“Hilariously inaccurate” — Internet reacts to Katt Williams saying no one voted for Kamala Harris, not just Black men
During Katt Williams’ recent Heaven On Earth Tour comedy shows, the comedian commented on Kamala Harris’ presidential election run. He opined that nobody voted for the former vice president, sparking reactions from netizens on social media.
Popular blog The Art of Dialogue took to their X account on January 26, 2025, to share a clip of Katt Williams’ recent acts. In the video, he is heard saying:
“Nobody voted for this [Kamala Harris] b***h. Women didn’t vote for her, Indians didn’t vote for her. Jews didn’t vote for her, she married a Jew, they did not vote for her. B**ches that wanted abortion didn’t vote for her. It was sad, sad, sad. They say that Katt Williams got more votes and I wasn’t even bragging. They said they didn’t want me in. I don’t know.”
The controversial internet personality added:
“I expected more of Kamala. It’s one thing to get your a*s whooped but you still have to come out, man. She didn’t even show the f**k up for her own… she left her own sorority in the cold.”
Netizens have since taken to social media to react to the same, with one X user commenting:
“Hilariously inaccurate”
Several others took to X to share similar sentiments to the act with some reactions reading:
“Didn’t care for that,” an X user said.
“He’s not funny,” a platform user said.
“That’s uncalled for. How can we expect other races to treat Black women with respect when Black men like him are so f**king disrespectful? I don’t have to ever hear from him again,” a netizen said.
Kamala Harris lost the election after losing support in some populous states like California, New York and Florida. However, CNN Politics reported that the same did not affect the Electoral College vote tally. Meanwhile, some other reactions read:
“This wasn’t funny at all… Everything ain’t a joke,” an X user said.
“Lots of inaccuracies but lets laugh,” a platform user said.
“Nah we don’t need more katt williams jokes,” another internet user said.
A Carnegie Endowment for International Peace survey found last year that Kamala Harris was projected to lose a segment of the Democrats’ traditional share of Indian American voters who have sided with the party in the past. It was reported that 61% of respondents were expected to vote for Harris. The survey noticed a 4% decline compared to the 2020 presidential elections. Meanwhile, some other reactions said:
“Not funny- in fact, disrespectful,” an X user said.
“Some of the things he says are actually inaccurate,” another internet user said.
Katt Williams is reported to appear on the Club Shay Shay podcast again
Katt Williams last made headlines after appearing on the Club Shay Shay podcast last year after throwing jabs at multiple entertainers, including Kevin Hart, Tiffany Haddish, Michael Blackson, Ludacris, and Rickey Smiley, among others.
On November 19, 2024, Club Shay Shay podcast’s host Shannon Sharpe said during a Nightcap stream alongside Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson that Williams could possibly make a return to his show. While responding to rumors of Williams holding back comments about Hollywood, Sharpe said:
“There’s a possibility that you might hear the haymakers very soon. I can tell you this: He’s been writing more material.”
During Williams’ earlier appearance on the show, he shockingly attacked Kevin Hart claiming the latter supposedly never having sold out shows. In response to the same, Hart said on X:
“Gotta get that anger up, champ… It’s honestly sad… In the meantime, please enjoy MY MOVIE TRAILER to my next film, Lift, which will be dropping on Netflix in eight days.”
Katt Williams is currently on his Heaven On Earth Tour, with his upcoming shows being held in Dallas, Houston, Orlando, Birmingham, and Memphis, among other cities.

Hilariously inaccurate: Internet reacts to Katt Williams saying no one voted for Kamala Harris, not just Black menComedian Katt Williams recently made a bold claim that no one voted for Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2020 election, not just Black men. The statement has caused quite a stir online, with many people taking to social media to express their disbelief and amusement at Williams’ seemingly inaccurate assertion.
Twitter users were quick to point out the flaw in Williams’ logic, with many sharing screenshots of their own voting records to prove that they did, in fact, cast their ballots for Harris. Some even went so far as to create memes and funny videos mocking Williams’ statement.
One user tweeted, “I guess I must have imagined voting for Kamala Harris then. Thanks for setting me straight, Katt Williams.” Another wrote, “I can’t stop laughing at Katt Williams’ claim that no one voted for Kamala Harris. Clearly, he’s living in an alternate reality.”
While it’s clear that Williams’ claim is completely false, it hasn’t stopped the internet from having a good laugh at his expense. With the 2020 election firmly in the past, it seems that even comedians like Williams can’t escape the scrutiny of the online world.

Katt Williams Claims ‘Nobody’ Voted For Kamala Harris
Katt Williams is sharing his thoughts on former Vice-President Kamala Harris’s unsuccessful bid for the presidency.
