  • Rams Star With Pennsylvania Ties Rips Eagles Fans: ‘I Hate Eagles Fans’

Philadelphia Eagles fans may have just gotten a little extra ammunition to cheer against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday afternoon.

The Eagles will welcome the Rams to town on Sunday in the Divisional Round of the National Football League playoffs. Philadelphia took down the Green Bay Packers in the Wild Card Round and the Rams took down the Minnesota Vikings in impressive fashion.

Philadelphia is the No. 2 seed remaining in the NFC while the Rams are the No. 4 seed. It should be a pretty exciting matchup this weekend and a little more fuel may have just got added to the fire. Rams Pro Bowler and rookie Jared Verse has some ties to the area and opened up about his feelings on Eagles fans to the Los Angeles Times’ Gary Klein.

“I hate Eagles fans,” Verse said. “They’re so annoying. I hate Eagles fans…I didn’t even do nothing to ‘em. It was my first time playing. Oh, I hate Eagles fans…When I see that green and white I hate it. I actually get upset. Like I actually genuinely get hot.”

There’s really no sugar-coating it there, he may his feelings clear. He was born in Dayton, Ohio but played his high school football in Pennsylvania at Central Columbia High School.

Lincoln Financial Field already was going to be rocking on Sunday when these two teams clash but it wouldn’t be shocking if it got a little louder now.

More NFL: Ex-Eagles QB, 16-Year NFL Vet Called Possible Kellen Moore Replacement

Los Angeles Rams star Aaron Donald, who hails from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, recently made headlines for his comments about Philadelphia Eagles fans. In a recent interview, Donald didn’t hold back his feelings, saying, “I hate Eagles fans.”

The defensive tackle, who has faced off against the Eagles several times in his career, went on to explain his disdain for the passionate fanbase. “They’re loud, obnoxious, and they never stop talking trash,” Donald said. “It’s like they have no respect for the game or the players on the field.”

Despite his strong words, Donald acknowledged the rivalry between the Rams and Eagles is all in good fun. “I have a lot of respect for the Eagles as a team, but their fans can be a bit much sometimes,” he added.

It’s clear that Donald’s Pennsylvania roots and competitive spirit fuel his intense feelings towards Eagles fans. As the Rams continue to make their mark in the NFL, it’ll be interesting to see how this rivalry plays out on and off the field.

  • Rams’ Jared Verse ahead of Divisional Round game at Philadelphia: ‘I hate Eagles fans’

Verse attended Central Columbia High School in Bloomberg, Pennsylvania. He was a tight end on the football team before attending Albany College, where he made his shift to defense. He transferred to Florida State and ultimately became a Rams first-round pick.

Verse has been sensational as a rookie, generating 4.5 sacks but forcing 76 QB pressures, fourth-most among all defenders in the NFL.

Verse said that when he faced Philly in Week 12 at SoFi Stadium in L.A., some Eagles fans rained down obscenities before the game. The interaction appeared to confirm the rookie’s priors.

“I didn’t even do nothing to ’em,” he said. “It was my first time playing. Oh, I hate Eagles fans… When I see that green and white, I hate it. I actually get upset. Like I actually genuinely get hot.”

After Thursday’s comments, Verse should prepare for an even louder and more hostile welcoming when the Rams head to Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday for the Divisional Round.

Eagles running back Saquon Barkley indicated as much when catching wind of Verse’s comments on Friday.

“Probably not the smartest thing to say when you’re coming to Philadelphia,” Barkley said, via ESPN. “I’ve been on the other side [as a member of the New York Giants] and even if I felt some type of way, I probably wouldn’t give them any extra fuel. I’m pretty sure Philly fans have seen that comment. It was already going to be loud and rocking so it’s just only going to add to it.”

As the Los Angeles Rams gear up to face off against the Philadelphia Eagles in the Divisional Round of the playoffs, star quarterback Jared Goff is not holding back his feelings towards Eagles fans.

In a recent interview, Goff didn’t mince words when expressing his disdain for the passionate and sometimes rowdy Eagles fanbase. “I hate Eagles fans,” Goff bluntly stated. “They are loud, obnoxious, and just downright annoying. I can’t stand them.”

