  • John Hancock Investment Management Expands Alternatives Offering Launching Asset Backed Securities Fund with Manulife

BOSTON, Jan. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ – John Hancock Investment Management, a company of Manulife Wealth & Asset Management, announced today that it has launched John Hancock CQS Asset Backed Securities Fund (the fund) with its affiliated investment manager Manulife | CQS Investment Management (Manulife | CQS), a London-based multi-sector alternative credit specialist.

The fund’s investment objective is to seek to generate a return comprised of both current income and capital appreciation. The Manulife | CQS team looks to access diversified and steady sources of income in an actively managed portfolio of asset backed securities (ABS) such as residential and commercial mortgages, bank regulatory capital and collateralized loan obligations. In pursuit of the fund’s objective, the portfolio managers seek to achieve risk-adjusted returns by investing in ABS subsectors that have exhibited low correlations to credit and equity markets. The team seeks to enhance returns by exploiting inefficiencies in the pricing of credit and related risks in the ABS market, while seeking to buffer volatility and mitigate risk.

“We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our second fund in collaboration with Manulife | CQS Investment Management. This fund brings their expertise in asset-backed securities investing to advisors and their clients, catering to the growing demand for alternative investment solutions,” said Kristie Feinberg, Head of U.S. and Europe at Manulife Investment Management, and John Hancock Investment Management’s President and CEO. “This new fund offers investors additional opportunities to diversify their credit allocation, potentially increase income, and leverage the broader benefits of the asset class with the seasoned management of the Manulife | CQS team.”

“ABS is at the very core of our alternative credit platform, a strategy we’ve been managing for the better part of 19 years,” said Soraya Chabarek, CEO, Manulife | CQS Investment Management. “Launching alongside our Multi Asset Credit strategy on the John Hancock fund platform will offer a line-up that is focused on income generation potential while mitigating the downside. We are excited about what ABS markets can offer John Hancock investors: a diversifier to their credit allocations and the potential for high levels of stable income through accessing the real economy. We think the real benefit of ABS is its global, diversified nature, allowing our dedicated ABS team to select the right geographies, sectors, and different parts of the capital structure to help seek consistent risk-adjusted returns.”

Jason Walker, Co-Chief Investment Officer of Manulife | CQS Investment Management and portfolio manager of the fund said, “I’ve been investing in ABS markets for almost 30 years and on average my dedicated team has been active in these markets for 20 years. It is an exciting space and a $4.5 trillion market. We see compelling opportunities for investors across ABS subsectors which have historically exhibited low correlation to broader equity and credit markets. To take advantage of opportunities, detailed bottom-up credit analysis and sophisticated analytics capabilities are essential. We focus on assets that may offer high levels of income, which serve to help buffer portfolios against volatility. We also look for strong credit quality that can help to protect against potentially deteriorating macroeconomic and borrowing conditions.”

John Hancock Investment Management continues to expand its alternative investment capabilities having launched three alternative funds last year including: John Hancock CQS Multi Asset Credit Fund Class I, John Hancock Disciplined Value Global Long/Short Fund Class I, and John Hancock Manulife Private Credit Plus Fund Class I. The firm believes interest in alternative and private markets solutions will continue to grow and provides a range of additional strategies to meet the demand of advisors, their clients, and qualified investors through multiple distribution platforms.

Diversification does not guarantee a profit or eliminate the risk of a loss.

The Fund is an “interval fund” and, in order to provide liquidity to shareholders, subject to applicable law, will conduct quarterly repurchase offers of the Fund’s outstanding common shares of beneficial interest (“Common Shares”) at NAV. There is no secondary market for the fund’s shares and none is expected to develop. Investors should consider shares of the fund to be an illiquid investment. The fund’s use of leverage may not be successful and may create additional risks, including the risk of magnified return volatility and the potential for unlimited loss. ABS include interests in pools of debt securities, commercial or consumer loans, or other receivables. The value of these securities depends on many factors, including changes in interest rates, the availability of information concerning the pool and its structure, the credit quality of the underlying assets, the market’s perception of the servicer of the pool, and any credit enhancement provided. In addition, ABS have prepayment risk. Investors could lose all or substantially all of their investment. Convertible securities are subject to certain risks of both equity and debt securities. Fund distributions generally depend on income from underlying investments and may vary or cease altogether in the future. Investing in distressed debt securities is highly speculative and risky, as they often do not generate interest, may not repay principal, and can result in a total loss of the investment. Exposure to credit risk due to the types of investments and loans made by the fund. Fixed-income investments are subject to interest-rate and credit risk; their value will normally decline as interest rates rise or if an issuer is unable or unwilling to make principal or interest payments. Foreign investing, especially in emerging markets, has additional risks, such as currency and market volatility and political and social instability.  Please see the fund’s prospectus for additional risks.