During the comedian’s “Heaven On Earth” comedy tour, Williams took aim at Harris claiming that no one voted for her in November. The viral cell phone video was captured at a tour stop in Los Angeles on Jan. 17.
“It ain’t Black men that let Kamala down. It was everybody the f*ck else. Nobody voted for this b*tch,” Williams said as the crowd erupted in laughter.
Women don’t vote for her. Indians didn’t vote for her. Jews didn’t vote for her. She married a Jew, and they did not vote for her,” he continued. .”B*tches that wanted an ab*ration didn’t vote for her. It was sad. Sad, sad, sad.”
“They say that Katt Williams got more votes and I wasn’t even running,” he added. “They said they just wrote me in. I don’t know.”
As his rant went on, Williams was critical of Harris for not addressing her supporters on election night.
“I expected more of Kamala. It’s one thing to get your a*s whooped but you still got to come out, ma’am,” Williams said. “She didn’t even show the f**k up for her own… She left her own sorority out there in the cold.”
Many on social media took offense to Willaims harsh attacks on Harris. One user wrote, “This is very disappointing. Who can we trust to stay true within the Black community to remain solid without selling out for immunity and a dollar ?”
The year 2025 has been very disappointing,” another user added.
Despite narratives that suggest that Black voters did not show up for Harris, the exit polling tells a different story. According to The Washington Post, 78% of Black men voted for Harris. The vice president’s numbers fell just a point shy of those who voted for Joe Biden in 2020.
Additionally, Black women overwhelmingly voted for Harris with 92% voting for her. That surpassed the number of Black women who voted for Biden in 2020.
In a recent interview, comedian Katt Williams made a bold claim, stating that “nobody” voted for Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2020 election. Williams, known for his outspoken and often controversial opinions, did not hold back in his criticism of Harris. Many have criticized Williams for his comments, pointing out that Harris received over 81 million votes in the election, making her the first female Vice President in U.S. history. Some have accused Williams of spreading misinformation and attempting to delegitimize Harris’s historic win.
Despite the backlash, Williams has not backed down from his statement, insisting that Harris did not receive any votes from the American people. It remains to be seen how this controversy will affect Williams’s reputation and career moving forward.

Katt Williams, left; Former Vice President Kamala Harris, and Martin Lawrence. Photo: Amanda Edwards; Brandon Bell; Hector Vivas (Getty Images) It looks like comedian Katt Williams has decided to enter 2025 with more mess. This time, he’s set his sights on former Vice President Kamala Harris and fellow comedian Martin Lawrence. Don’t worry, we’ll explain.
In not one but two now viral clips circulating on social media, Williams can be seen and heard over the weekend taking the two aforementioned figures to task for two very different reasons.
When it came to Harris, the comedian hinged most of his commentary on the results of the 2024 presidential election and asserted that it wasn’t Black men who let her down, but everybody else.
“Nobody voted for this b*tch,” he said. “Women didn’t vote for her, Indians didn’t vote for her, Jews didn’t vote for her. She married a Jew, they did not vote for her. B*tches that wanted an abortion didn’t vote for her. It was sad. Sad, sad, sad. They said that Katt Williams got more votes, I wasn’t even running! Said they just wrote me in.”
He went on to say that he expected more from Harris and that she left her own sorority out in the cold.
When it came to Lawrence, the second clip saw Williams accuse Lawrence of hiding the fact that he had a stroke and recovered from it, citing his recent press run and how he interacts in interviews. He then impersonated Lawrence and how he walked onstage.
“Why won’t somebody say something?” Williams questioned in the clip. “Ain’t nothing wrong with having a stroke and getting better. The f*ck is we hiding it for?”
What’s interesting to note is that around the same time Williams was cracking on Lawrence, the latter was giving him his flowers during an interview on “Sway’s Universe.” When asked which comedian he thought was most like him, the “Bad Boys” star said that it was Williams.
“He’s fearless. He ain’t afraid to hit subjects. Katt says what he wants to say, does what he wants to do,” he said.
Katt Williams, known for his comedic genius and no-holds-barred approach, recently took aim at political figure Kamala Harris and fellow comedian Martin Lawrence during a stand-up set.During his set, Williams didn’t hold back when discussing Harris, criticizing her for not doing enough for the black community and calling her out for not fulfilling her promises. He also touched on Lawrence’s career, suggesting that he has fallen off and hasn’t been as relevant in recent years.
While some may find Williams’ comments controversial, it’s important to remember that comedy is often a platform for pushing boundaries and challenging societal norms. Williams has never been one to shy away from speaking his mind, and his latest set is just another example of his bold and unapologetic style.
