  • Jannik Sinner wins second Australian Open tennis title | Tennis News

Jannik Sinner has retained his Australian Open title with an emphatic 6-3, 7-6(4), 6-3 win over Alexander Zverev, breaking new ground for Italian tennis and leaving his German rival smarting after a third Grand Slam final defeat.

World number one Sinner became Italy’s first player to win three Grand Slam crowns on Sunday, moving past Nicola Pietrangeli who won back-to-back men’s titles at Roland Garros in 1959-60.

“We worked a lot to be in this position again,” Sinner said at the trophy presentation, paying tribute to his team.

“It’s amazing to share this feeling with all of you, it’s amazing to achieve things and share it with you guys.

“Keep believing in yourself,” Sinner said to the defeated German. “We know how strong you are as a player and person, and you can lift a trophy.”

World number one brushes aside doping concerns

A year after mowing down Daniil Medvedev in five sets for his first major trophy, Sinner sapped his second Melbourne Park final of all drama by applying suffocating pressure and clinical execution.

Under the lights at Rod Laver Arena, he captured the decisive break in the sixth game when Zverev pushed a forehand long.

Arguably, the German’s spirit had already been broken by an unlucky net cord that turned the second-set tiebreak in Sinner’s favour.

Zverev went through the motions but gave up match point with a hopeful forehand that fell well wide of the line, allowing Sinner to seal the win with a backhand passing shot.

Sinner raised his arms in triumph as the crowd hailed the win, and then he clambered into the terraces to embrace his entourage.

Hanging over Sinner’s head has been a World Anti-Doping Agency appeal against his exoneration, with the global body seeking a long ban. He denies knowingly doping.

A hearing is scheduled at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) for April.

He cast all the worries aside to notch a 19th career title and extend his incredible winning streak to 21 matches.

Sinner breaks back Zverev with ease

At 23, Sinner celebrates a title that cements his place as the game’s pre-eminent hard court player.

He was relentless from the get-go, holding to love twice in the first set before his first blemish on serve in the fifth game.

Zverev had to slog to save early break points and was second best in the rallies.

He grumbled to the chair umpire about a racquet not being re-strung at the change of ends when trailing 4-3.

He was broken in the next game while stranded at the net as Sinner blasted a forehand that nearly knocked the racquet out of Zverev’s grip.

Superb net play and a sharp backhand volley gave Sinner three set points and he converted the first with an ace.

Though outplayed in every facet, Zverev held on white-knuckled to take the second set into a tiebreak.

It was level pegging at 4-4 when the match turned viciously away from him as Sinner fired into the net cord and had the ball dribble over.

Sinner thumped down a huge serve to raise two set points and converted the first, firing a furious forehand winner from the baseline.

Gutted, Zverev smashed his racquet as he returned to his chair and whacked it again after sitting down.

    ‘Best player in the world’

The sting was entirely gone from the match as Zverev dropped serve to trail 4-2 in the third with a wild forehand that sailed over the baseline.

There would be no last stand from Zverev, nor any wobble from Sinner who did not cough up a single break point for the match as he savoured a third helping of Grand Slam glory.

“It sucks standing here next to this thing [trophy] and not being able to touch it, I’ll be honest,” Zverev said after the match.

“But congratulations to Jannik. You more than deserve it. You’re the best player in the world by far.

“I was hoping that I could be more competitive today, but you’re just too good. It’s as simple as that.”

Zverev was heckled before making his runner-up speech, with a person in the crowd repeatedly yelling – “Australia believes Olga and Brenda”.

In June last year, Zverev’s lawyers said he had agreed to a settlement after the mother of his child, Brenda Patea, accused him of physical abuse and a German court closed the case.

Zverev repeatedly rejected the allegations by Patea.

In January 2023, the ATP, citing insufficient evidence, closed an investigation that was launched after another ex-girlfriend, tennis player Olga Sharypova, accused Zverev of domestic abuse.

