Breaks do not buy
I have had this watch less than a month and the wristband has already broken off from the watch face 2 times… of course 2 days after my return window. Anyways it broke off from the watch face one time and luckily I got it back together. But then the wristband broke off again yesterday during a workout and it is not fixable. I do not see a reason to purchase a replacement wristband as I am annoyed of this watch already.

    I've tried multiple watches to track my steps and this is the best one that's the most accurate I've ever had. It has a lot of the Smartwatch features but I didn't buy it for that so I can't really comment on that I literally use it as a watch and a pedometer.

    Bad Purchase

    I bought one of these in October. It worked for about 3 weeks and then it wouldn't keep the charge and it was difficult to move from one mode to the other. It seemed to get stuck and not go back to the clock. I returned it and purchased another one. It worked ok but would still get stuck in a mode. Then I reset it last week and the time is off and has never adjusted to the correct time so I returned it as well. The charger that comes with it is a piece of crap as it has two pins and you have to line the pins up to the back of the watch. USBs work better and do a better, longer charge. I purchased another two as Christmas gifts and one of them is not working either. The other one has not set hers up yet so I don't know it will work or not. A local department store sells them and the counter person told me they have had a lot of returns on the iTouch watches. Sad but true.

    This company doesn't sell replacement bands for this watch!

    It works for great for tracking my steps and how many calories I burn when on my stationary bike. (I know they aren't 100% accurate, but no tracker is)

    The biggest negative is 5 days of having it the clasp broke. I tried to reach out the company and never got a response. Plus they didn't even sell the bands for this model on the company website. I didn't want to return it to Amazon because the device is working fine. I really just wanted a replacement band. I ended up getting another watch off ebay that came with an extra band.

    Update 6/28/2023 the extra band that came with the 2nd watch finally snapped. And I can't use the original grey camo band that came with the second watch because I gave that one to my sister in law to use and its lost in her room somewhere. I didn't want to buy a whole new watch again so I just threw the whole thing away. To replace it I bought an Itouch Air 3 made by the same company that made this tracker.

    The sleep tracker is not accurate. It says I'm asleep late at night when I'm in fact just sitting or laying still.

    This is a great little watch. It holds a charge for a long time. Wore it to Europe and it changed to the correct time without me having to do anything. It synced right away. Only thing I don't like, is you have to go through all of the functions to return to the time screen if you've used a function. But otherwise buy one.