  • RHOBH’s Bozoma Saint John Learned Her Home Burned Down on Social Media

Bozoma Saint John wasn’t home when she learned her Malibu house was burned down by the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires.

“How are you holding up?” Andy Cohen asked her on the Tuesday, January 21, episode of Watch What Happens Live. She replied, “Well, that’s kind of a hard question, you know. It’s a difficult time because there are so many people who have lost everything and it makes me wonder, you know, about just how we can be resilient and how you can continue to go on when things like this happen. And I’m trying my best.”

When asked if she had time to prepare for the fires, Saint John, 48, revealed she was outside of the U.S. when her house was impacted. “I was in Zambia and saw my house on Twitter, and that’s how I found out that it was gone,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared. “It was devastating and I felt so helpless.”

She added: “There was nothing I could do. You can’t send anybody to go get anything or anything. And so, I just tried to make my way back as quickly as possible.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer Bozoma Saint John was married to husband Peter Saint John for a decade before his 2013 death. “I’m widowed,” Bozoma told Dorit Kemsley during the RHOBH season 14 premiere in November 2024. The former Netflix CMO noted that she understood Dorit’s marriage situation because she and Peter had […]

Saint John owned her home for “about four years,” but noted that she worked 25 years to be able to afford it. “[I’m] in deep grief. I mean, I try not to compare grief to anybody else’s or anything like that, but the hard thing is that it was more than just a house,” she continued. “It was not just my home, but a home for my family and my friends. I had a keypad on the house, not a keyhole so that people could just put in a code and go in whenever they want. And so, we all lost a home.”

As for how her daughter, Lael, 15, is holding up, Saint John said her only child is doing “alright” and is finding “community” in friends who also lost their homes. (She shares Lael with her late husband, Peter, who died of cancer in 2013.)

Santa Ana winds have caused wildfires to spread across the L.A. region since January 7, destroying numerous homes, schools and businesses and forcing thousands to evacuate.

Saint John announced the loss of her Malibu residence via an emotional Instagram post on January 9. “This is the house I wanted. The house I prayed for. The house I worked in blood, sweat and tears for,” she wrote alongside photos of herself and her daughter in the house over the years, as well as footage of the wildfire damage. “The house that I put a keypad instead of a keyhole in the front door because I wanted all my family and friends to have a code and use the house whenever they wanted.”

Saint John said she found “peace” with the home “after battling with racist neighbors and a community that made me have to buy it in a trust within a trust so no one would know that widowed, single Black woman with a teenager was buying on the exclusively-held beach.” She added: “This was my EFF YOU I’m here house.”

Several of her fellow Bravo stars offered their condolences in the comments, including RHOBH’s Dorit Kemsley. “I AM SO SORRY MY FRIEND. • ‘RHOBH’ Star Bozoma Saint John Lost Malibu House in Palisades Fire

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Bozoma Saint John lost her Malibu home to the Palisades Fire, the reality TV personality and former Netflix exec revealed this week.

Saint John told Andy Cohen during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live that she learned of the house’s burning on X (formerly Twitter). “I was in Zambia and saw my house on Twitter and that’s how I found out that it was gone,” she said. “It was devastating, and I felt so helpless. There was nothing I could do. You can’t send anybody to go get anything, so I just tried to make my way back as quickly as possible.”

The RHOBH star said the loss has forced further reflection. “It’s a difficult time because there are so many people who have lost everything, and it makes me wonder about just how we can be resilient and how you can continue to go on when things like this happen,” she said. “I’m trying my best.”