While Goff’s comments may ruffle some feathers among Eagles supporters, it’s clear that he is focused on leading his team to victory on the road in Philadelphia. The Rams are looking to advance to the NFC Championship game and will need to overcome not only the Eagles on the field but also their passionate fanbase in the stands.

With tensions running high ahead of this crucial playoff matchup, Goff’s strong words serve as a reminder that the Rams are ready to face any challenge that comes their way. Stay tuned for what is sure to be an intense and hard-fought battle between two powerhouse teams. #RamsVsEagles #NFLPlayoffs

  • Lily-Rose Depp says it ‘sucked’ to see Sam Levinson receive hate for ‘The Idol’

Lily-Rose Depp says it ‘sucked’ to see Sam Levinson receive hate for ‘The Idol’

Lily-Rose Depp is opening about the most “upsetting” part about the divisive reaction to her and The Weeknd’s sexed-up music industry drama The Idol, explaining that it was difficult for her to watch director and co-creator Sam Levinson receive hate for the highly-discussed HBO series.

“I think the thing that sucked about that was to have people talking s— about Sam, who is a great friend of mine and somebody that I consider family,” Depp told Josh Horowitz on a recent episode of the Happy Sad Confused podcast. “I’m super close with him and Ashley [Levinson] — his wife who’s a producer on the show — and they are such wonderful people, like, so incredible, so kind, and really kind of took me under their wing in a way.”

Levinson took over directing duties on The Idol after its original director Amy Seimetz departed the series in 2022. In March 2023, Rolling Stone published an article that saw 13 production members criticize Levinson’s direction of the show, which underwent rewrites and reshoots, with some claiming that he “weaken[ed] the show’s overarching message by dialing up the disturbing sexual content and nudity to match — and even surpass — that of his most successful show, Euphoria.”

Depp publicly defended Levinson — who also served as a producer and writer on the series — in a statement to Entertainment Weekly at the time, calling him “the best director I have ever worked with” and stating that she felt “seen, heard, and appreciated” on set. Still, while reflecting on the series, she noted it was difficult for her to witness the negative reaction toward him and his career.

“The only thing that was upsetting about that whole time period was people talking negatively about him, because the things that they said about him, particularly, as a filmmaker, just couldn’t be further from the truth than from, at least, my experience working with him,” she said on Happy Sad Confused. “So that sucks. You just never want to hear people talking s— about your friend.”

Depp also noted that she still has a lot of love for The Idol and her popstar character Jocelyn, who infamously strikes up a complicated and toxic relationship with self-help guru and cult leader Tedros (The Weeknd) on the show.

“People are always gonna make their own opinions of things, and so you just have to be steadfast in your conviction of, like, ‘I know why I’m doing this,’ and I know why I did that,” she said. “That was a period in my life where I feel like I learned so much, I was pushed so far out of my comfort zone, in the most beautiful way, and it gave me so much growth that I will always look back on that as one of the most special times of my life.”

She continued, “In a way, it was surreal, and not because we always knew it was going to be controversial… you’ve gotta be expecting that in a way, and that’s okay. I’m interested in that kind of work. I’m down for that. I think we were also, like, pushing society’s buttons intentionally a little bit, in a way, and of course, it was received in the way that it was, but it’s okay.”

The 25-year-old also noted that, despite the show receiving negative reviews and being canceled after one season, people still come up to her and confess that it’s one of their favorite shows. “I’m always like, ‘I love that.’ It makes me so happy,” Depp said. “It’s beautiful and I wouldn’t change anything about it.”

Listen to Depp discuss the series in the video above.

Lily-Rose Depp recently opened up about her feelings towards the backlash director Sam Levinson received for his film “The Idol” and expressed that it “sucked” to see him face hate.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Depp shared her thoughts on the criticism surrounding the film, stating that she believes Levinson is a talented filmmaker and does not deserve the negative attention he has received.

Depp, who starred in “The Idol” alongside Austin Butler, went on to defend Levinson’s work, highlighting the importance of art and creativity in the industry.

Despite the backlash and controversy surrounding the film, Depp expressed her support for Levinson and his vision, emphasizing that everyone is entitled to their own opinions but that it is important to respect the hard work and dedication that goes into creating art.

Overall, Depp’s comments shed light on the challenges and criticism that filmmakers often face in the industry, and serve as a reminder to appreciate and respect the creative process.