Whether you agree with his opinions or not, there’s no denying that Katt Williams knows how to command a stage and keep his audience entertained. Love him or hate him, he’s definitely a force to be reckoned with in the world of comedy.

#Shannon #Sharpe #Hints #Club #Shay #Shay #Interview #Comedian #Katt #WilliamsWas Katt Williams Right? Here’s The Celebs He Dragged
In a truly wild moment, Williams alleged that rapper Ludacris only landed his role in the “Fast & Furious” franchise because he was associated with the Illuminati.
“There was a crossroads where we were both invited to an Illuminati thing, and it had to be one or the other of us and decisions had to be made,” Williams explained. “So it was both of us, we were equal. One of us had to cut off all their hair and couldn’t do the sideburn thing no more with the points.”
He continued: “The next person they said was going to get $200 million because they were going to pay him $10 million a movie to do 20 movies. And that’s how the conversation happened. One of those persons turned out to be Ludacris, and the other person turned out to be Katt Williams.”
Katt Williams is known for his no-holds-barred comedy and his willingness to call out other celebrities in the industry. In a recent stand-up special, he went in on several big names in Hollywood. But was he right in his criticisms? Let’s take a look at some of the celebs he dragged:1. Kevin Hart: Williams called out Hart for being a sellout and pandering to white audiences. He also criticized Hart for not being authentic in his comedy.
2. Tiffany Haddish: Williams said that Haddish hasn’t proven herself as a comedian yet and doesn’t deserve all the success she’s had.
3. Jerrod Carmichael: Williams accused Carmichael of stealing jokes and not being original in his comedy.
4. Lil Rel Howery: Williams said that Howery is not a real stand-up comedian and is only successful because of his acting roles.
5. Hannibal Buress: Williams called out Buress for not being funny and for being overrated in the comedy world.
While Williams’ comments may be harsh, some fans agree with his assessments of these celebrities. Do you think Katt Williams was right in his criticisms? Let us know in the comments below.

#Katt #Williams #Heres #Celebs #DraggedKatt Williams, crypto and cat ladies: 2024 was the year of unexpected second chances | Culture
If 2024 was defined by anything, it was a distinct feeling of deja vu. Donald Trump ran and won, Death Cab and Janet Jackson headlined music festivals, and aesthetes on social media lusted after Windows Vista design language circa 2007. Same old, same old – almost. Because 2024 was also the year of unexpected second chances: in some very special cases, those who suffered a fall from grace or otherwise unfortunate first run in the spotlight got another shot at glory. Call it a comeback, a redemption, or deja vu all over again … for better or worse, it was their year once more. .
The Menendez brothers
Before OJ Simpson, the Menendez brothers were America’s most ridiculed defendants – the guys who killed their rich parents, seemingly for the money. By the time both were convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison in the mid-90s, the country had already moved on to gawking at the trial of the century. It’s only since the brothers’ case was revisited in a Netflix docuseries, a Ryan Murphy soap opera and a raft of other deep-dive efforts this year that they have become a justice reform cause for a gen Z crowd that has much broader bandwidth for the nuances of the case than their forebears. Thanks to these efforts, a Los Angeles county superior judge could decide to free the brothers in January. It’s an ending no one would have seen coming when Erik and Lyle were put on trial more than 30 years ago. AL
Sex and the City
The real fantasy of Sex and the City may not be making it in New York, but rather having a tight group of girlfriends to go through it with. Photograph: Photo 12/Alamy When Sex and the City hit Netflix this spring, many of us couldn’t help but wonder: would gen Z be able to handle a decidedly unwoke 25-year-old series? Turns out, they could: it feels like every woman under 35 watched or rewatched the show this year, liking it much more than they thought they would. Depressing, maybe, that Carrie’s perennial dating woes still feel relatable in 2024, or that the idea of four friends maintaining a close friendship into adulthood feels aspirational. As young people battle a much-discussed loneliness epidemic, the real fantasy of Sex and the City may not be making it in New York or finding Mr Big, but rather having a tight group of girlfriends to go through it with. AD
Cryptocurrency
Bitcoin was the next big thing – until it crashed. Then it rose again – and slumped again. If you had invested, you were an idiot. No, wait, if you hadn’t invested, you were stuck in the stone age. Actually, ethereum was the better move. Or Solana. Or an NFT of Melania Trump’s eyes.