Saint John also owns a home in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park neighborhood, but noted that her Malibu home was one that she frequently shared with many family members and friends. “I had a keypad on the house, not a keyhole, so that people could just put in a code and go in whenever they want,” she said. “[I am] in deep grief.”

The former business exec also offered an update on her 15-year-old daughter’s coping with the loss. “She’s doing all right,” she said. “She’s trying. She had a few friends who lost homes as well, so there’s some community in that too.”

Saint John joined RHOBH last May after a storied career in marketing, which touched the C-suite offices of Netflix, Endeavor, Pepsi, Beats, Apple and Uber. She told The Hollywood Reporter in December, though, that much of the reality TV drama isn’t entirely new to her. “If people saw inside of boardrooms, they’d be shocked by the way people behave — the things they say, how sharp they can be to each other, how divisive and political they can be,” she said. “I’m not shocked by the drama, but I am entertained by it. The challenge is that I’m trying to figure out what exactly is going on, because I’m not a person who is just going to listen to one side of the story and go with it. I’m paying attention.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Bozoma Saint John is among the many residents who lost their homes in the devastating Palisades Fire that swept through Malibu. The fierce blaze, fueled by strong winds and dry conditions, quickly engulfed Saint John’s luxurious estate, leaving nothing but ashes in its wake.

In a heartfelt statement, Saint John expressed her gratitude for the outpouring of support from friends, family, and fans during this difficult time. She also urged everyone to stay safe and vigilant in the face of the ongoing fire threat in the area.

Despite the loss of her beloved home, Saint John remains resilient and determined to rebuild and move forward. Our thoughts are with her and all those affected by the Palisades Fire.

Bozoma “Boz” Saint John is sharing more details about losing her home in the L.A. fires.

On the Jan. 21 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Saint John, 47, opened up to host Andy Cohen about how she found out her Malibu house had burned down. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer said she is still processing the loss.

“It’s a difficult time because there are so many people who have lost everything, and it makes me wonder about just how we can be resilient and how you can continue to go on when things like this happen,” she explained. “I’m trying my best.”

When she found out her house was in danger, Saint John said she was across the world in Africa, so she wasn’t able to prepare for the potential of total destruction.

“I was in Zambia and saw my house on Twitter and that’s how I found out that it was gone,” she shared. “It was devastating, and I felt so helpless. There was there was nothing I could do. You can’t send anybody to go get anything, so I just tried to make my way back as quickly as possible.”

Saint John, who also owns a home in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, bought the beachside property four years ago, but noted that she “worked 25 years to get it.”

“[I am] in deep grief,” she said. “I mean, I try not to compare grief to anybody else’s or anything like that, but the hard thing is that it was more than just a house. “She’s doing alright,” the former Netflix executive said. “She’s trying. She had a few friends who lost homes as well, so there’s some community in that too.”

  • Arkansas star Boogie Fland out for season with thumb injury as rough year continues for John Calipari

Arkansas star freshman Boogie Fland, a projected top-10 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, has no timetable for a return to action after undergoing surgery to repair an injury to his Ulnar Collateral Ligament (UCL) on his right thumb, the school announced on Wednesday.

CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein reported on Tuesday that Fland would miss the remainder remainder of the 2024-25 season due to the hand injury. Fland has been dealing with the injury since the Razorbacks’ matchup against Florida on Jan. 11.

“Boogie’s hand, he fell in the game at our place against Florida,” Razorbacks coach John Calipari told reporters on Saturday. “Billy (Richmond) jumped on him, so his hand is pretty bad. Don’t know what we’ll do going forward, but we’ve got to make sure that we get that thing right.”

Fland entered the week ranked second on his team in points (15.1) behind Adou Thiero and first in assists (5.7). Fland scored four points and dished out six assists in Arkansas’ 83-65 loss to Missouri on Saturday, which dropped the Razorbacks to 0-5 in SEC play in Calipari’s first season as coach. Fland is the No. 9 ranked player in the CBS Sports NBA Draft Prospect Rankings.

The former Kentucky signee followed Calipari from Lexington to Arkansas alongside fellow freshmen Karter Knox and Richmond. Fland ranked as the No. 22 recruit in the 2024 recruiting cycle by 247Sports and was the program’s second-highest ranked signee of the modern era behind Nick Smith, the No. 1 recruit in 2022.

