair makes her injury return at the Royal Rumble. WWE
Charlotte Flair did get a special vignette calling herself the GOAT to announce her return for the Royal Rumble from a serious knee injury after more than a year out of action. WWE Women’s champion Tiffany Stratton hasn’t been shy about wanting a dream match with Flair that is absolutely WrestleMania worthy.
Belair, who won the Royal Rumble in 2021 and went on to beat Sasha Banks at WrestleMania, feels like one of two wild cards in this match because fans have wanted to see her versus Women’s World champion Rhea Ripley for years at WrestleMania and WWE has teased it on occasion. She also would be a fantastic opponent for Stratton as the champ can make the case she is bigger, faster and stronger than the EST. The other is former TNA Knockouts champion Jordynne Grace. She would be a fantastic fresh face for Ripley to square off with.
Outside of the idea of Jax or Morgan winning to get their title rematches, the list of viable candidates feels thin. Becky Lynch — if she returns — has already feuded with Stratton and Ripley. Bayley appears headed for a program for Roxanne Perez. Jade Cargill facing her mystery attacker feel like her WrestleMania story.
Flair is the logical choice after WWE called her The GOAT in her vignette, re-establish that and capitalize on the good feelings around her return to set up to dream match with Stratton.
John Cena wins the Men’s Royal Rumble
Betting Favorites: CM Punk: 1/1, John Cena 7/4, Roman Reigns 10/3, Seth Rollins 5/1, The Rock 9/1, Drew McIntyre 9/1 (Paddy Power).
The men’s Royal Rumble is stacked and could be John Cena’s to lose.
The 16-time world champion is on the star-studded list of wrestlers who have declared for the match, including Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn. All of them would be fine WrestleMania main eventers — with Cena as the betting favorite as he begins his retirement tour.
John Cena kicks of his yearlong retirement tour at the Royal Rumble. WWE
As significant as it would be to beat Gunther for the World Heavyweight championship, the Royal Rumble should be about going on to challenge for the more prestigious title in Cody Rhodes’ Undisputed WWE championship. If you look at the list, really only Cena, Punk and Reigns make sense to do that — unless The Rock or Randy Orton make an unexpected appearance.
Rhodes considers Cena a mentor and the two are close, So the protegee standing between the mentor Cena and breaking Ric Flair’s record with a 17th world reign would be very intriguing. Rhodes’ character appears to be in the early stages of a heel turn and maybe an interaction with Cena accelerates that.
CM Punk is looking to win his first Royal Rumble. Getty Images
Punk and Rhodes beautifully laid out the tension among the two friends that could carry their story to close Raw this week. Reigns winning would give us the same WrestleMania main event for three straight years — though maybe Punk forces it to become a triple-threat match via the favor he is owned by Paul Heyman.
Also keep an eye on the side plots going on between McIntyre, Rollins, Punk, Uso and Zayn — all have been connected one way or the other over the past year as an interesting Bloodline subplot has been brewing.
If there are surprises, I expect them from the TNA side after the announced partnership between the two brands earlier this month. Nic Nemeth, Joe Hendry and Moose all feel like potential names to look out for as is a potential A.J. Styles return.
A match between the WWE’s two biggest babyfaces in the past 20 years feels too good to pass up and lets the other pieces — Punk vs. Roman Reigns and Gunther vs. Logal Paul — easily fall into place at WrestleMania.
With the WWE Royal Rumble just around the corner, fans are buzzing with excitement and anticipation for one of the biggest events of the year. As the road to WrestleMania begins, here are some predictions, odds, and the full match card for the WWE Royal Rumble 2025:
Predictions:
– The Royal Rumble match winner: Roman Reigns is the favorite to win the men’s Royal Rumble match, while Bianca Belair is predicted to win the women’s Royal Rumble match.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Heavyweight sluggers Sergei Pavlovich vs. Jairzinho Rozenstruik will go to war this weekend (Sat., Feb. 1, 2025) at UFC Saudi Arabia from anb Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
It’s hard to describe the loss of aura suffered by Pavlovich in just two fights. The fearsome Russian boxer looked every part of a future champion in his six-fight knockout streak, refusing to let a single foe escape the first round. Getting blasted by Tom Aspinall was forgivable enough, especially since he managed to stun the current interim king too, but getting picked apart by former team mate Alexander Volkov for three full rounds?
