Having worked on several projects together throughout their illustrious run in showbiz, Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman have nothing but admiration for each other, which also translated into their performances together. While Aniston has had the opportunity to work with several great and likable figures in the last three decades, one of them being Adam Sandler, her bond with Bateman has been off the charts.
Although both of them have evolved a lot since their beginning on the silver screen, one thing that has remained constant is the Ozark star’s squeezability in the eyes of Aniston.

Even though the duo have shared the screen on several occasions, the duo’s perspective on each other has remained the same. While Aniston confessed that the Ozark star was in a much…
In a recent interview, Jennifer Aniston revealed that there is only one actor who is on her “nice list” apart from her longtime friend and frequent co-star Adam Sandler. And the lucky recipient of this honor? None other than Paul Rudd.
Aniston gushed about Rudd, saying, “There’s nothing about him that isn’t squeezable. He’s just the most likable person. He’s such a good guy and he’s so funny and talented. I love working with him.”
The pair has starred together in multiple projects, including the hit comedy film “The Object of My Affection” and the beloved TV show “Friends,” where Rudd played Phoebe’s love interest, Mike Hannigan.
Fans of Aniston and Rudd will be thrilled to hear that the actress holds him in such high regard. With his charm, wit, and undeniable talent, it’s no wonder that Rudd has earned a spot on Aniston’s nice list.
Aniston was an unknown actor before Friends turned her and her co-stars into superstars virtually overnight. Speaking about that time in her life with People, Aniston said that she and the Friends cast getting their first People cover was, “the most exciting thing on the planet.”
“Nothing was not exciting. Everything was exciting.” She added, “Everything’s still exciting. It’s just there’s a little bit more behind us. We’ve had more experiences. We’ve learned more lessons.”
The “more behind us” Aniston was referring to includes life experiences, of course, but also professional ones. Since getting her start on Friends, Jennifer Aniston has starred in movies and TV shows like Bruce Almighty, The Break-Up, Horrible Bosses, and The Morning Show, just to name a few.
Aniston plays a popular morning show host, Alex, alongside relative newbie Bradley, played by Reese Witherspoon. Yes, this is technically a reunion, as Witherspoon played Aniston’s youngest sister in Friends.
While Jennifer Aniston is best known for her iconic role as Rachel Green on the hit TV show “Friends,” she has also starred in a number of other movies and TV shows that are definitely worth watching. Here are some of Jennifer Aniston’s best performances outside of the beloved sitcom:
1. “The Morning Show” (TV Series) – Aniston stars alongside Reese Witherspoon in this drama series about the cutthroat world of morning news. Aniston’s portrayal of a seasoned news anchor grappling with personal and professional challenges earned her critical acclaim and a SAG Award.
2. “Cake” (Movie) – In this emotional drama, Aniston plays a woman suffering from chronic pain who becomes obsessed with the suicide of a woman in her chronic pain support group. Aniston’s raw and vulnerable performance in this film earned her a Golden Globe nomination.
3. “Marley & Me” (Movie) – Aniston stars opposite Owen Wilson in this heartwarming film about a couple and their mischievous dog, Marley. Aniston’s chemistry with Wilson and her portrayal of a devoted wife and mother make this movie a must-watch for fans of the actress.
4. “The Break-Up” (Movie) – In this romantic comedy, Aniston stars opposite Vince Vaughn as a couple going through a messy breakup. Aniston’s comedic timing and relatable portrayal of a woman trying to move on from a failed relationship make this film a standout in her filmography.
5. “Dumplin’” (Movie) – Aniston plays a former beauty queen whose relationship with her plus-size daughter is tested in this heartfelt coming-of-age film. Aniston’s performance as a flawed but loving mother adds depth to this feel-good movie.
Whether you’re a die-hard “Friends” fan or just a casual viewer, these movies and TV shows featuring Jennifer Aniston are sure to showcase her talent and versatility as an actress. Give them a watch and see a different side of this talented star.

