    AZLA SednaEarfit Light Short Tips: A Mixed Bag for Earbud Lovers

    recently tried out the AZLA SednaEarfit Light Short earbud tips, and I've got some thoughts. Right off the bat, they fit pretty snug, which is nice because no one likes ear tips that just slide right out. The sound isolation is decent, making them a good choice for blocking out background noise.

    I have bought several tips for my IEMs but the CP145 M's are too big for me, the CP100+'s hurt after a while. I got the Sedna a week ago and after comparing the measurements of the other tips I bought I chose the MS size and they fit perfectly. Good sound isolation, comfortable, firm and the sound allows the treble to shine.

    These tips fixed the issue I had with many others of the material being too 'smooth' and simply sliding out of my ears–the material here is slightly textured. The bore size is wider than many other tips which may impact sound depending on what you're putting the tips on, but the stem itself should fit a wide variety of earbuds. These are the lighter variant of the standard AZLA tips, and are exactly as advertised–the silicone is soft and does not apply much pressure at all on the ear canal. Overall I am very pleased with these tips and use these with several pairs of my earbuds as I am writing this. My only complaint would be the sizing, which, as in the title, tends to run a size larger than other brands.

    I was having issues with trying t o find Eartips the "fit" for my Periodic Audio be and DUNU dk2001's. Because I have small ear, many of the other tip companies did not accommodate my needs. These are so comfortable, which I was exactly looking for. For sound, no complaints with these. The quality of materials and manufacturing process is what puts these ahead of the competition. Eartips are so personal, I'm sure there will be those the don't agree but, for me with my limited choices for ss sizing, these can't be beat…

    Good alternative to Beats Flex stock tips

    I recently picked up a set of Beats Flex for sleeping in. None of the stock tips fit me quite right and the Spinfits I had on hand are too long for these. The Azla XELASTEC tips were close but still just a tiny bit too long, so I decided to try the Light Short.

    These grip the stem on the Flex like they were glued on and fit comfortably. Isolation isn’t as good as XELASTECs but I’m mostly planning to use these with white/pink noise so it’s not a big drawback.

    I have tried many, many eartips. IMHO these are the best. They are soft, comfortable and not a deep fit, but stay in place. In addition they have a wide bore maximizing both bass and midrange. Everyone should try them as having the best ear tip for your ears is essential.
