    There is something special about connecting with family through photos. My kids have their own homes and families, and they send me new photos all the time. I love being in my kitchen where I have my frame set up on the counter and seeing new photos that they've shared. We share photos with my in-laws that are 500 miles away and they love it too.

    I'm not very tech savvy, and this was really easy to set up. The ap is also easy to use, and I can send and share photos that I take on my cell phone to multiple photo frames all at the same time.

    This would make a great gift for any hard-to buy-for people.

    The learning curve to figure out the interface took some time, but it's been up and running on my wall for several weeks now. I don't use the app or have it set up for other people to upload pics onto it as that sort of creeps me out, but I put pictures on a chip and set it to cycle through and it's been doing it just fine. It does not like it when the power blinks but so far it's recovered ok.

    I bought this for my MIL and it was so great I asked for it for my birthday. I use it in my classroom. It's easy to send pictures to. The quality is good. The only negative I can think of is if you disconnect it without turning it off, there is this warning that comes up about not disconnecting it without turning it off. Our electricity flashed here at school and it went off. I was worried that I would lose all my pictures or the device would be damaged. It turned back on no problem. But its scary to think that it could be damaged if it disconnects without being turned off.

    What an absolute piece of garbage. My wife got this for me for Xmas so I could have updated photos in my office. I'd say the app is terribly designed except that it's clearly on purpose. They throttle the features and usage for no reason other than to force you to pay an ongoing subscription in order to do things that literally cost the company zero dollars; it's like BMW forcing you to pay to use the seat warmers you already paid for on the car.
    The instructions on how to use are basically non-existent. You can easily set your name, get the internet connected, and update, and link your app to the frame, but after that, there are literally no instructions on HOW you add photos, and then you figure out that you can only upload 10 images at a time, and man that is not a fast process inspire of my high speed network.
    Apparently however, if you pay their extortion fees, this artificial restriction is lifted.

    Thanks but no thanks. Sending this back and finding a better product.

      I LOVE this frame! It sits in my kitchen so that every time I am in there I can see my family pics scrolling through. I have bought one for many family members and they love theirs too! It's easy to set up (instructions included) and once you set up your frame's email address anyone you give the address to can send you pictures. If you change your mind about pics, you can also remove them. You can set the speed at which the images rotate as well. There is an upgrade you can purchase that will allow you to add video, but I have not done that. My only wish is that there were more frame color/style options.

      My husband has been buying me digital picture frames for years. They never last and I end up throwing them out. I bought this one for myself on a black Friday sale in 2022. It still works like the day I opened it. So easy to load with beautiful pictures. I steal my favorite pictures from friends and family off Facebook and send directly to the app. I can also invite others to send pictures to the app. This frame sits on my desk at work and cycles through pictures. My customers absolutely love it and several have purchased after seeing mine. I bought 2 more of these on black Friday this year to give as gifts. Buy this product! I promise you will love it and not regret it! FYI It has a timer on it and will go on and off accordingly. Please note there is an annual fee of like $50 to be able to have other people send you pics. It's worth it!

      I got my Skylight yesterday and it does what it says it does: display pictures. Getting the app up and running was simple, and the frame connects to WiFi so the communication with your phone is instant. You do have to set up an account with its own email address to get pictures on to it. Image quality is good but not up to screens on iPads, for example (less resolution and at extreme angles colors fade).

      The issue is several features like even how to control the slideshow is controlled by a subscription service. I think a lot of people are tired of these. Not everything should come with a monthly fee.