  • Meet Anna Kalinskaya, girlfriend of 2025 Australian Open champion Jannik Sinner

The No. 1 seed in the Australian Open, Jannik Sinner, confirmed his status by winning the final in Sydney and things are progressing off the court as well for the Italian who has been in a relationship with a WTP player for the last few months.

Sinner on fire on and off the court

Sinner is known for his extraordinary baseline play and fantastic force with his forehand. That has carried him to the top of the men’s tennis world, but his persona both on and off the court is one of a mild mannered, quiet guy who keeps to himself.

That might be why his personal life and love life in particular was kept under wraps up until a few months ago. “I want to protect the people closest to me, keeping them out of this,” Sinner told Vanity Fair Italia last June. “I see it as a small task to carry out, almost a duty: they helped me, when I was young, to gain self-confidence, and today in some way I want to protect them.”

That may be the case, but there isn’t much hiding his sweetheart, Anna Kalinskaya who is also a professional tennis player. Rumors of a relationship were confirmed by Jannik in the spring of last year, and shortly after they were seen supporting one and other during the Wimbledon Championships last June. They were seen smooching in the stands of Arthur Ashe Stadium after Sinner won the U.S. Open title back in September.

Virus forces Kalinskaya to withdraw in Melbourne

Kalinskaya is a 26 year old Russian tennis player who has reached as high as 11th on the WTA Tour. She began her career at 17 winning the girl’s doubles at the 2016 Australian Open, and since then she has established herself as a mainstay on the tour with a current ranking of 14.

The two have more than just tennis in common, and understand each others busy lifestyles and hectic travel schedules. “Of course, it’s not easy, I travel a lot and during tournaments, I’m very focused. But I think it’s a beautiful thing when you find the right love. Like for everyone,” he said. “And then, if you think about it, the best tennis players in the world all have wives and children.”

Kalinskaya was forced to withdraw from her first round match up with Kimberly Birrell just hours before the match was set to get underway. After getting to the quarterfinals last year, the Russian was struck down with a virus in the days leading up to the Aussie Open.

  • Alex Zverev consoled by Jannik Sinner after losing final, heckled about domestic violence allegations, speech, video, latest news

The emotion of a third consecutive loss in a slam final was written all over Alex Zverev’s face, with opponent Jannik Sinner consoling the world No.2 after their Australian Open decider.

Watch every ball of The 2025 Women’s Ashes Series LIVE with no ad-breaks during play on Kayo | New to Kayo? Get your first month for just $1. Limited time offer.

Zverev was clearly heartbroken by the loss, which wasn’t as close as his previous two slam finals, the German unable to earn a break point for the entire match.

He buried his face in his hands sitting on his bench after Sinner served out the match in straight sets, and was near tears as he stood for the trophy ceremony, with his younger rival consoling him.

SIMPLY SUPERB: Sinner’s near-perfect feat matches legends as cursed star loses another final

Before Zverev could speak, he was interrupted by a woman yelling: “Australia Believes Olya and Brenda! Australia Believes Olya and Brenda!”

Her comments were in reference to Zverev’s two former partners who accused him of domestic violence. Olya Sharypova did not go to the police, and a lengthy investigation by the ATP found insufficient evidence to support her allegations, with the report not published.

Brenda Patea, who is the mother of his child, took Zverev to court – in which the prosecutor alleged Zverev pushed her against a wall and strangled her with both hands following a “heated argument”.

After the trial was taken behind closed doors, it soon ended under a unique German court system ruling; similar to a settlement, it sees Zverev maintain his presumption of innocence, but no ruling of guilt or innocence was officially made, and he paid a €200,000 ‘financial stipulation’ to the state.

Notably, Zverev would not have had to pay if a judge had formally declared him not guilty; the process was effectively discontinued before a ruling could be made either way.

