Comparable to higher cost not necessarily better, but this projector is worth more than it cost!
It only comes with its choice of apps to include a web browser, Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. I have a throw of about 8 feet. Its at least 80' clear definition on a plain wall. It still is visible during daylight with shading. It could focus a little better. Long story short I have paid more for a less formidable device. Its better than just a childs toy or product. Its better than most flat screen TVs.

    Set up was a breeze! Connected to my wifi. Loaded up a few apps and was watching netflix within 15 minutes.

    The screen once adjusted was crispy and clear. Even with the blinds open the brightness of the screen was bright and clear.

    Normally you hear the speakers on these are trash, but i was shockingly surprised how well they sounded. You can easily connect a soundbar or external speakers via blue tooth which i did.

    I would highly recommend this projector to anyone looking for a great starter projector.

    Focus is best when the distance from the projector to the screen is the same. I tried to display upwards on a wall, and only part of the image was in focus.

    Things that could be improved: Remove the dog sticker. Lens cap was difficult to get off initially. I ended up using a butter knife to get it out.

    Overall, it's not too pricey at the time of this review. If you want 4,000 lumens or 4k resolution, you'll need to spend more. Would buy again.

    Nice looking, compact, and good sound

    The good: this projector is smaller than our past ones, meaning it’s very portable to bring to your back yard for outdoor movie nights, or a friend’s home. The speakers are perfectly acceptable for their size, and the 4K picture is clear.
    The bad: “Netflix certified” appears to mean you can’t use your Firestick and you have to manually enter your passwords. There is a jack for your Firestick, but it isn’t recognized. The bulbs on these have traditionally gone dead in about 18 months, so we will return to a non-Netflix certified unit when this one dies. The bulb is the most expensive component in these things and the units don’t seem to be designed for them to be replaced.

    First impression upon unboxing, the projector is solid made with all the bells and whistles. It comes with (1) power cord about 3 ft (wish it were a little longer), (1) HDMI cable about 3 ft, a dust cleaning kit including one spare filter, a cleaning cloth and two Q-tips.

    Manual is well-written, and initial setup is very straightforward: one button for easy focusing, and shortcut button in the remote for Netflix and Youtube. Don't have Netflix account, but Youtube works flawless. And it has Wifi 6, so it can use 5G network, which allows you to cast your portable devices.

    Using HDMI input is easy to setup. Only thing you need is to change the input source to HDMI.

    My favorite of this project is the Dolby audio, which is comparable to some of the best Dolby Bluetooth speakers on the market. And putting the speaker in the middle of the room when using makes the audio even surreal.

    In addition, if you don't want to put it as permanent fixture in your living room, it is not too bulky for you to use it as portable projector.

    I would highly recommend it to anyone has a need for a solid projector.

      "Amazing for what you get"

      I'm an ex-AV salesman and I have sold 100's of projectors in my past. Had projectors in my main room, instead of large screen TVs for almost 30 years. Football playoffs are coming up in a month or so and my current LG LED projector for some unknown reason went super warm in the image. Too, too warm. So time for a new main room protector. I read so many reviews on so many projectors and finally decided it would be worth it to purchase this projector, knowing I was 85% sure I was going to return due to poor quality. Seriously, how could a sub $200 projector project a quality 120" image, and especially in a room that is not almost totally dark. Well, I didn't send it back and am amazed it has a better image than my old $500+ LG projector when it was new. To be sure, it is not as clean as my super bright large flat panel LED mounted in another room, but it is plenty good for sports and movies. I now remember why I enjoyed a big, big projected football or basketball game and my recliner. This projector is much quieter than my old LG projector. Totally worth it. Got more than I paid for.