No way is Jenny from the Block overpaying for entertainment at her wedding — not even if that entertainer is Bruno Mars.
That’s the word from celebrity wedding planner Marcy Blum, who recently appeared on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast and shared details about her time planning Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s scrapped nuptials.
The iconic singer/songwriter/actress and the 14-time All-Star Yankees third baseman worked with Blum following their March 2019 engagement, and that process included a discussion of possible entertainers for their wedding.

Blum told podcast hosts Lauryn Evarts Bosstick and Michael Bosstick that Lopez asked about hiring Mars to perform. Blum said that her response was, “We just worked with him, and he’s five.”
“Million?” Michael Bosstick asked. “Just to perform for the night?”
“The night?” Blum said. “You get 45 minutes, you get an hour.”
According to Blum, Lopez’s reaction to the “Marry You” singer’s fee was similarly incredulous: “Don’t be ridiculous,” she recalled the multi-hyphenate saying.
Lopez, 55, and Rodriguez, 49, split up in 2021, five years after they publicly confirmed their relationship. Lopez rekindled her romance with ex Ben Affleck later that year, and Jen and Ben tied the knot in July 2022. (Mars did not perform.) The couple divorced in August.
Although J Lo and A-Rod never made it down the aisle, Blum shared her advice for other couples considering a high-profile performer for their own marital celebration.

“You would never have a headliner, if you were sane, as the regular entertainment. No one wants to do their first dance — or maybe they do, but they shouldn’t — to Coldplay or something. That’s just dumb,” she said. “You want a band band and maybe a deejay, and then maybe you want 45 minutes of Chris Martin or Elton John or whomever you want. Because otherwise, it’s all about them.”
Representatives for Blum, Lopez, Mars, and Rodriguez did not immediately respond to EW’s request for comment. Blum, the author of Wedding Planning for Dummies, said she was able to share her memories of working on Lopez and Rodriguez’s wedding because she never signed an NDA.
You can catch Blum’s conversation on “The Skinny Confidential” here, or watch a clip of her discussing Lopez, Rodriguez, and Mars below:
In a recent interview, Jennifer Lopez revealed that she was shocked by Bruno Mars’ wedding performance fee, calling it ‘ridiculous.’ The pop star, who has been in the music industry for decades, said that she was approached by a former event planner who disclosed the astronomical amount that Mars charges for a private performance at a wedding.
Lopez expressed disbelief at the figure, stating that while she understands the value of a live performance, she believes that such exorbitant fees are unjustifiable. She emphasized the importance of staying grounded and humble, even in the face of success and fame.
The singer’s comments have sparked a debate among fans and industry insiders, with some defending Mars’ right to charge whatever he deems appropriate for his talents, while others agree with Lopez’s sentiments about the extravagant nature of such fees.
Regardless of where one stands on the issue, it’s clear that the topic of celebrity performance fees at private events is a contentious one. What do you think about Bruno Mars’ wedding performance fee? Let us know in the comments below.

Jennifer Lopez called out Bruno Mars for his multi-million-dollar performance fee.
During a podcast interview, celebrity wedding planner Marcy Blum shared Lopez’s reaction when she discovered how much it would’ve cost to book a performance with the “24K Magic” singer.
“We were working with J.Lo and A-Rod before they broke up, and they were going through a list of musicians, and she goes, ‘What about Bruno Mars?’” Blum explained on “The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast.“

Blum recalled telling Lopez that she had “just worked with” Mars on another wedding event. The “Marry You” singer received $5 million to sing for 45 minutes to an hour, according to Blum.

Reps for Blum, Lopez and Mars did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
In 2017, Lopez began dating former New York Yankees slugger Rodriguez. The two got engaged in 2019. They postponed their wedding twice due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and eventually ended their relationship in 2021.
At the time, the former couple issued a joint statement to “Today.”
“We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so,” the statement said.
“We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another’s children. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support.”
Earlier this year, Lopez filed for divorce from Ben Affleck in Los Angeles County Superior Court.(Getty Images)
Shortly after that breakup, Lopez reunited with actor Ben Affleck. The two reunited after previously ending their first engagement in 2004.
They tied the knot in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony in July 2022, followed by a more traditional and lavish ceremony in Georgia a month later.
Earlier this year, Lopez filed for divorce on Aug. 20 in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Her petition for the dissolution of her marriage to Affleck was filed on the two-year anniversary of their Georgia wedding.
Lopez has been married four times, first to Ojani Noa, then Cris Judd, followed by the father of her children, Marc Anthony.

