Beautiful display
My Pastigio digital picture frame was a Christmas gift. Upon opening it I found the frame to be quite nice and complementary to my decor. The frame itself has a gold exterior with a white interior border. It was easy to set up in conjunction with the Frameo app. One set up is completed it is as easy as opening the app and choosing the pictures you want displayed on your digital frame. Some pictures will require some additional editing on the frame itself to display in the manner you want. I am also pleased with the quality of the display, which I think is quite nice. We choose to have ours on a 30 second display and use the sleep timer to have it shut off at bedtime. I really like this feature because there’s no need to have the frame running when no one is home or we are sleeping. You can also display videos on your frame with sound. That was a pleasant surprise. While, I do not have this frame very long, I’m quite satisfied with the quality of the frame itself and the display of the pictures. I would recommend this item.

    I purchased this frame as a Christmas gift for my mother in law this past year. I knew she’d love it—but what I didn’t realize was that it would become the pinnacle of her family room! My niece and her eagerly await new photos to pop up on the frame and LOVE that there is an ability to interact by reacting to photos that are uploaded! The pictures upload with perfectly clarity, the frame is a very good size, AND I absolutely love that the orientation can change from landscape to portrait depending how you position the frame. It is also very stylish and looks great mounted to the wall. We love these and will be buying more as gifts for the rest of our family, and one for our self as well! Definitely 5 stars all the way.

    User friendly & easy to set up according to my family member.
    The only downside, it's too bad you can't delete Photo's on the app directly that you have sent to the frame. It can only be deleted from the frame directly. This is a minor inconvenience, especially, when you gift the frame to someone else that lives far away. So, you better tripple check which photo you sent and make sure it's the right connected frame (in case you're connected to multiple frames).
    Another minor issue is the design flaw when the frame is in landscape mode.
    As seen in this picture, the way the back piece is designed to be screwed on, it tilts the frame forward too much. In my case, the family member didn't mind too much since she prefers portrait mode. However, if you prefer landscape it isn't great to look at.
    Keep in mind, we found out later, that even though the app itself to send photos to the frame is free, there is an option to pay for a subscription to see all the photos playing on the frame (you can see photos that others have sent to the frame). Not necessarily affecting the use behind the frame unless you absolutely want to see it. All in all, my family member likes it and I think the idea behind it is beautiful especially when you have a loved one living far away. I bought two frames and I would buy more in the future. Perhaps the app can be tweaked a bit so that it's easier to delete the pictures you have sent.

      So I'm comparing this digital photo to others that have better features. Some positives is that it looks nice and sturdy, transition mix is nice, and photos load and change easily. The videos does not play smooth at all, and are seperate from pictures. The video and picture quality is subpar. Features missing that others products have are automatic turn on when walking by, pictures and videos are mixed together, and picture/video quality is better than this Kodak frame. My parents have the pixstar digital frame and is much better than this product.