Through all the volatility, and despite the fact that any mention of it signals the beginning of a miserable conversation, cryptocurrency has refused to go away. Now it’s got a special place in the heart of our next president, who promises to make America “the bitcoin superpower of the world”, and his latest sidekick Elon Musk, who has named an as yet fictional agency, the “department of government efficiency (Doge)”, after his favorite digital currency. When fartcoin exists – let alone reaches a $1bn market capitalization – it’s clear crypto is triumphant. MC
Millennials
They’ve always been the generation that got it from both sides: older generations see them as coddled, entitled brats; gen Z uses them as the definitive measure of uncoolness. They’ve been mocked for their pauses on TikTok, their socks and their side parts. Meanwhile, they reached young adulthood in a recession, had to move back in with their parents, and are often described as the first generation that will earn less than those parents.
But in 2024, a few things finally went their way. Side parts were deemed acceptable again. Their financial prospects started to look a little better. And millennials, for once, weren’t the ones taking heat after an election that saw the majority of gen Z men – and an increasing number of gen Z women – voting for Trump. As for coolness, a millennial named Charli xcx established the year’s most talked about aesthetic. MC
Katt Williams
If you were making a best comedians list in 2023, there’s a good chance that Katt Williams would have been overlooked entirely given how long it had been since he held audiences captive with his Emmy-winning guest appearance in the TV dramedy Atlanta. But then, three days into 2024, he roared back with a vengeance with a nearly three-hour long interview that’s still breaking the internet. Chatting with the former football great Shannon Sharpe, Williams was totally unfiltered, hitting out at rival comics and at Hollywood for disrespecting him. But it was his P Diddy PSA (if he “wants you to party”, Williams sniped, “you got to tell him no!”) that had the internet calling him a prophet once the hip-hop mogul’s empire came crashing down mere months later. The interview, viewed more than 85m times on YouTube alone, paved the way for Williams’s comedy special on Netflix and his acting return in One of Them Days, the Keke Palmer-SZA buddy comedy that hits theaters in January. AL
Cat ladies
When JD Vance described Kamala Harris supporters as “childless cat ladies”, he meant it as a diss. But the line quickly became a rallying cry, a reappropriation in line with 2016’s “nasty woman” in pink pussy hats. Taylor Swift signed her endorsement of Harris as “childless cat lady”, Etsy stores began selling merch and social media feeds flooded with the term. Once associated with batty, single women approaching midlife, being a childless cat lady became a badge of pride. Dog people had their pandemic moment; cat people, it’s your turn now. AD
Roasts
In an age when insult comedy is never more than a scroll away, the idea of a modern roast seemed as antiquated as those old Dean Martin infomercials. But if the past year made anything clear, it’s that the format can keep up with the times – whether it’s Colin Jost emceeing the White House correspondents’ dinner (“We’re all here at nerd prom. Well, Matt Gaetz is at regular prom …”) or Tony Hinchcliffe likening Puerto Rico to a “floating island of garbage” at a Madison Square Garden rally for Trump without the punchline backfiring on him or the now president-elect. But nothing marked the roast’s resurgence quite like the Netflix showcase dedicated to trashing Tom Brady, which was more viewed than standup specials from Dave Chappelle and Katt Williams. So it fits that Netflix would close the year with a roast of 2024, hosted by roastmaster general Jeff Ross. AL

Two years ago, Jessica Tisch, New York City’s then new sanitation commissioner, uttered a phrase that would go down in TikTok infamy: “The rats don’t run this city, we do.” To which the city’s approximately 3 million rats replied: “Oh, really?” In 2024, rodents had their comeback – if we can use that word to describe a perennial vermin. It came via the hot rodent boyfriend, a meme used to describe men who look like Stuart Little (complimentary), such as Timothée Chalamet, Jeremy Allen White and the Challengers star Josh O’Connor. But also, literally, rats became a main character in NYC, which held its first annual, multi-day National Urban Rat summit dedicated to their removal. A true flex to be hated that much. AD
Los Angeles Dodgers in the World Series
This was the year LA’s deeply beloved baseball team finally, definitively, actually won it all. Perennial contenders, they’d made it to the playoffs every year for more than a decade, and all the way to the World Series in 2017 and 2018 – only to lose it twice in a row. In 2020, they managed to win it all! … after a Covid-shortened season in which their fans were literal cardboard cutouts. There was no parade.