In a shocking turn of events, Jennifer Lopez has reportedly called out Bruno Mars for demanding a $5 million performance fee for a wedding appearance. The wedding planner handling the event has allegedly been caught in the middle of the dispute, trying to negotiate a more reasonable fee for Mars’ services. However, it seems that the two music icons are at a standstill, with Lopez refusing to meet Mars’ demands.
Fans are buzzing about the drama unfolding between the two superstars, with many wondering if they will be able to come to an agreement before the big day. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.

For reference, Jen and Alex got engaged in March 2019 after two years of dating, but they didn’t actually tie the knot before their split in March 2021.
Still, celebrity wedding planner Marcy Blum has said that Jennifer was in the process of planning her and Alex’s wedding before they called the whole thing off — and she had a very specific performer in mind for her big day.

According to Marcy, Jennifer was interested in having Bruno perform — but changed her mind once she heard his extortionate price tag.
Speaking on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast, Marcy explained that she is able to speak openly about her time working on this particular A-list wedding because she didn’t sign an NDA.
Recalling her experience on the pod, Marcy revealed that Jen enquired about hiring Bruno to sing at some point during her day, and Marcy told the star: “We just worked with him, and he’s five.”
“Million?” podcast host Michael Bosstick asked. “Just to perform for the night?”
“The night?!” Marcy responded. “You get 45 minutes, you get an hour.”

And, according to Marcy, Jen was just as shocked as Michael by this extortionate expense, with the wedding planner recalling the bride-to-be telling her: “Don’t be ridiculous” when she was told how much Bruno would cost.

While Jennifer and Alex didn’t end up making it down the aisle, Jen did marry Ben Affleck in July 2022 after they rekindled their ‘00s romance the previous year.
Notably, Bruno did not perform at this ceremony, and Jen and Ben confirmed they had split in August of this year.
Meanwhile, Marcy did book Bruno — who has a reported net worth of $175 million — to perform at another lavish wedding in September 2021.
The “24k Magic” singer was the entertainment at socialite Troy Brown’s wedding to Kristin Ryan in Cape Cod, with Troy the son of Motorola CEO Greg Brown.

Speaking on the podcast, Marcy also gave some tips for other couples thinking of booking a famous performer for their wedding day as she advised against hiring a star for the first dance because it’ll steal attention away from the bride and groom.
“You would never have a headliner, if you were sane, as the regular entertainment,” she explained. “No one wants to do their first dance — or maybe they do, but they shouldn’t — to Coldplay or something. That’s just dumb.”
“You want a band band and maybe a DJ,” Marcy went on. “And then maybe you want 45 minutes of Chris Martin or Elton John or whomever you want. Because otherwise, it’s all about them.”
Neither Bruno or J.Lo have commented on Marcy’s recent revelation, and BuzzFeed has contacted their reps for comment.
In the meantime, what do you make of Bruno’s hefty price tag?
More on this
Jennifer Lopez doesn’t hold back when it comes to calling out Bruno Mars for his sky-high performance fees. In a recent interview, the pop icon didn’t mince words when asked about Mars’ reported multi-million-dollar fee for live performances.
“It’s just ridiculous,” Lopez said. “I mean, we all want to get paid for our work, but there’s a line, you know? Charging that much money just to perform a few songs? It’s not fair to the fans who support us and deserve to see us live without breaking the bank.”
Lopez’s comments have sparked a debate in the music industry about the ethics of charging such exorbitant fees for live performances. Some argue that artists should be compensated fairly for their work, while others believe that charging millions of dollars for a show is simply excessive.
Regardless of where you stand on the issue, one thing is clear: Jennifer Lopez isn’t afraid to speak her mind and call out what she sees as unfair practices in the music industry. And for that, we can all admire her realness.
Celebrity wedding planner Marcy Blum opened up about working on the exes’ nuptials before their eventual split on the Thursday, December 26, episode of “The Skinny Confidential Him & Her” podcast. “I’ll tell you a story because I never signed an NDA,” she stated.
According to Blum, her clients are often shocked by “the price of headliners,” and Lopez, 55, and Rodriguez, 49, were no exception. “We were working with J.Lo and A-Rod before they broke up. And we’re going through a list of musicians and she goes, ‘What about Bruno Mars?’” she shared.
Having recently worked with Mars, 39, at the time, Blum surprised Lopez with the “Treasure” singer’s hefty fee. “I said, ‘I just worked with him and he’s $5 [million],’” she revealed. “[Jennifer said], ‘Don’t be ridiculous!’ I said, ‘I’m telling you, $5 million plus rider.’ The night [of the wedding], you get 45 minutes, you get an hour.”