A situation that had already been handled awkwardly by tennis authorities, with Zverev allowed to play while being investigated (against the rules of many sports leagues, which have domestic abuse policies), was left unsolved with a lack of clarity on what really happened.

Zverev, of course, had to be allowed to continue playing once the legal process ended. But as former New York Times journalist turned Substack writer Ben Rothenberg explained at Bounces, “there’s a lot of glum, frustrated witnesses to his (Zverev’s) continued presence and preeminence in tennis”.

“It has a real, painful impact for many people who do not enjoy watching him play, many of whom cannot bring themselves to ever watch his matches because of how strongly they feel about him.”

Rothenberg added: “I’ve heard it described as a great “exhale” when Zverev loses at majors; with him into his second final in nine months, again many in the tennis world will be holding their breath until the last point of the men’s final.”

Zverev ignored the intrusion and won many fans inside Rod Laver Arena with his speech.

“It sucks standing here next to this thing (the winner’s trophy) and not being able to touch it, to be honest,” he said.

“But first of all, congratulations to Jannik. You more than deserve it. You are the best player in the world by far.

“I was hoping that I could be more of a competitor today, but you would just too good. It’s as simple as that. Congratulations to you. You really deserve it.

“Congrats to your team as well. You have done all the right things, you have done all the work, and there is nobody that deserves this trophy more.

“I want to thank my team. I mean, are trying to do all the right work. I’m just not good enough. It’s as simple as that.”

He continued: “But I really appreciate what everybody has done over the last few years, back from my ankle injury, to world No.2. To playing Grand Slam finals again. So, I really appreciate everything that they have done.

“And last but not least, I want to thank the crowd. The crowd has been nothing but amazing to me.

“You know, you guys pushed me through to the final. I really did think I had a chance, but here I am. You know, I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to lift a trophy, but I’ll keep coming back, keep trying, and I’ll see you guys all next year. Thank you.”

Sinner spoke highly of Zverev to begin his own speech.

“You are an amazing player. Keep believing in yourself, because I think all players, coaches, whoever is involved in this sport knows how strong you are, not only as a player, but also as a person,” the world No.1 said.

“So, keep it up, keep working hard, because we all believe that you can lift one of these very, very soon. So, I wish you only the best.”

In a heartwarming display of sportsmanship, Jannik Sinner was seen consoling Alexander Zverev after his loss in the final match. Despite the intense competition on the court, Sinner showed empathy and compassion towards his opponent, demonstrating the true spirit of sportsmanship.

However, the touching moment was marred by a group of hecklers in the crowd who shouted derogatory comments about the domestic violence allegations against Zverev. The incident was captured on video and has sparked outrage among fans and spectators.

In response to the heckling, Zverev gave a powerful speech condemning domestic violence and stating that he is innocent of the accusations against him. He urged the crowd to focus on the game and show respect to all players, regardless of their personal lives.

The latest news on the situation is still developing, but it is clear that Zverev’s loss in the final was a difficult moment for him. Despite the challenges he faced, he showed grace and dignity in defeat, while Sinner’s act of kindness will be remembered as a shining example of sportsmanship in tennis.

  • Alexander Zverev left angry over racquet drama in Jannik Sinner clash

Alexander Zverev was left in a spot of bother when he realised the racquets he’d sent to be re-strung were not with him on court.

During the first set of his Australian Open final against world No.1 Jannik Sinner, Zverev, who was trailing 4-3, was preparing to serve when he became frustrated.

He exchanged some words with his father and coaching box, asking where exactly those newly strung racquets were.

“Zverev spent the changeover wondering where the racquets he’d given to the stringer an hour ago were,” Jim Courier said on Nine.

    “They should’ve been on court.

“Now, there’s a little bit of confusion with him and his dad as to where those racquets are.”

Courier explained why Zverev would have been feeling so thrown off by the ordinary service.

“He’s just sent some racquets away to be re-strung. Remember, these players typically change racquets when the new balls are brought in, so the strings are fresh.