  • ‘Wolf Man’ Director Leigh Whannell Is Prepared for the Hate

‘Wolf Man’ Director Leigh Whannell Is Prepared for the Hate

In a couple of weeks, director Leigh Whannell will unleash his version of Wolf Man onto the world, and he’s already prepared for the backlash the movie might get when it comes to how his lycanthrope will be received by fans. Starring Christopher Abbott, Julia Garner, and Matilda Firth, Wolf Man follows in the footsteps of Whannell’s 2020 hit The Invisible Man by reimagining an old classic, this time in a much more confined setting.

Sitting down with SFX magazine recently, Whannell spoke about Wolf Man – which sees a family terrorized by a werewolf whilst trapped inside a remote cabin in the woods – and what fans can expect from his version of the mythical creature. He mentioned that though his werewolf is “100% practical” with absolutely no CGI involved, the design does stray from what people are used to. The result, he said, is something folks might not take too kindly to.

I think you have to bring a new approach. Maybe there are some people that won’t like it because they love the traditional wolf too much, but that was the approach I wanted.

    Related

‘Wolf Man’ Director Was Inspired by David Cronenberg’s Classic Body Horror, ‘The Fly’

Leigh Whannell, the director of ‘Wolf Man’ says he was inspired by 1986’s ‘The Fly’ for the new werewolf transformations.

Based on the latest trailer for Wolf Man (seen below), the film also differs from the original 1941 classic in that there doesn’t appear to be any Romani fortunetellers, latent pentagrams, or walking sticks adorned with a silver wolf’s head. Instead, it seems to take its cues from another iconic movie, An American Werewolf in London, at least when it comes to Abbott’s painful transformation, which makes it seem as if Whannell is leaning into the body horror aspect of his movie.

What About That Halloween Horror Nights Reveal?

Perhaps one of the reasons Whannell is so prepared for how his werewolf will be received is because of a hiccup last year during Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando, which saw someone take the stage in full make-up, and, well, the internet had a field day with that one. “I see people in Walmart that look more like Wolfman than this,” came one comment at the time.

During the reveal, fans saw what resembled an elderly man with scraggly hair and clubbed hands, complete with sharp teeth and tattered clothing, wandering about trying to look menacing. Unfortunately, people found the design more humorous than frightening, but to clarify, Whannell said that’s not what the creature looks like in the film.

“Things slipped through the cracks, and it was like, ‘Oh, they’re doing this promotion for Wolf Man at a theme park, but it doesn’t look right. We shouldn’t be putting that out in the world, because people are going to think that’s what our wolf looks like.’ My only response is to say, ‘Look, that doesn’t represent what we’re doing.’ All I can do is wait for the movie to come out. Then hopefully people will be like, ‘Oh, I see what they were doing.’”

It should be noted that the particular design seen in Orlando does briefly appear in the trailer, albeit with a much more menacing look within the confines of the final cut. You can see for yourself how it all comes together when Wolf Man hits theaters on Jan. 17 from Universal Pictures.

Wolf Man is a reboot of the classic Universal Monsters movie The Wolfman. Christopher Abbott stars in the lead role and is helmed by The Invisible Man director Leigh Whannell. The film follows the same premise as the original and the 2010 reboot, focusing on a man who becomes a werewolf after falling victim to an ancient curse.

    Release Date

    January 17, 2025

    Main Genre

    Horror

Director Leigh Whannell’s latest film, “Wolf Man,” is set to hit theaters next month, and he’s already bracing himself for the inevitable backlash from fans of the classic monster movie. Whannell, who is best known for his work on horror films like “Upgrade” and “The Invisible Man,” is no stranger to criticism, but he’s confident that his unique take on the iconic werewolf tale will win over even the most skeptical viewers.

In a recent interview, Whannell spoke candidly about the pressure of taking on such a beloved character and the challenges of putting his own spin on the story. “I know that there are going to be people who hate what I’ve done with ‘Wolf Man,’ and that’s okay,” Whannell said. “I have a lot of respect for the original film and the mythology surrounding the werewolf, but I also wanted to bring something fresh and modern to the table.”