The look of love — in the form of Jennifer Lopez’s five engagement rings through the years. The singer, 51, has had her fair share of incredible diamonds. On March 12, 2021, rumors surfaced that she and Alex Rodriguez had ended their relationship, calling off their engagement after two years. Us Weekly confirmed the following […]
Blum didn’t reveal whether Lopez agreed to Mars’ price point, but the wedding eventually fell through after she and Rodriguez ended their engagement in April 2021.
When it comes to working with high-profile performers for events, Blum said she and her team “don’t give them an excuse to be obnoxious” by catering to their needs. “We’re like, ‘Here we go, and here’s someone who’s gonna handhold you and da da da,’” she said.

Blum said it’s also not normal to have a celebrity such as Mars as the “regular entertainment” of the event. “No one wants to do their first dance, or maybe they do but they shouldn’t, to Coldplay or something. That’s just dumb,” she quipped. “What you want is you want a band-band and maybe a DJ, and then you want 45 minutes of Chris Martin or Elton John or whomever you want. Because otherwise, it’s all about them.”
Lopez and Rodriguez got engaged after two years of dating in March 2019. News broke that the two had called it quits in March 2021, but the pair did not confirm their split until the following month.

“Jen really does wish Alex the best,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in June 2022. “She’s completely moved on. She doesn’t give any thought to Alex. Their relationship was filled with drama and that’s the last thing she has time for in her life.”
Rodriguez noted that he and Lopez “had a great time” in their relationship on a July 2022 episode of “The Martha Stewart Podcast.” He added, “More importantly, we always put the kids front and center in everything we do.” (Lopez shares her 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme, with her ex-husband Marc Anthony. Rodriguez shares his two daughters, Natasha, 20, and Ella, 16, with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis.)
Lopez moved on with Ben Affleck, whom she filed for divorce from after two years of marriage in August. Rodriguez, meanwhile, briefly datedKathryne Padgett in 2022 before finding love with his girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro, later that year.
Jennifer Lopez Shocked by Bruno Mars’ Fee for Alex Rodriguez Wedding
In a recent interview, Jennifer Lopez revealed that she was shocked by the hefty fee that Bruno Mars quoted for performing at her upcoming wedding to Alex Rodriguez. The pop superstar, known for hits like “Uptown Funk” and “24K Magic,” reportedly asked for a staggering $1 million to take the stage at the star-studded event.
While Lopez is no stranger to extravagant celebrations, she admitted that she was taken aback by Mars’ asking price. “I love Bruno and think he’s incredibly talented, but that fee was just way too high for us,” she said. “We had to pass on having him perform at our wedding.”
Despite missing out on Mars’ performance, Lopez assured fans that her wedding to Rodriguez would still be a memorable and special occasion. “We have plenty of other amazing entertainment lined up for the big day,” she added.
It seems even celebrities like Jennifer Lopez have their limits when it comes to wedding expenses!
Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez never got to walk down the aisle, but they had plans for their big day, which never came.
One of those plans was for singer Bruno Mars to perform on their wedding day, but the former couple’s planner revealed that his performance fee would have been an issue.
Lopez and Rodriguez eventually separated, paving the way for her to return to her old flame, Ben Affleck, whom she recently filed for divorce from.
Jennifer Lopez Balked At Bruno Mars’ Performance Fee
Lopez and Rodriguez’s wedding planner, Marcy Blum, has spilled the tea about their wedding plans.
She appeared on the Thursday episode of “The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast” and revealed details about Lopez’s wish for Bruno Mars to perform on her wedding day.
Blum said per Page Six, “We were working with J.Lo and A-Rod before they broke up, and they were going through a list of musicians, and she goes, ‘What about Bruno Mars?’”
The 71-year-old Blum recalled telling Lopez that she just worked with Mars on a wedding where he was paid $5 million for a performance that lasted 45 minutes to an hour.
