The obvious place to start feels like a LEGO One Piece Going Merry set. After all, the beautiful ship is the beating heart of the Straw Hat Pirates, and it will really let LEGO unfurl its creative sails and make a piece both heartfelt and totally fun. Another LEGO One Piece build we’d like to see is a life-size version of Luffy’s straw hat. After all, there is no more iconic symbol of One Piece and the Straw Hat Pirates than the Straw Hat. LEGO has created some pretty cool Star Wars helmets before, so making Luffy’s hat into bricks would be a totally neat extension of that.

But, LEGO notes that the adventure will begin “ahead of the epic return of the live-action ONE PIECE Season 2.” Currently, we’re betting on the second half of 2025 for One Piece season two, so probably somewhere around there.