“The strings do lose a little tension through the course of playing, so they’re trying to get control of some balls that are quite lively here when they’re brand new.”

Zverev did not win another game in the first set after the racquet confusion, going down 6-3 to the defending Australian Open champion.

Alexander Zverev left angry over racquet drama in Jannik Sinner clash

In a fiery showdown between two of the top tennis players, Alexander Zverev and Jannik Sinner, tensions reached a boiling point over a racquet drama that left Zverev fuming.

During a crucial point in the match, Sinner accidentally hit Zverev’s racquet with his own, causing it to break. Zverev immediately protested, claiming that Sinner had intentionally damaged his racquet in order to gain an advantage.

Despite the umpire’s attempts to diffuse the situation, Zverev was visibly angry and could be heard shouting at Sinner. The German player ultimately lost the match, but it was clear that the racquet incident had left a bitter taste in his mouth.

Zverev’s frustration over the racquet drama highlights the intense rivalry between these two players and sets the stage for future clashes on the court. Fans can only speculate on what will happen next in this heated rivalry.

  • Jannik Sinner told he’s ‘not bulletproof’ by own coach as two-year ban a possibility | Tennis | Sport

World No.1 Jannik Sinner finds tennis his “safe place” before he bids to retain his Australian Open title against Alex Zverev today, his coach has claimed.

The US Open champion was undefeated in hardcourt Grand Slams last year – but he also twice tested positive for a banned substance last March.

The Italian was cleared of fault by an independent tribunal but the World Anti-Doping Agency has appealed and he could be banned for up to two years after an April hearing.

Sinner, 23, still won eight titles in 2024 and is currently on a 20-match winning streak that began late last season.

And his Aussie coach Darren Cahill said: “Nobody’s bulletproof. I think we all have moments when it gets to you a little bit. I think to a large extent, he finds playing tennis matches to be his safe place.

“That’s where he can go and do his thing and feel like this is what he knows, this is what he understands, what is what he’s good at. It becomes a home for him to step on to the court and play tennis.

“There’s been a lot of pressure around him for the last nine months now. He deals with it as well as anybody that I’ve ever seen deal with pressure. His conscience is clear.”

This will be the first finals between the top two seeds since No. 1 Djokovic defeated No. 2 Nadal in 2019.

Zverev, 27, has lost his previous two Grand Slam finals in five sets but said his re-hiring Andy Murray’s former fitness coach had been to his strong form at the end of last season. “I hired Jez Green as a new physical trainer.,” said the world No.2, “I was with him for seven years and I felt I was physically one of the strongest players on tour with him.”

Jannik Sinner, the rising star in the world of tennis, has been warned by his own coach that he is “not bulletproof” amid concerns over his behavior on and off the court. The 20-year-old Italian prodigy has been making waves in the tennis world with his impressive performances, but recent incidents have raised red flags.

Sinner’s coach, Riccardo Piatti, has reportedly told the young player that he needs to be more disciplined and focused if he wants to reach his full potential. Piatti’s warning comes after Sinner was involved in a heated argument with an umpire during a recent match, leading to speculation that he could face a two-year ban from the sport.

Sinner has been touted as a future Grand Slam champion, but his recent behavior has raised concerns about his ability to handle the pressure of professional tennis. Piatti’s warning serves as a wake-up call for the talented youngster, reminding him that he is not invincible and must stay grounded in order to succeed.

As Sinner continues to make a name for himself on the tennis circuit, all eyes will be on him to see if he can heed his coach’s advice and avoid any further controversies. Only time will tell if Sinner can rise above the challenges and fulfill his potential as a top player in the sport.

  • The mild-mannered Tyrolean Terror Jannik Sinner has been steely at the Australian Open

“I don’t want to talk, you know, so much about how I felt today,” Sinner told reporters after he won. “I was not feeling really well. I was struggling physically, but I don’t want to go into details, no? … I think it was a great match. I think that’s what we have to focus on, and some ups and downs.”