Whannell’s version of “Wolf Man” promises to be a thrilling and suspenseful take on the classic monster tale, with a focus on the psychological and emotional struggles of the main character as he grapples with his monstrous transformation. The film also boasts a star-studded cast, including acclaimed actor Jake Gyllenhaal in the lead role.

Despite the potential backlash, Whannell is confident that his vision for “Wolf Man” will resonate with audiences and bring a new level of depth and complexity to the story. “I understand that not everyone will love what I’ve done, and that’s okay,” Whannell said. “But I hope that fans of the genre will appreciate the risks we’ve taken and the fresh perspective we’ve brought to this classic character.”

“Wolf Man” is set to hit theaters on October 31st, just in time for Halloween. Whether you’re a die-hard fan of the original film or just looking for a fresh take on the werewolf mythos, Whannell’s latest project is sure to leave a lasting impression.

  • Guy Gardner’s Bowl Cut: Love It or Hate It, Here’s Why It’s Here to Stay

Guy Gardner, a fan-favorite character in the DC Comics universe, is known for his bold personality and even bolder hairstyle – the infamous bowl cut. Love it or hate it, there’s no denying that Guy’s bowl cut is here to stay.

Some may argue that the bowl cut is outdated and unflattering, but for Guy Gardner, it’s a signature look that sets him apart from other superheroes. The bowl cut, with its straight bangs and rounded shape, gives Guy a distinctive and memorable appearance that fans have come to love.

But why has Guy Gardner stuck with the bowl cut for so long? One reason could be that it reflects his no-nonsense attitude and straightforward approach to life. Guy is not one to sugarcoat things or beat around the bush, and his bowl cut reflects that same blunt and uncomplicated nature.

Another reason could be that the bowl cut is a nod to Guy’s roots as a blue-collar construction worker before he became a Green Lantern. The bowl cut is a practical and easy-to-maintain hairstyle that would have been fitting for a man who works with his hands and isn’t afraid to get dirty.

Additionally, the bowl cut could be a way for Guy to rebel against the more traditional and polished hairstyles of other superheroes. Guy is known for his rebellious and brash personality, and his unconventional hairstyle is just another way for him to stand out and make a statement.

Ultimately, whether you love it or hate it, Guy Gardner’s bowl cut is a part of who he is as a character. It’s a defining feature that sets him apart and makes him instantly recognizable. And with Guy’s popularity among fans only growing, it’s clear that his bowl cut isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

So next time you see Guy Gardner sporting his iconic bowl cut, remember that it’s not just a hairstyle – it’s a symbol of his unique personality and unapologetic individuality. Love it or hate it, the bowl cut is here to stay, and Guy Gardner wouldn’t have it any other way.

“I F*cking Hate Christmas”: Ozzy Osbourne’s Hatred for the Holiday and Drinking 28 Gallons of Beer

From munching bats to snorting ants, Ozzy Osbourne making it to his 76th birthday on Dec. 3 is truly the eighth world wonder. I mean, who gets fired from a heavy metal band for partying too much? But he lived to tell the tale—and earn his spot in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Recently, the former Black Sabbath frontman recalled downing a Herculean amount of alcohol one Christmas.

Ozzy Osbourne: “I F*cking Hate Christmas”

If you watched The Osbourne Family Christmas Special in 2003 (yes, I’m dating myself,) you know how Ozzy Osbourne feels about the holidays.

“I’ve been saying to Sharon forever, ‘F*ck Christmas, I hate it,’” the “Bark at the Moon” singer said in 2022. “It’s for shopaholics and kids and so I’ve always wanted to work through Christmas.”

Tell us how you really feel.

Osbourne reiterated his Yuletide antipathy in another interview with The Sun, eloquently declaring, “I f*cking hate Christmas. It gets right up my a–hole.”

He continued, “When I used to do booze and get f*cked up, I bought a barrel with 28 gallons of booze for me. I drunk it before it was Christmas f*cking Eve.”

Talk about “Flying High Again.” For the record, the average American adult downs about 28.2 gallons each year, according to The Beer Institute. What a champ.

Ozzy Admits He’s “No Longer Completely Sober”

Ozzy Osbourne has never hidden his struggles with substance abuse, heading to rehab for the first time back in 1974. “I thought I’d be drinking to the day I die,” he told Variety in 2021.

