    Police seek suspects behind assault, robbery outside Honolulu bar


    HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Honolulu police are searching for the suspects behind an early morning assault and robbery in the Ala Moana area.

    It happened on Sunday, Dec. 1, at around 4 a.m.

    The Honolulu Police Department released surveillance video connected with the case Monday.

    According to HPD, a victim was assaulted by the suspects after leaving Mystique Bar and Lounge on Hopaka Street.

    A second victim who tried to intervene was also assaulted by the same group of men, police said.

    While both victims were unconscious, police said the suspects robbed them of their personal belongings and fled in a silver Honda Odyssey van and a white Jeep SUV.

    The Honolulu Police Department is currently seeking the suspects behind a violent assault and robbery that took place outside a bar in Honolulu. The incident occurred late Saturday night, leaving the victim with serious injuries.

    According to witnesses, the victim was leaving the bar when they were approached by a group of individuals who demanded money and personal belongings. When the victim refused, they were attacked and robbed before the suspects fled the scene.

    The Honolulu Police Department is asking anyone with information about the incident or the suspects involved to come forward and assist in the investigation. The suspects are described as being in their late 20s to early 30s, wearing dark clothing and possibly driving a dark-colored vehicle.

    If you have any information regarding this incident, please contact the Honolulu Police Department immediately. Your assistance could help bring these perpetrators to justice and prevent future acts of violence in our community.