De Minaur had lost all nine previous meetings with Sinner, and that song remained the same. Sinner allowed just one break point, while feasting on six of 10 chances. He hit nearly three times as many winners as de Minaur, 27-10, and won six out of every 10 points when de Minaur hit a second serve. While game as ever, the undersized and underpowered Aussie simply had no place to hide.

Afterward, de Minaur heaped praise on Sinner and added: “After playing some great tennis on home soil and gaining so much, you feel like you just have been slapped across the face, to be honest, to finish off like that.”

Sinner’s semifinal opponent will be Ben Shelton, the diametrical opposite of de Minaur. The 22-year old American is 6-foot-4, solid of build, and blessed with great power. Shelton has beaten Sinner before (Shanghai in 2023), although the favorite won their last three meetings. Apart from a monstrous serve, Shelton has punishing groundstrokes, and a creative attacking style to go with his confidence-inducing history in Melbourne Park. He made his pro tour breakout by reaching the quarterfinals there two years ago.

Jannik Sinner is hoping to begin his final season with Darren Cahill in his coaching team with a deep run at the former Aussie pro’s home Grand Slam.

In his post-match presser after defeating Tristan Schoolkate in four sets on Thursday evening in Melbourne, Sinner confirmed a report that 2025 would mark the final year of his partnership with Cahill.

“He brought me so many things,” said Sinner, when asked about Cahill and what he had added since he joined the Italian’s team, which also includes coach Simone Vagnozzi, in July 2022. “One year is still long. I don’t want to talk so much about his retirement. I feel very, very lucky and happy to be his last player on Tour. He has been an amazing, amazing coach and person, not only for me but for all the other players he has worked with.”

Sinner has surged to become No. 1 in the PIF ATP Rankings, a two-time Grand Slam titlist and four-time ATP Masters 1000 champion since he started working with Cahill and Vagnozzi together. The Italian also triumphed at the Nitto ATP Finals for the first time in 2024, a season that he finished with a standout 73-6 record, according to the Infosys Win/Loss Index.

The 23-year-old Sinner will hope to ensure that Cahill, who has also worked with former World No. 1s Andre Agassi, Lleyton Hewitt and Simona Halep during his coaching career, enjoys a memorable sendoff in 2025.

“For me it’s just a huge honour. Hopefully we can make a nice season,” said the Australian Open top seed, who will contest his second Lexus ATP Head2Head meeting against Marcos Giron in the third round in Melbourne. “But let’s see what’s coming in the future. He has a beautiful family, so many great things to come for him also after his tennis job. Let’s see. But the year is still long.”

  • Jannik Sinner’s telling moment with coach Darren Cahill’s wife amid sad reality

Sunday night’s Australian Open final represented the last time Jannik Sinner and coach Darren Cahill worked together in Australia. And nothing epitomises their bond like how close Sinner also is with his Aussie coach’s family.

There was a telling moment that not many saw after Sinner’s victory over Ben Shelton in their semi-final on Friday night, when the Italian embraced Cahill’s wife Victoria in the halls of Rod Laver Arena. The sweet moment was picked up on Channel 9 cameras, and showed Victoria hugging Sinner after he’d advanced to the final.

Speaking on Channel 9, Todd Woodbridge said it showed how close Sinner is with the entire Cahill family, and the World No.1 made mention of them when he announced this year would be Cahill’s last as his coach. “I feel very, very lucky and happy to be his last player on tour,” Sinner said earlier in the tournament.

“He has been an amazing, amazing coach and person, not only for me but for all the other players he has worked with. He has a beautiful family, so many great things to come for him also after his tennis job. Let’s see. But the year is still long.”

Cahill is said to be keen on spending more time with family and is now a grandfather. The Aussie makes up one quarter of Sinner’s successful team alongside fellow coach Simone Vagnozzi, physio Giacomo Naldi and fitness trainer Umberto Ferrara.