Ozzy admitted on the Madhouse Chronicles Podcast that while he is “happier,” he is “not completely sober.”

“I use a bit of marijuana from time to time,” revealed the Prince of Darkness.

Fortunately, his wife and manager, Sharon, is there to make sure he doesn’t stray too far from the straight and narrow.

“I’m lucky my wife kicked my butt all the time,” Ozzy said. “She would f*cking make life so difficult.”

Talking to punk rock guitarist Billy Morrison, the Grammy winner said, “There come a point when you and I said, ‘You know what, this ain’t getting me anywhere. Surely, there’s something better than this.”

The holiday season is supposed to be a time of joy, laughter, and merriment. But for legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne, Christmas brings nothing but dread and disdain. In a recent interview, the Prince of Darkness revealed that he absolutely despises the holiday, going as far as to say, “I f*cking hate Christmas.”

For Ozzy, Christmas brings back memories of his tumultuous childhood and the pressure to be merry and bright when all he wanted to do was escape. The commercialization of the holiday also irks him, as he feels it has lost its true meaning amidst the frenzy of shopping and gift-giving.

To cope with his holiday-induced stress, Ozzy has been known to drown his sorrows in copious amounts of alcohol. In fact, during one particularly rough Christmas, he reportedly drank an astonishing 28 gallons of beer in a single day.

So this holiday season, spare a thought for Ozzy Osbourne as he navigates the treacherous waters of Christmas cheer. And if you happen to see him drowning his sorrows in a sea of beer, just remember that even rock gods can’t escape the holiday blues.

Some people enhance their appearance with cosmetic surgery. Jetsetter Jocelyne Wildenstein (84) from Lausanne once set herself the goal of looking like a big cat.

No time? blue News summarizes for you

    • Many celebrities enhance their appearance with cosmetic and surgical procedures, but Jocelyn Wildenstein from Lausanne may have overshot the mark.
    • The Tages-Anzeiger newspaper reported in 2013: “Wildenstein transformed herself step by step into a kind of feline creature with the help of around four million dollars and sufficiently unscrupulous plastic surgeons, …”
    • The jetsetter is now 84 years old and claims in interviews: “I haven’t had any cosmetic surgery.”

It all began like a fairy tale: in 1977, 37-year-old Jocelyn Perisset from Lausanne, who came from a humble background, met Alec Wildenstein, the son of the world’s richest art dealer dynasty, who was the same age.

It was reported in the media at the time that Alec, who was in love with Joceyln, sent her 1,000 orchids, kidnapped her to Kenya and asked her to marry him in the moonlight.

The couple married shortly afterwards. Before the wedding ceremony, however, Jocelyn underwent an eyelid lift. “Alec hates old people,” she said at the time. And it didn’t stop there.

    Eyes like a cat

In the years that followed, Jocelyn Wildenstein ‘s appearance changed completely – but not just because the ravages of time were taking their toll on her.

She is said to have gone under the knife more than twelve times. Suddenly her eyes were no longer almond-shaped, but resembled those of a cat.

The Tages-Anzeiger newspaper reported in 2013: “Jocelyn Wildenstein transformed herself step by step into a kind of feline creature with the help of around four million dollars and sufficiently unscrupulous plastic surgeons, apparently to please her husband …”

This picture of jetsetter Jocelyn Wildenstein was taken in New York in 2003.

    Image:

But scalpels and lasers could not save what could no longer be saved: the Wildensteins’ marriage. In 1998, Jocelyn Wildenstein caught her husband in bed with a younger woman. A mud fight and divorce followed.

It is said that during the divorce proceedings, the judge ordered that Jocelyn Wildenstein was not allowed to use the alimony payments for further cosmetic surgery.

“Journalists can write what they want”

“Journalists can write what they want. I never bother to disagree, because that’s really not my problem,” said Wildenstein, now 84, in an interview with the US magazine “Interview” last year.

The interview was about the Lausanne native’s face. This has been a recurring topic in the media in the past. Not least because Jocelyn Wildenstein has steadfastly denied for several years that she has helped her appearance.

These days, the jetsetter with Swiss roots has now followed this up in the British newspaper “The Sun”: “I haven’t had any cosmetic surgery. I’m afraid of what might happen.”

