  • Nia Jax ‘Spills The Tea’ About The State Of The WWE Women’s Locker Room

If there’s one thing that pro wrestling fans seem to love, it’s backstage drama. Perhaps even more so than the scripted drama that unfolds in front of their eyes on television nearly every night of the week.

Inquiring minds always seem to want to know what’s really going on in their favorite wrestling company. A little more of the shoot, a little less of the work. Us Weekly wanted to know when they sat down with Nia Jax ahead of Saturday Night’s Main Event.

MORE: The Miz, Damian Priest & More Transfer Window Moves Announced On WWE Smackdown

They asked the former WWE Women’s Champion point blank how everyone in the women’s locker room got along.

“Is this the politically right answer?” Jax asked with a smirk “Should I tell you the real tea? There might be a couple that were like, ‘Yo, sit outside. We don’t really want you in here. I’m not gonna say any names. We’ll keep it quiet.”

It’s believed that Jax was being a bit facetious with that first comment, but then again, always keep the audience guessing. Nia did admit that many of the girls do get along quite well behind the scenes, and spoke of a true team atmosphere.

“For the most part in our women’s locker room, we all get along. We’re willing to help each other out … If one of us is like, ‘Hey, I’m about to do a promo, a match and a brawl, I need food,’ the girls are like, ‘Hey, whatever you need.’ We do really support each other. There’s times where we are each other’s family. At the end of the time, I’m with them 90 percent of the time. We have to turn to each other and really have a bond. If I could ever expose some of the behind-the-scenes stuff, it would be the best reality show ever.”

Jax is just hours away from battling Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event. A match that, as Us Weekly put it, will be a feast for everyone’s senses. And potentially an inspiring performance for some young lady watching on NBC or Peacock at home.

“We’re bold, beautiful women, and we are also athletes,” Nia said. “Young women see us out there and they’re like, ‘Holy crap, I could do something like that.’ Every time we’ve been given this opportunity, we’ve been killing it.”

I’m not gonna say any names. We’ll keep it quiet. For the most part in our women’s locker room, we all get along. • Nia Jax Praises Rhea Ripley, Mandy Rose Doesn’t Know If She’ll Ever Return To Wrestling

During a recent interview with Screenrant, Nia Jax commented on her upcoming match with Rhea Ripley at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event and expressed her belief that Ripley is one of the top athletes in the company.

You can check out some highlights from the interview below:

On facing Rhea Ripley tomorrow night: “Rhea is one of our top athletes. Female, male, she’s one of our top athletes. I think, previously, when we got into it, we had the main event in Elimination Chamber last year, I tried a different strategy. But this time I feel like I got to match her with some intensity. I think just coming out of the gate, and going pound for pound with her and seeing if I could just wear her down and then pick at her, pick her apart.”

On taking part in Saturday Night’s Main Event: “It’s a beautiful history. WWE is so good at keeping our history and our culture so strong. I come from a wrestling family, and I’ve seen my family throughout the years, the decades, on all these historic shows. Being a part of Saturday Night’s Main Event is going to be a cool thing on its own, but competing for this women’s World Heavyweight Championship is huge because I haven’t held that title. That’s something that I want in my accolades. That’s something I want when I look back in my history to say that, ‘Okay, I got that as one as well.’ Rhea thinks that she’s at the top of the pyramid for the women’s division, but I have a little bit of a rude awakening for her, because last year was my year, and I’m continuing it this year. I’m coming for that title. I don’t care what gets in my way.”

During a recent signing for Highspots’ Virtual Gimmick Table, Mandy Rose revealed that she’s not sure if she’ll ever return to the ring. She said,

“I’m not sure. I don’t know if I have an answer for that. I know it’s the question I get asked all day every day about it. I feel like there may be some unfinished business in the ring with Mandy Rose, especially now things ended. However I don’t also know…I don’t know where or when will be, if the right time, if the right place, and what that looks like because it’s such a what if thing. I’m really enjoying my life right now and all the opportunities that I have and everything that I’m doing outside of wrestling and obviously involving wrestling as well like here [the signing]. But I really don’t know. I know it’s a very open-ended answer, but yeah, that’s all I got for you for that.“”

Nia Jax took to social media to praise fellow WWE superstar Rhea Ripley, calling her a “badass” and noting that she has a bright future ahead of her in the wrestling industry. Jax, who is known for her powerful in-ring presence, had nothing but positive things to say about Ripley’s skills and talent.

