Ever since Mila Kunis rose to fame on That 70s Show as a young teenager, she’s rocked the long, luscious black hair. While she’s experimented with different lengths and hairstyles, it’s always been black or dark brown. She also tried out light highlights over the years, but now, she’s shockingly ditched her iconic black locks for a lighter shade.
In photos obtained by DailyMail, we can see Kunis and her husband, Ashton Kutcher, taking a stroll in West Hollywood on Jan 17. While this just seems like a casual stroll, fans instantly noticed Kunis’ hair: it’s much lighter.

That’s right, Kunis has gone into an auburn brown hair color, leaving the black hair era behind her. In the photos, we can see her long, auburn-brown hair shining in the sunlight, showing everyone her potentially new style era.
During the outing, we also see her hair tucked into a camel-colored trench coat, a gray sweater, black leggings, white Adidas socks, and trainers. While we’ve seen her casual style many times over the years, we’re still shocked about her dramatic hair transformation.

However, this hair transformation may be for a role, something she’s used to doing. In fact, back in 2019, she dyed her hair bleach blonde and turquoise for her role in Four Good Days and even mimicked a half-shaved hairstyle for Bad Moms. But either way, we love a good hair change.
In a rare, previous interview with Glamour, Kunis talked about how she keeps her look more casual, more relaxed; including with her hair. “I don’t wear makeup. I don’t wash my hair every day,” she said. “It’s not something that I associate with myself. I commend women who wake up 30, 40 minutes early to put on eyeliner. I think it’s beautiful. I’m just not that person.”