She continued: “I don’t like Botox. Everyone reacts differently to it. I’ve only had Botox injected twice. I don’t know if I’m allergic, but when I had it, it didn’t do me any good. The result was not good. My face is swollen.”

Wildenstein regularly posts pictures from the archive

Well, the pictures from her own family archive, which Jocelyn Wildenstein regularly posts on her Instagram account, speak a different language.

Nobody knows why the 84-year-old, who has been in a relationship with fashion designer Lloyd Klein since 2004, is still denying the obvious.

Well, celebrities are regularly in the spotlight. Some of them therefore feel compelled to always look as dapper as possible. Because if a celebrity doesn’t leave the house looking their best, they have to fear being harshly criticized for it in the tabloid media.

As a result, celebrities may be more tempted to undergo cosmetic surgery than Frieda and the average consumer.

But what exactly you want to beautify should still always be carefully considered, because it is well known that not all attempts end successfully.

Jocelyn Wildenstein, Jetsetter (84): “I haven’t had any cosmetic surgery and I hate Botox”

At 84 years old, Jocelyn Wildenstein, known for her unique appearance and extravagant lifestyle, has made headlines once again. However, this time it’s not for her cosmetic surgeries or over-the-top spending, but for her surprising revelation: she hasn’t had any cosmetic surgery and she hates Botox.

In a recent interview, Wildenstein opened up about her views on plastic surgery and Botox, stating that she has never undergone any cosmetic procedures and prefers to embrace her natural beauty. “I believe in aging gracefully and staying true to yourself,” she said. “I have never felt the need to alter my appearance with surgery or injectables.”

Despite her previous reputation for undergoing numerous cosmetic surgeries to transform her look, Wildenstein’s latest comments have shocked many. Some have praised her for her confidence and self-acceptance, while others have expressed disbelief at her claims.

Whether you believe her or not, one thing is for sure: Jocelyn Wildenstein is a true original who marches to the beat of her own drum. And at 84 years old, she continues to defy expectations and live life on her own terms.

  • Liam Neeson Fans Will Hate What January 2025 Has in Store

Liam Neeson Fans Will Hate What January 2025 Has in Store

Liam Neeson fans might want to grab some popcorn and schedule a viewing party soon because his high-octane thriller Non-Stop is officially leaving Netflix on January 1, 2025, which is a disappointing way to bring in the new year! Released in 2014, Non-Stop follows Neeson as Bill Marks, a troubled U.S. Air Marshal caught in a deadly game of cat-and-mouse aboard a transatlantic flight. After receiving anonymous texts demanding $150 million in ransom, Marks must unravel the mystery of who’s behind the plot while protecting the passengers on a plane that seems destined for disaster.

The movie is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra (who also directed Neeson in the thriller The Commuter), and stars the likes of Julianne Moore, Michelle Dockery, Scoot McNairy, and Corey Stoll. Non-Stop became a box-office hit, grossing over $222 million worldwide when it was released in theaters. It’s another fine addition to Neeson’s “geri-action” slate, and it’s a tight thriller set on board an increasingly tense flight as Bill Marks’ suspicions and paranoia start to get the better of him in his quest to save the passengers.

    Is ‘Non-Stop’ Worth Checking Out?

Collider’s B review of the movie praised Neeson’s performance, and the casting choices of big stars, all of whom know how to play the film perfectly seriously:

Neeson is just serious enough to make us believe the situation, but not so po-faced that the plot becomes a self-serious chore. It also helps that the cast is packed with real actors, including Julianne Moore, Michelle Dockery, Scoot McNairy, Corey Stoll, Lupita Nyong’o, and Nate Parker. No one is overplaying their part, so they all manage the balance of being just suspicious enough that we can’t rule them out entirely as the villain.

I don’t want to say Non-Stop works much better than it should because it is an interesting story, and it’s a good cast. The real question mark was Collet-Serra, and he does a serviceable job of supporting the movie’s strongest assets. Ironically, Non-Stop would be a great movie to watch on an airplane. It’s distracting, never boring, and enough to hold you over until your reach your final destination and forget about the ride.

Non-Stop is on Netflix for the rest of this month. Stay tuned to Collider for more updates on Liam Neeson. Jaume Collet-Serra’s latest film, Carry-On, is streaming on Netflix now, so check it out.