It came as a big surprise when Sinner split with former coach Riccardo Piatti two years ago, after Piatti guided him through the junior ranks and into senior tennis. But the coaching switch has worked wonders, with Cahill helping Sinner win the Australian and US Open crowns in 2024.

Sinner said he sees his coaching team more than his own family. “When I ask someone to join my team it’s not only if they are the best in their work but also how I feel with them,” he said last year. “For me that is very important because we spend not only the time when we work together, but also at dinner and in the morning.

“I see more of them than my family, so you have to feel very comfortable. They also have to understand my problems, as I sometimes have to understand their problems even if they are a little bit older than I am. It is just important to talk about everything very openly.”

The 59-year-old Cahill has also helped Lleyton Hewitt, Andre Agassi and Simona Halep reach their peaks. Speaking before Sunday night’s final, the Aussie praised the way Sinner has conducted himself amid a tumultuous time.

“It’s not easy to come back and defend a major for the first time in your career, and he’s had some stuff to deal with,” said Cahill, referring to a Court of Arbitration for Sport hearing that will take place in April to determine if Sinner should be banned for inadvertently testing positive to a banned steroid last year.

“We couldn’t be prouder of the way that he’s conducted himself, both on and off the court, the fight he’s shown, the resilience. Nobody’s bulletproof – I think we all have moments when it gets to you a little bit, but I think to a large extent he finds playing tennis matches to be his safe place.

“There’s been a lot of pressure around him for the last nine months now, but he deals with it as well as anybody that I’ve ever seen deal with pressure. He’s an amazing young man that’s been able to put that to one side. What will be will be. We don’t know what’s going to happen, but he can always hold his head up high and be proud of what he’s been able to achieve.”

Sinner twice tested positive last March, but successfully appealed a provision ban and was allowed to keep playing. The International Tennis Federation cleared him of any wrongdoing and accepted that his now-sacked masseur had accidentally transferred the steroid into his system by placing it onto his own finger to treat an injury and then failing to wear gloves during a massage.

But the World Anti-Doping Agency has appealed the ITF’s ruling, and Sinner will front the CAS hearing in Switzerland in April. WADA have acknowledged that Sinner wasn’t at fault, but believe he should still be banned (for between 1-2 years) due to negligence on his part that a team member had a banned drug.

Jannik Sinner, the rising star in the world of tennis, recently had a telling moment with coach Darren Cahill’s wife that shed light on a sad reality in the sport.

During a practice session, Sinner was seen chatting and laughing with Cahill’s wife, which sparked rumors of a potential rift between the player and his coach. However, the truth behind the interaction was far more heartbreaking.

It was later revealed that Cahill’s wife had been battling a serious illness and Sinner was simply offering his support and comfort during this difficult time. The moment highlighted the deep bonds that can form between players and their coaches, transcending the boundaries of the sport.

Despite the challenges they may face, Sinner and Cahill have continued to work together, showing a strong sense of unity and resilience. This telling moment serves as a reminder of the human side of professional sports and the importance of compassion and empathy in times of struggle.

As Sinner continues to make waves in the tennis world, his touching gesture towards Cahill’s wife serves as a poignant reminder of the power of connection and support in the face of adversity.

  • Everything you need to know about Anna Kalinskaya: Australian Open finalist Jannik Sinner’s girlfriend

The No. 1 seed in the Australian Open, Jannik Sinner, is in the final in Sydney and things are progressing off the court as well for Sinner who has been in a relationship with a WTP player for the last few months.

Anna Kalinskaya is a professional tennis player from Russia who has been making headlines recently not only for her on-court performances but also for her romantic relationship with rising star Jannik Sinner. Here’s everything you need to know about her:

  • Jannik Sinner and girlfriend’s age gap, split rumours, footballer DMs | Tennis | Sport

Jannik Sinner will likely have fellow tennis star Anna Kalinskaya amongst those cheering him on this weekend. Sinner, 23, defends his Australian Open title in the final against German ace Alex Zverev on Sunday (January 26) at 8:30am UK time.

