Harry Connick Jr. has had a decades-long successful career full of numerous accolades, awards, chart-topping hits, and number one albums. 

But the acclaimed musician, actor, and TV host has been honest about how the thing he his most proud of has nothing to do with his work – his three daughters.

The artist, 57, is fiercely dedicated to his girls – Georgia, Kate, and Charlotte – whom he has welcomed with his former Victoria’s Secret model wife of over 30 years, Jill Goodacre.

‘For me, it’s really like my family is first,’ he once said. ‘I’ve found for my career, for my music or acting or writing, whatever I’m doing… if my family is in order, then everything kind of falls into place. 

‘It really is the priority for all five of us. We all have our own things and our own friends and our own careers, but it all comes back to this group of five of us and it’s just a good feeling.’

Harry’s stunning daughters have all followed in his footsteps and pursued careers in the spotlight.

His eldest, Georgia, is a successful cinematographer and photographer who launched her own production company and shot one of his most famous music videos.

His middle child, Kate, is a model, fashion designer, and actress, who has created her own clothing line, while his youngest daughter, Charlotte, started appearing in her dad’s movies when she was just a kid.

But Harry Jr. has insisted that his daughters have not had any special treatment and once clapped back at claims that they are ‘nepo babies.’

‘They’re brilliant, driven, really, really smart, creative women,’ he has said. ‘And our lives have become exponentially greater as a result of the perspective we’ve gained from them.’ 

Even so, there’s no denying that his three daughters have enjoyed the perks of hailing from two massive stars.

They were raised in a lavish, seven-bedroom mansion in Connecticut and now, they often jet off on glamorous vacations all around the globe and attend star-studded events with their famous parents.

They often document their luxurious lives on their respective Instagram accounts, where they each have gained thousands of followers.

As the women continue to flaunt their exquisite endeavors, FEMAIL has rounded up everything you need to know about Harry Jr.’s three daughters.

Georgia is a budding photographer and cinematographer who shot the music video for her dad’s hit Amazing Grace

Harry and Jill welcomed their first daughter, Georgia Tatom Connick, on April 17, 1996. 

They tried their best to give their daughters a normal childhood out of the spotlight, raising them in a small town in Connecticut, called New Canaan, about 50 miles from New York City.

They lived in a stunning home – which the couple had purchased in 1998 for $1.5 million and listed for $7.5 million in 2017 – which was converted from a barn originally built in 1890.

The 11,600-square-foot abode sat on 4.6 acres of property and boasted seven bedrooms, 25-foot-high ceilings, a granite fireplace, heated swimming pool with its own pool house, and a gym.

‘We like the fact that it’s a pretty laid-back life here in Connecticut. We can just be home,’ Henry told People back in 2013.

‘There’s no scene. We can just live our lives and not really deal with the industry.’

But Georgia, now 28, has been honest about how it was ‘difficult’ to grow up with her parents in the spotlight.

‘It was difficult, I’m not going to lie and say it wasn’t… I think people can have a certain view on you before meeting,’ she told WHO.

‘But I think my parents have taught us so much – to treat people like they don’t know you at all, so you can give them the best version of yourself, and to treat everyone with respect and just hope that they can see us as we see ourselves.’

After graduating from New Canaan High School in 2015, she headed to Tulane University for college.

After a year, she transferred to New York University, where she studied photography and filmmaking at the Tisch School Of The Arts.

In August 2015, it was reported that Georgia had been arrested and charged with permitting minors to possess alcohol and procuring alcohol for minors after she hosted a party inside the family’s New Canaan home while her parents were away.

It’s unclear what happened with the charges. 

After college, she worked as a photographer, videographer, and graphic design artist while living in New York City. 

‘I have always been obsessed with art and the idea of capturing special moments in time,’ she wrote on her website.

‘I discovered photography at a young age and knew I had a passion when I spent all of my free time on the computer editing what I had captured earlier that day. 

‘I have developed a dense portfolio over the years filled with travel, architecture, fashion, nature, and really anything that catches my eye.’

Per her LinkedIn, which has since been taken down but was previously shared by Entertainment Now, she briefly worked at CBS, ‘providing photography and editing services for the network’s social media content.’

She founded her own production company in 2021, called Tatom Project, and shot the album cover for her dad’s 2021 album Alone With My Faith.

She also directed the music video for his song Amazing Grace.