Nobody is scared anymore.
Rozenstruik has stepped into the cage with plenty of huge hitters anyway. The former professional kickboxer has won three of his last four, most recently pummeling Tai Tuivasa. Generally, he still seems to be improving, so perhaps the 36-year-old veteran hasn’t hit his ceiling just yet?
Let’s take a closer look at the betting odds and strategic keys for each athlete:
Pavlovich is a tank. Despite a background in Greco-Roman wrestling and Combat Sambo, Pavlovich more typically wins fights by clubbing his foes into unconsciousness with his heavy right hand.
Why wasn’t that right hand able to land against Volkov? Pavlovich really failed to close distance on his lanky opponent. Likely, Rozenstruik will try to employ a similar game plan and attempt to strand Pavlovich at distance, even if he’s not quite as rangy as “Drago.”
The keys to avoiding a repeat struggle are feints and footwork. Pavlovich cannot just run forward on a straight line at a dangerous counter puncher … well, okay, maybe he can, but that would make the outcome much more of a coin flip on who lands first. If instead he takes the time to cut off the cage and feint/jab Rozenstruik towards the fence, he stands a much better chance at safely scoring the same knockout.

Rozenstruik is a crafty kickboxing veteran. He excels at playing the long game, poking and prodding his opponents with quick jabs and light kicks. Then, when they return fire, he’ll sit them down with a check hook or counter combination.
That’s a great strategy against Pavlovich. The problem is the Francis Ngannou fight, in which “The Predator” bulldozed Rozenstruik by charging through his half-power offense with a very real blitz of heavy shots. Ngannou and Pavlovich have a similar level of world-altering power, and Rozenstruik doesn’t want to get blasted by a wild combo again.
To avoid that fate, Rozenstruik has to find a way to halt Pavlovich’s advance, which will buy him time to line up bigger counter shots. Volkov did so with snappy front kicks and counter right hands, but the body jab may end up Rozenstruik’s weapon of choice. If he can fire a stiff jab into the chest of Pavlovich when the Russian advances, it will help keep him and that clubbing right hand out of range.
Rozenstruik will have to stand his ground a bit in the process, but that’s a better recipe for success than sliding backwards and getting caught at the end of a flurry.

Pavlovich vs. Rozenstruik Prediction
Even without his momentum, it’s tough to go against Sergei Pavlovich here.
Pavlovich will be the larger, faster, and more powerful man. At Heavyweight, those physical factors are the deciders more often not. Volkov may have been able to avoid his haymakers, but “Drago” also had a significant height advantage and plenty of training experience to aid him. Rozenstruik doesn’t have either of those edges, and he’s never shown to be a particularly crafty defensive fighter.
In a Heavyweight firefight, you might as well side with the guy bringing a bazooka.
Prediction: Pavlovich via knockout
Sergei Pavlovich and Jairzinho Rozenstruik are set to go head-to-head in a highly anticipated heavyweight showdown at UFC Saudi Arabia. Both fighters are known for their knockout power and aggressive fighting styles, making this a must-watch matchup for MMA fans.
The odds for this fight are currently in favor of Rozenstruik, who has a record of 11-2 and is coming off a knockout victory over Augusto Sakai in his last fight. Pavlovich, on the other hand, boasts a record of 14-1 and is known for his technical striking and solid grappling skills.
In terms of fighting style, Rozenstruik is known for his heavy hands and knockout ability, while Pavlovich is more of a well-rounded fighter with a strong ground game. It will be interesting to see how these contrasting styles play out in the octagon.
In terms of prediction, this fight has the potential to be a back-and-forth battle with both fighters having the ability to finish the fight at any moment. However, I believe Rozenstruik will ultimately come out on top with his superior striking and knockout power.
Overall, this matchup between Pavlovich and Rozenstruik is sure to be an exciting one for fans of the heavyweight division. Be sure to tune in to UFC Saudi Arabia to catch all the action and see who comes out on top in this epic showdown.