Lopez reacted to Blum’s revelation by saying, “Don’t be ridiculous!”
Blum also said that she shared the story about Lopez’s reaction to Mars’ performance fee because she didn’t sign a non-disclosure agreement while planning the “I’m Into You” singer and Rodriguez’s doomed nuptials.
Jennifer Lopez And Alex Rodriguez’s Relationship History
MEGA
The singer and baseball player started dating in 2017 and got engaged in 2019. However, they canceled their wedding twice, and Lopez revealed that it was due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In March 2021, reports confirmed that Lopez and Rodriguez had split. Their split came amid rumors that the former MLB star was FaceTiming with “Southern Charm” star Madison LeCroy. However, insiders shot down the rumors, claiming Rodriguez didn’t know LeCroy.
Before their split, Lopez and Rodriguez put on a united front amid the rumors as they stepped out in public together, including attending the Super Bowl together.
The “On The Floor” singer also revealed that she and Rodriguez saw a therapist while quarantining, though those efforts couldn’t save their relationship eventually.
Jennifer Lopez Reunites With Ben Affleck
MEGA
Soon after splitting from Rodriguez, Lopez rekindled her romance with actor Ben Affleck, who she previously dated from 2002 to 2004.
The lovebirds first met on the set of “Gigli” in December 2001 and got engaged in November 2002. The press closely followed Lopez and Affleck’s relationship, and they soon became known as “Bennifer.”
The couple planned to marry in September 2003 but canceled due to excessive media attention. They ended their engagement in January 2004.
Lopez and Affleck reunited 20 years after their first meeting and became lovers again. Despite being parents to kids they shared with former partners, they announced their second engagement in April 2022 and got married in Las Vegas in July 2022, with a second wedding coming the following month.
Lopez Files For Divorce From Affleck
MEGA
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s marriage lasted just two years. On August 20, 2024, she filed for divorce from him. In her divorce filing, the 55-year-old cited April 26, 2024, as their separation date.
The divorce filing did not state whether the former couple had a prenuptial agreement, though sources told TMZthat they didn’t.
Before Lopez finally filed for divorce, there were rumors of issues in her and Affleck’s marriage and reports that they were going for couples therapy. However, neither of them addressed the speculation.
Lopez’s Previous Marriages
Instagram | Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lopez has endured multiple failed marriages. Before filing for divorce from Affleck, she had been in three other marriages that didn’t work out.
Her first marriage was to Cuban waiter Ojani Noa, whom she married in February 1997. Their marriage lasted just 11 months and ended in January 1998.
After Noa, Lopez’s next marriage was to dancer and choreographer Cris Judd, who she met in Spain when he directed her music video for “Love Don’t Cost a Thing.” Judd and Lopez married in September 2001 but split in June 2022.
Lopez’s longest marriage was to superstar singer Marc Anthony. The couple enjoyed a whirlwind romance that began in September 2003 and tied the knot in June 20204.
In 2008, Lopez became a mom for the first time when she and Anthony welcomed twins Max and Emme; however, the couple split in 2011.
Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s wedding planner recently revealed some shocking details about the couple’s upcoming nuptials, including the hefty fee demanded by Bruno Mars for a performance at their wedding.
According to the wedding planner, Bruno Mars’ performance fee was described as “ridiculous” and far beyond what the couple had initially budgeted for entertainment at their wedding. Despite their admiration for the talented singer, the couple ultimately decided to pass on having him perform at their wedding due to the exorbitant cost.
While it may come as a disappointment to fans hoping to see Bruno Mars serenade the couple on their special day, it seems that Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are prioritizing their budget and focusing on creating a memorable celebration without breaking the bank.
Regardless of who ultimately performs at their wedding, there’s no doubt that Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s big day will be a star-studded affair to remember.