‘She shot the video, directed it, edited it, picked the locations… and got the fire marshal and made sure we had the right permits to shoot there,’ Harry told Billboard of working with Georgia on the project. 

‘As a father, it was amazing. And as an artist, to collaborate with… someone as brilliant and artistically full of life as Georgia was really awesome.’

She and her sisters all relocated to Australia in 2023 after their dad landed a job as a judge on Australia’s American Idol.

‘Georgia and Kate had been there a couple of times when they were little with me on tour, so they always wanted to go back,’ Harry told People last year.

‘And then when Charlotte got down there, she loved it too.’

He added to WHO of them all moving Down Under, ‘All three of them have their own careers and doing their thing, but this kind of worked out perfectly… which is pretty rare.’ 

Georgia told the publication that her days consist of going to the beach, enjoying ‘incredible’ food, and ‘exploring nature.’ 

In addition to her budding career as a photographer and cinematographer, Georgia is also now pursing modeling, as she’s currently signed to Otto Models Agency, per her Instagram bio. 

Kate is a successful model and designer, has launched her own clothing line, and recently entered the world of acting

Harry and Jill went on to welcome their second daughter, Sarah Kate Connick, who goes by her middle name, on September 12, 1997. 

Kate, now 27, attended Furman University in South Carolina after high school, where she played lacrosse.

But after suffering from an injury that put her athletic ambitions on hold, she switched to NYU’s Gallantin School to study fashion and design.

She’s now a successful model and fashion designer, and she even launched her own clothing line in 2019, called Kate Connick Clothing.

Her collection was notably made entirely in New York, as she explained to WWD after its release, ‘Growing up I just noticed how so many designers are making and producing their items outside of the US because it’s cheaper.

‘I just find it to be a little bit of a shortcut with all due respect. I think it’s better to make it within the US.

‘I love my country and representing [it]. I have met amazing people within the US so I don’t need to go outside.

‘It’s been great working with my factory in New York’s garment district and being able to go in and see the working conditions. 

‘Knowing there is no child labor or other issues is a good feeling. I can go to bed at night knowing the conditions of the factory.’

At the time, she confessed that she leaned heavily on her famous mother for advice. 

‘Getting her feedback is always great. I talk to my parents about pretty much everything, which I am very fortunate to have,’ she gushed. 

‘We are very close. We are the funniest family I know. All we do is joke around. And we all have the same sense of humor.’

She also admitted that her parents ‘set the bar so high’ that she feels like she has to work ‘really, really hard to accomplish something’ big while chatting with WHO.

‘They’re such amazing mentors,’ she added. 

‘I’m really appreciative of that as well – growing up and having them to look up to.’

She has modeled for Furtuna Skin and FP Movement, amongst other brands, and graced the cover of Westlake Malibu Lifestyle.

Kate, who now lives in Melbourne, also recently entered the world of acting. 

She starred in the comedy series Shambleton in 2023 and has now joined the cast of the Australian soap opera Neighbours.

Charlotte started acting when she was just a kid and recently finished studying at a performing arts school in Australia

Harry and Jill expanded their family with their third daughter, Charlotte Connick, on June 26, 2002.

She started acting when she was just a kid, starring in the film Dolphin Tale in 2011 alongside her dad. 

Charlotte, now 22, recently graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design, and spent a year studying at the Australian performing arts school 16th Street Actors Studio.

She called it the ‘most rewarding experience of her life’ on Instagram afterwards.

Now, she’s a budding actress, model, and singer.

‘It’s definitely in our blood,’ she told WHO of her decision to pursue a career in the spotlight. 

While Harry is proud that his daughters have followed in his footsteps, he stressed to the publication that it wasn’t a priority to him and Jill.

‘The main thing for Jill and for me when they were little is to raise these smart, incredible women, and I really could care less what they choose [to do in life],’ he said.

He also said they have not been treated special because of their famous parents when the publication brought up the term ‘nepo babies,’ insisting that they had achieved all of their success on their own. 

‘They know that the combination of Jill and me is something that has led to a person that’s completely unique and that’s times three. Obviously, they’re aware of who they are, but they don’t use it,’ he stated. 

‘Plus, I don’t think people are going to tolerate that, like Georgia is studying to be a cinematographer. 

‘I don’t care what her name is. If she can’t light something, she’s not going to work. 

‘Same for Kate’s acting… if they’re not any good that’s not gonna last. So they’re aware of that and that’s why they work so hard.’