What does this mean for Arkansas?

Year 1 of the Calipari era hasn’t gone according to plan following his highly publicized exit from Kentucky. At 0-5, Arkansas and South Carolina are the only SEC teams without a win in conference play heading into the fourth week of the new year and three of Arkansas’ five losses have been by double-digits. Arkansas opened conference play with a 76-52 loss to Tennessee on the road and has sustained losses to Ole Miss, Florida, LSU and Missouri since.

Fland’s injury is a big deal because the Razorbacks are losing a proven scorer and also the player that’s been facilitating the offense. Former FAU star Johnell Davis, the No. 1 ranked player in the transfer portal by CBS Sports, has struggled in a more limited role under Calipari. Davis is averaging 8.3 points and 1.4 assists in just over 28 minutes per game after averaging a career-high 18.2 points last season.

Ranking best freshmen in college basketball: Auburn's Tahaad Pettiford earns Freshman of the Week honors

Arkansas wasn’t included in CBS Sports’ latest Bracketology projections by Jerry Palm. Arkansas is 1-7 in Quad 1 games, with the lone victory coming on a neutral court against Michigan last month. The Razorbacks have the advantage of potentially adding to their résumé because of the difficult remaining schedule that includes matchups on the road against Kentucky, Alabama, Texas A&M and Texas

Wins without Fland, arguably their most impactful player, will be hard to come by moving forward unless someone like Davis takes a huge jump down the stretch.

The University of Arkansas basketball team suffered a major blow today as star player Boogie Fland will miss the remainder of the season due to a thumb injury. This news comes as a devastating blow to the team and head coach John Calipari, who has already faced a tough season filled with injuries and setbacks.

Fland, a key player for the Razorbacks, was averaging 15 points and 7 rebounds per game before his injury. His absence will undoubtedly be felt on the court as the team looks to navigate through the rest of the season without one of their top performers.

For Coach Calipari, this news adds to what has already been a challenging year. The team has faced numerous injuries and struggles on the court, making it difficult to find consistency and success in their games.

Despite this setback, the Razorbacks will look to rally together and finish the season strong in Fland’s absence. The team will need to come together and step up in order to overcome this latest obstacle and push forward towards their goals.

Our thoughts are with Boogie Fland as he begins his recovery process, and we wish him a speedy and full recovery. In the meantime, the Razorbacks will need to dig deep and find a way to persevere in the face of adversity.

  • Patrick John Flueger Talks Ruzek’s Father’s Return, Burzek, Crossover

Chicago P.D. kicks off a big two-parter centered on Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) with its January 22 episode, and the officer is going to have a lot to deal with both on and off the job.

Case-wise, there’s an emotional investigation involving an unidentified young girl, Zoe (Annabelle Toomy). On the personal front, his father, Bob (Jack Coleman), shows up unexpectedly and causes disruption for Ruzek and Burgess (Marina Squerciati). Below, Flueger gives a preview.

Ruzek’s dad is back, and showrunner Gwen Sigan told me that their story in this episode is about parenting and becoming your parent’s parent. What can you preview and what do we see from Ruzek in that?

Patrick John Flueger: Bob’s a single parent, made a lot of sacrifices as far as where I think he thought his career might go to raise two kids, Adam and his sister, largely by himself. If I’m being honest, I don’t really know where Adam’s mom is. I don’t really know what her storyline is. We’ve hinted at it before in the past, but I don’t know if we ever ran with it. So I think they have a special relationship. I think that they’re pals. I think Adam really, really likes his dad, even though his dad screws up just like any human being does, maybe drinks a little too much here and there, definitely has a gambling issue, but I think that they’re pals and so in this episode when he has to step into this role, I don’t think it’s completely foreign to him because I think that he’s raised himself on some level. Again, he’s a single parent and they’ve been a team. So I don’t think it’s a massive step for him to have to take. Bob’s kind of a goofball in his own right, even though he is a good dad. So I think it’s a comfortable place for him to step into to a certain degree. I think the reason that he has to step into that position is desperately uncomfortable.

Patrick John Flueger as Officer Adam Ruzek — 'Chicago P.D.' Season 12 Episode 10 "Zoe"

    Lori Allen / NBC

Then there’s the case which involves a young girl. What is it about this case that gets to Ruzek?