Meanwhile, Mandy Rose recently opened up about her uncertain future in wrestling, admitting that she doesn’t know if she’ll ever return to the squared circle. Rose, who has been a mainstay in WWE for several years, expressed her gratitude for the opportunities she’s had in the industry but hinted at the possibility of exploring other career paths.

It’s always interesting to see how wrestlers navigate their careers and make decisions about their futures in the industry. Whether it’s praising their peers or contemplating their own paths, these superstars continue to captivate fans with their talent and dedication to their craft.

WWE superstar Nia Jax admitted things aren’t always hunky dory with every member of the women’s locker room.

In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly, the reigning WWE Queen of the Ring, 40, hesitated when asked if all the wrestlers on the roster got along backstage.

“Is this the politically right answer?” Jax asked Us with a smile. “Should I tell you the real tea?”

After a moment of hesitation, Jax hinted at some tense relationships with a handful of other wrestlers on the roster.

Despite a bad egg or two, Jax said things are usually quite pleasant amongst herself and her fellow superstars.

“For the most part in our women’s locker room, we all get along,” she explained. “We’re willing to help each other out … If one of us is like, ‘Hey, I’m about to do a promo, a match and a brawl, I need food,’ the girls are like, ‘Hey, whatever you need.’ We do really support each other.”

Due to the hectic schedule of life in WWE — where wrestlers are sometimes on the road 300 days of the year — Jax said members of the locker room become more than friends.

“There’s times where we are each other’s family,” she explained. “At the end of the time, I’m with them 90 percent of the time. We have to turn to each other and really have a bond.”

She added, “If I could ever expose some of the behind-the-scenes stuff, it would be the best reality show ever.”

Nia Jax, the powerhouse of WWE, recently made a bold statement about certain individuals she would kick out of the WWE locker room if given the chance. In a recent interview, Jax expressed her frustrations with certain individuals who she believes do not belong in the professional wrestling industry.

“I think there are definitely people in the locker room who don’t have the right attitude or work ethic to be here,” Jax said. “If I had the power, I would definitely kick them out and make room for more deserving talent.”

While Jax did not name any specific individuals, her comments have sparked speculation among fans and fellow wrestlers about who she may be referring to. Some have speculated that Jax may be calling out those who do not take their craft seriously or who are disrespectful to their colleagues.

Despite the controversy surrounding her comments, Jax remains steadfast in her belief that the WWE locker room should be filled with hardworking and dedicated individuals who are committed to their craft. As one of the most dominant forces in the women’s division, Jax’s opinion carries weight and may prompt some reflection among her peers.

It remains to be seen if any action will be taken based on Jax’s comments, but one thing is for certain – she is not afraid to speak her mind and stand up for what she believes is right in the world of professional wrestling.

  • “Beautiful, beautiful f**king woman” – WWE Hall of Famer confesses his attraction to Nia Jax

A WWE Hall of Famer recently commented on Nia Jax during an edition of his podcast. He confessed to finding her stunningly beautiful.

Jax is one of the Stamford-based company’s top female superstars. The Irresistible Force held the WWE Women’s Championship for 153 days before dropping the title to Tiffany Stratton earlier this month. Last Monday, the reigning Queen of the Ring announced that she would compete in the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble Match.

While Jax is supposed to play a monstrous character on screen, Hall of Famer Kevin Nash claimed on his Kliq This podcast that the Australian could not go 100% into that mode because she looked ”stunning.” The wrestling legend did not hide his attraction to the 40-year-old former WWE Women’s Champion.

“We were both talking about Jax. [Very interesting duality to her.] Yeah, beautiful, beautiful f**king woman. [You can’t go a 100% monster because you look at her face, and she’s stunning.] No, she’s beautiful, man! She’s absolutely a stunning woman,” he said. [1:04:07-1:04:25]

Wrestling veteran Greg Gagne also praised the former WWE Women’s Champion

On a recent edition of the Straight Talk with The Boss podcast, wrestling veteran Greg Gagne heaped praise on Nia Jax while speaking about the current women’s division. He claimed the Australian ”is terrific.”

The 76-year-old stated that The Irresistible Force is the best female in-ring performer he has ever seen.

“When you talk about the girls’ roster, I mean, they’re phenomenal. I’ll tell you, that Nia Jax is the best I have ever seen. She is terrific. The matches she’s been having and to keep that heat that she’s got; phenomenal!” he said.

It will be interesting to see if Jax wins the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble. Last Monday on RAW, she teased getting into a feud with the current Women’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley. Will she appear tonight on RAW to confront Mami? Only time will tell.