It has been another incredible tournament for the World No.1, who emphatically saw off United States prodigy Ben Shelton 7-6, 6-2, 6-2 in the semi-final. But some of the more tense moments of his recent career have come away from the court with his other half.

While WTA No.16 Kalinskaya and ATP top seed Sinner have done their best to keep details about their relationship private, there have been numerous instances where they were the talk of the tennis world amongst fans. Express Sport takes a look at their intriguing partnership.

There is a notable three-year age difference between the two. Sinner is one of the younger players on the ATP tour at 23 years old, while Kalinskaya is more experienced on the court and in life at the age of 26.

Neither player has spoken about the slight age gap as they have both avoided talking about their relationship in public. Kalinskaya has dated fellow pro Nick Kyrgios in the past.

The pair split up in 2020, when Sinner would have only been around 19 years old. Kalinskaya and Kyrgios had the same age gap, except it was the Australian who was the elder by three years.

As much as they try to avoid headlines with their relationship, Sinner and Kalinskaya sometimes cannot help but create new ones. While there is plenty of mystery around their time together, tennis fans have also interpreted several things as being signals that they have broken up with each other.

Speaking on the matter previously, Sinner said: “Whether or not I am with a girl will never be known on social media, because I want to keep my private life private. I don’t need to post a photo to show whether I’m engaged. I never posted pictures with my parents, maybe one with my brother.”

Kalinskaya and Sinner unfollowed each other on social media after Sinner said in a November 2024 interview with Esquire: “I don’t think anything has changed. Having a girlfriend is something that either makes you feel good or makes you feel bad. I want it to be something that feels very natural, which comes into my life normally. I can’t afford to change as a player or as a person. That hasn’t happened, and that’s why it works.”

Some tennis fans also think the pair are no longer, with many suggesting they may both be playing the role of supportive exes.

Kalinskaya may be one of the best tennis players in the world, but the Russian has also attracted a lot of interest from athletes outside of the sport. She previously said she has sometimes had footballers try and swoon her on social media.

She revealed this during a question-and-answer exchange on Instagram. When asked if she has ever had any other athletes or famous people reach out, she replied: “I don’t know, probably some football player. So I’m not gonna…. I don’t know, too many football players. So, I didn’t reply.”

The only other famous person she has had a relationship with, as mentioned earlier, is Kyrgios. When there were suggestions that the often fiery Aussie may have been the person behind the break-up, she came to his defence on social media and said: “He did nothing.

“He is a good person and I didn’t mean to comment about him. I don’t know why people think it’s about him. He is a great player and nice person.”

Jannik Sinner, the rising star in the world of tennis, has been making headlines not only for his impressive performances on the court but also for his personal life. The 20-year-old Italian player has been in a relationship with his girlfriend, Martina, who is 10 years older than him.

The age gap between Jannik and Martina has raised eyebrows among fans and the media, with many speculating about whether their relationship can withstand the age difference. However, the couple has been going strong, with Jannik often gushing about Martina in interviews and on social media.

Recently, rumors have surfaced about the couple’s split, with some sources claiming that their relationship has hit a rough patch. However, Jannik and Martina have not addressed these rumors publicly, leaving fans to wonder about the true status of their relationship.

Adding fuel to the fire, it has been reported that a famous footballer has been sliding into Martina’s DMs, causing further speculation about the state of her relationship with Jannik. Despite the rumors and drama surrounding their relationship, Jannik and Martina have remained relatively private about their personal lives, choosing to focus on their respective careers.

As Jannik continues to make waves in the tennis world, fans will undoubtedly be keeping a close eye on his relationship with Martina and whether they can overcome the challenges that come with their age gap. Only time will tell what the future holds for this young couple.
