    The St. Louis Cardinals openly want to trade Nolan Arenado but haven’t been able to find the right suitor or terms to get a deal done. The feeling might be mutual from the Gold Glove third baseman who reportedly is “highly, highly motivated” to join Boston, which he’d waive his no-trade clause for.

    That’s why it was interesting when Arenado posted a Manny Ramirez highlight on his Instagram story.     Of course, a cynic could point out that Ramirez also played for the Los Angeles Dodgers, another team Arenado reportedly has an interest in playing for.

    The no-context social media post did come at an opportune time as the Cardinals reportedly “reengaged” in trade talks with the Red Sox, Dodgers and New York Yankees. It seems like Arenado hopes these renewed talks will be successful and he’ll find a new home before spring training begins.

    “I love him, I think he loves me. I think we will remain friends. No one did anything. It wasn’t a bad thing,” DeSorbo explained on an episode of her and Hannah Berner‘s “The Giggly Squad” podcast in December 2024. “I think we both were just being really mature and saying what we want and what we didn’t want, and I think that’s extremely powerful to be able to voice how you’re feeling in real time and what you want for your future.”

    DeSorbo noted that she wanted to remain friends with Conover, adding, “I have so much love and respect for Craig. … I will remain the biggest fan for him and want the best for him, and he truly will get the best, because he is the best.     A source exclusively told Us Weekly recently that Conover was “really pushing for the next steps and wanted to settle down with her,” but being long distance made things difficult.