She’s eight years old. I think on some level the case reminds him of his daughter, of Makayla’s [Ramona Edith Williams] case to a certain degree, of a child lost and kind of in the world of adults, but not being taken care of in that world in the way that I think he thinks is how it should be done. And so I think he takes a shine to her. The circumstances under which he meets her are so extreme that just immediately, I think he takes it on as a personal vendetta — vendetta might not be the right word, but he takes it personally and I think that they just connect immediately just because of the circumstances, not because of who he is or who she is, but because the circumstances force it.

    How’s Ruzek and Burgess’s relationship?

Well, my father coming back, I think that, as much as Burgess loves Bob and cares about Bob and Bob’s a good grandfather, maybe he’s not exactly the dad that she grew up with. So his ability to screw up here and there, she has less patience for than, I think, Adam does. He does just kind of show up unannounced, and I think we’re both a little surprised, certainly Adam — when he does something like this historically, it’s because he needs money or because there’s some sort of problem that needs to be solved. So as much as I think he’s happy to see his dad, he’s aware of that. Whereas I think Kim, historically, he needs money or there’s a problem to be solved, and it’s not her dad. I think she cares about Bob through Adam. He’s a little more burdensome to her. And so I think that Adam gets a little caught in between those two worlds of like, I’ve got to take care of my immediate family that I’ve created here, and also I got to take care of my dad. And sometimes those things end up in conflict with each other.

The crossover is coming up, with a gas explosion that rocks a high rise. People are trapped on the ground, including two of the first responders. What can you preview about what’s going on and what Ruzek is up to during the crossover?

I can’t tell you too much about exactly what everyone’s up to. I will say that I think out of all the crossovers, this one maybe doesn’t have as much smash bangs and booms, but it’s incredibly grounded and character driven. And I think if we’re going to come back out of the gate with a three-part crossover, we did pretty well this time as far as just leaning into the characters, leaning into the relationships, leaning into the fact that these people do work in a city where they bump into each other pretty consistently. They have very different jobs, but they all have a lot of respect for each other and some of them even have a lot of care for each other. And so there’s a lot of people on a first-name basis that you might not, as an audience member, think that’s the relationship, but it is because they just work so closely together, so hand-in-hand so often, and I’m excited to reintroduce that into the world of the Chicago series.

Speaking of that, with which Med or Fire character do you share the most significant scenes?

With Kidd, with Miranda [Rae Mayo]‘s character, which I’ll tell you, what was an absolute blast. Miranda and I have been quite close for a long time. We travel together, we’re pals outside of everything. So getting to finally actually act with her, which I’ve never done before, and if we have, it’s been with a lot of people around, so to do a little one-on-one with her was really fun. We had a good time, really supportive of each other, and I think we found things that weren’t necessarily on the page and we had a really good team that we worked with as far as the day players and even the background folks that we were working with were incredible. So I’m excited for people to see it. People were acting their pants off from top to bottom. I mean, you’re talking about the person the furthest in the background, these people were giving it. It was impressive.

  • Raiders finalizing deal to hire John Spytek as General Manager

The Raiders have found their new General Manager.

According to multiple reports, Las Vegas is finalizing a deal to hire Tampa Bay assistant Buccaneers assistant G.M. John Spytek for the role.

Spytek, 44, has been with the Buccaneers since 2016. He first served as director of player personnel before being promoted to vice president of player personnel in 2021. He was promoted again to assistant G.M. in 2023.

After playing his college ball at Michigan — where he was a teammate of Raiders minority owner Tom Brady — Spytek spent time with the Lions, Eagles, Browns and Broncos before making his way to Tampa Bay.

Spytek was also in the building with Brady when the quarterback came to Tampa Bay in 2020.

Now that a G.M. is in place, the Raiders can focus all of their attention on their search for a new head coach. While Ben Johnson was their reported frontrunner, he instead accepted the Bears’ job.

The Las Vegas Raiders are reportedly finalizing a deal to hire John Spytek as their new General Manager. Spytek, who is currently the Director of Player Personnel for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, is highly regarded in NFL circles for his scouting acumen and player evaluation skills.