Finally, in 2024, they won the championship again, in the most definitive way possible: beating baseball’s biggest juggernaut, the New York Yankees. This time, the city got its parade, and made it count: more than 200,000 Angelenos showed up to celebrate. MC
Mike Tyson
Iron Mike was in the last throes of his post-fight evolution – podcaster, cannabis purveyor and tech bro thought leader – when Jake Paul, the YouTuber who only picked up his boxing gloves six years ago, started openly fantasizing about taking on a man who won his first 19 professional bouts by knockout. When the 58-year-old took up the challenge, fight fans feared he was in for another ear-biting low. While the actual match proved to be a damp squib – with Paul taking pity on his boxing idol, thank God – Tyson at least proved less glitchy than Netflix; the streamer struggled to host the more than 120 million viewers who logged on to watch the spectacle. Meanwhile, Tyson netted an estimated $20m. Next up: Jake’s brother, Logan. Maybe. AL
Gypsy Rose Blanchard
It feels like we’ve lived multiple lifetimes since Gypsy Rose Blanchard was released from prison at the tail end of 2023, but for a few months, 2024 really was her year. Blanchard, who pleaded guilty to her role in the murder of her mother, Dee Dee, turned into an unexpected It girl upon re-entry, garnering 7 million Instagram followers, jetting to Paris for fashion week, starring in a Lifetime docuseries and posting colorfully about life with her then husband, Ryan Scott Anderson. (One comment she made about her sex life – “the d is fire” – really had us all in a chokehold for a day or two.) Then she shunned the limelight, deleting social media and divorcing Anderson, before rekindling a romance with an old prison pen pal and returning to social media to talk about her new memoir. The couple expects a baby in January – what a year, indeed. AD
In 2024, the world witnessed a series of unexpected events that seemed to defy all odds. From the resurgence of comedian Katt Williams to the rise of cryptocurrency to the newfound popularity of cat ladies, it was truly a year of second chances.Katt Williams, known for his quick wit and sharp humor, made a comeback in 2024 that took the entertainment world by storm. After years of battling personal demons and legal troubles, Williams returned to the stage with a renewed sense of purpose and passion. His comedy specials were met with rave reviews, and fans couldn’t get enough of his unique brand of humor.
But it wasn’t just Katt Williams who experienced a resurgence in 2024. Cryptocurrency, once dismissed as a passing fad, exploded in popularity, with Bitcoin and other digital currencies reaching record highs. Investors who had previously written off crypto as a risky investment were now reaping the rewards of their foresight, while newcomers jumped on the bandwagon in droves.
And then there were the cat ladies. Once the subject of ridicule and stereotypes, cat ladies became the unlikely heroes of 2024. With the rise of social media and the internet, cat ownership became a trendy and socially acceptable status symbol. Cat cafes popped up in cities around the world, and Instagram accounts dedicated to feline companions amassed millions of followers. Suddenly, being a cat lady was cool.
In a year filled with unexpected twists and turns, 2024 proved that second chances are always possible. Whether it’s a comedian making a comeback, a once-dismissed investment skyrocketing in value, or a societal stereotype being turned on its head, the year of unexpected second chances showed us that anything is possible. And who knows what surprises the future may hold?

“Anybody that knows me knows that I don’t claim the shit I do,” Katt Williams explained on a recent episode of the Good One podcast, recorded live at Vulture Festival in November. “But,” he continued, “I am responsible for the greatest shooter in the NBA, without question.”
Specifically, he’s referring to a question about his relationship with Golden State Warrior superstar Steph Curry. He then shared the story behind this exceptional claim, which began when Curry played in a couple of celebrity basketball games that Williams organized. “People miss-say his name, don’t nobody know who he is, nobody cheers when we say his name,” Williams said of the NCAA scoring champion. But Curry was so impressive in those games that, according to Williams, he told the future MVP that the NBA wasn’t ready for his shooting skills. “If you can shoot before people can start defense,” he advised Curry, “you’ll be the greatest shooter that ever lived.”
Williams began the story by saying, “The jury will decide whether or not I’m being facetious.” You can hear the whole case — and settle on a verdict — in the video below:
In recent years, Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry has become known for his incredible shooting ability on the basketball court. Many have attributed his success to his hard work and dedication to his craft, but could there be another factor at play?Comedian Katt Williams recently made headlines when he claimed to have helped Curry improve his shooting skills. In an interview, Williams stated that he had given Curry some valuable advice on how to perfect his shot, and that he should be credited for his success on the court.
While some may dismiss Williams’ claims as mere boasting, others believe that there could be some truth to his statements. After all, Curry’s shooting has only improved over the years, leading some to wonder if Williams’ advice actually made a difference.
Whether or not Katt Williams truly played a role in Steph Curry’s shooting prowess is up for debate, but one thing is for certain – Curry’s skill and talent on the court are undeniable. And if Williams did have a hand in helping Curry improve his shot, then perhaps we should all be thanking him for the incredible performances we’ve seen from Curry over the years.