With the Raiders looking to strengthen their front office and build a competitive roster, bringing in Spytek could be a significant move. He has a proven track record of success in helping build championship-caliber teams, most notably with the Buccaneers, who won Super Bowl LV in 2021.

Spytek’s expertise in talent evaluation and roster construction could be just what the Raiders need to take their team to the next level. Stay tuned for official confirmation of his hiring and the impact he could have on the Raiders’ future success.

  • NFL News: John Spytek, Raiders Reportedly Finalizing GM Contract After Telesco Exit | News, Scores, Highlights, Stats, and Rumors

TAMPA, FL - AUGUST 13: Tampa Bay Buccaneers Vice President of Player Personnel John Spytek watches the action on the field before the preseason game between the Miami Dolphins and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on August 13, 2022 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. Looking for a fresh start, the Las Vegas Raiders have landed on John Spytek to be their next general manager.

Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant general manager is finalizing an agreement with the team.

    Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter

John Spytek and Tom Brady both played at Michigan in 1999, then were together in Tampa when Brady led the Buccaneers to a Super Bowl title. Now they join forces again in Las Vegas. <a href=”https://t.co/s8uKsj0KiW”>https://t.co/s8uKsj0KiW</a>

This marks the second straight offseason the Raiders went through a search for a new head coach and general manager. Last year, they opted to retain Antonio Pierce as head coach after he had a successful stint in an interim role.

The Raiders surprised many by going with former Los Angeles Chargers general manager Tom Telesco, who was fired by L.A. late in the 2023 season after a 63-21 loss to Vegas, to be their GM in 2024.

Neither decision wound up working out, as the Raiders finished last in the AFC West with a 4-13 record. Both Telesco and Pierce were fired by the team shortly after the end of the regular season.

The Athletic’s Tashan Reed noted the Raiders initially planned to keep Telesco, but the opportunity “to start with a clean slate” by having a new coach and GM on the same timeline proved to be appealing.

Even though the Telesco era was brief and largely unsuccessful, he did nail his only first-round pick by selecting Brock Bowers with the No. 13 selection in the 2024 draft. The 22-year-old became the fourth tight end in NFL history to earn All-Pro first-team honors as a rookie.

There aren’t many foundational pieces currently on the roster in Vegas, but Bowers is certainly one. Maxx Crosby could be another one, but he hasn’t sounded thrilled about the constant coach and front-office turnover.

It could also be more beneficial for Spytek to trade a player of immense value like Crosby, who could bring back multiple first-round picks, to accelerate the timeline of this latest rebuild.

Regardless of everything else the Raiders do, they have to figure out an answer at quarterback. They’re already in a difficult position playing in the same division as the Kansas City Chiefs with Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid; Los Angeles Chargers with Justin Herbert and Jim Harbaugh; and Denver Broncos with Bo Nix and Sean Payton.

The Raiders have had seven different quarterbacks start a game since the 2022 season, including five over the past two years after releasing Derek Carr in February 2023.

Spytek has a difficult task ahead of him to get the Raiders back on track, but hopefully he will be given some time to at least see their plan through for an organization that has lacked stability for a long time.

The Raiders are getting someone with a wealth of NFL knowledge and experience to run their front office.

Spytek has been working in the league for 21 seasons since he was hired as an operations intern by the Detroit Lions in 2004. He’s had jobs with five different organizations ranging from an intern to pro scout to director of college scouting.

The most recent job for Spytek was as assistant general manager for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the past two seasons. He was in the Bucs front office when Tom Brady joined the team in 2020.

Fixing the Raiders is a monumental task, but Spytek has a strong track record of team building from his eight seasons with the Bucs.

The Las Vegas Raiders are reportedly finalizing a contract with John Spytek to become their new general manager after Tom Telesco’s exit. Spytek, who currently serves as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ director of player personnel, is expected to bring his expertise in talent evaluation and roster building to the Raiders.

This news comes after Telesco’s surprising departure from the Raiders, leaving the team in need of a new leader in the front office. Spytek’s potential hiring has generated a buzz among football fans and analysts, as he is regarded as a rising star in the NFL personnel world.

Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story, as well as all the latest news, scores, highlights, stats, and rumors from around the NFL. #NFLNews #Raiders #JohnSpytek #GMContract
