What to watch for:
Will Isaiah Collier keep up his hot streak?
Isaiah Collier has been finding his footing in the league. Over the last four games, Collier has averaged 15.5 PTS, 5.0 REB, 9.8 AST per game on 42/38/73 shooting. He still struggles with shooting and turnovers at times, but his ability to get into the paint and create offense has been eye-opening. Tonight, he’ll have to face the best defense in the NBA, with a backcourt stacked with elite defenders. This will be a big test for the rookie.
After a brief hiatus due to injuries, Lauri Markkanen and John Collins are set to make their return to the Utah Jazz lineup as they take on the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Jazz will be looking to bounce back from a tough loss in their last game and will be counting on the return of Markkanen and Collins to provide a boost to their offense.Markkanen, who has been dealing with a nagging ankle injury, will be looking to pick up where he left off before his absence. The sharpshooting forward was averaging over 20 points per game and providing a crucial scoring punch for the Jazz. Collins, on the other hand, will be looking to bring his energy and athleticism back to the frontcourt and provide a presence on both ends of the court.
The Thunder, on the other hand, have been struggling as of late and will be looking to turn things around against a tough Jazz team. With the return of Markkanen and Collins, the Jazz will have a full arsenal of weapons at their disposal and will be looking to make a statement against the Thunder.
It should be an exciting matchup as two talented teams square off, so be sure to tune in to see how Markkanen and Collins impact the game. Let’s go Jazz! #TakeNote.

Since late last year, former NBA player Kyle Singler has been posting concerning videos on Instagram. In an early video, Singler said that he fears for his life every day, sparking concern among the NBA community.
In response, a number of players with ties to Singler such as Kevin Love wished him well while offering a helping hand.
Additionally, the NBA Players Association reached out to Kyle Singler’s family back in November, in an attempt to get the vet some help. Since then, it appears as though little has changed for Singler, who continues to post videos from his house.
•
In a series of posts on Thursday, Kyle Singler issued a message to members of the media. In them, he said that he wants to get a story out about how parents can negatively impact their kids through mental, physical and spiritual abuse.
“Calling out to all media sources that, again, want to get a story out by parents that negatively affect their kid. Parents that take advantage and abuse their children physically, mentally, spiritually. I’m one of them. Any news source that wants a f**king story, come here. I will give you a story, bar f**king none.”
While Singler’s video cuts out at the end, it appears as though it picks up in another video posted separately where the NBA vet goes on to say that his child is being used against him.
“Nobody wants to be helpful” – Kyle Singler doesn’t want the help of medication or therapy
As previously mentioned, late last year, Kyle Singler’s posts on social media created such a stir that the NBA Players Association got involved and reached out to his family.
After seeing how the NBA community, and in particular, former Mavericks majority owner Mark Cuban, rallied around NBA vet Delonte West, fans hoped that Singler could also get some help.
Since then, however, there’s been no real word on the situation, with no further updates beyond the fact that Singler continues to post on social media.
In a post this week, however, Kyle Singler indicated that people in his life want him to attend therapy and take medication. However, he has no intentions of doing so.
“I have people in my life that are threatening me to again, just jerk- continuing to jerk me around until I get on medication, I get a therapist, I go to therapy, psychology, you name it. And nobody, again, wants to be helpful in listening to somebody tell them, ‘Hey, I don’t want to do that. That’s not really help.’”
The video then abruptly cuts out like many of the others posted on his page.
While he’s made it clear that he doesn’t want to take medication or go to therapy, so far, it’s unclear what kind of help Singler is looking for.
In a previous video posted earlier in the week, he indicated that he wanted to open a first-of-its-kind Yoga studio, saying that it would take the effort of more people than just him to pull it off. Meanwhile, the fans and the NBA community can only wonder what they can do to help Singler.

Former OKC Thunder veteran Kyle Singler made a shocking revelation on social media today, accusing his parents of abuse as he battles mental health issues. Singler, who played for the Thunder from 2015 to 2018, shared a heartfelt post detailing the alleged abuse he suffered at the hands of his parents. In the post, Singler opened up about the struggles he has faced over the years and how they have been exacerbated by the abuse he endured as a child. He bravely spoke out about the emotional and physical trauma he experienced, and how it has impacted his mental health.
Singler’s post has sparked an outpouring of support from fans and fellow athletes, with many applauding him for his courage in speaking out. Mental health awareness is an important issue, and Singler’s bravery in sharing his story will undoubtedly help others who may be facing similar struggles.
We stand with Kyle Singler in his battle against mental health issues and hope that he finds the healing and support he needs. It is important to listen to and believe survivors of abuse, and to provide them with the resources and help they need to heal.

The Oklahoma City Thunder made a late addition to its injury report on Friday before tip-off of their tilt with the Dallas Mavericks. Mark Daigneault entered the press conference room to announced that superstar Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had been added to the injury report with a right wrist sprain that he suffered in Thursday’s blowout win against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Following the game, Thunder on SI asked Gilgeous-Alexander about his wrist, which had been wrapped during the game and post-game, to which the star said he happened in the Cavs game when he fell to the floor – but added he felt good. The Thunder head coach echoed those sentiments that Gilgeous-Alexander felt good this morning, before arriving to the arena sore and testing it out pregame. That is what warranted the questionable tag.
Ultimately, the decision was made to downgrade the Thunder star to out for tonight’s game in Dallas on the second leg of a back-to-back. Aaron Wiggins takes his spot in the starting five, making the first five: Cason Wallace-Aaron Wiggins-Lu Dort-Jalen Williams-Jaylin Williams for this game.
Kyrie Irving, entered the game as questionable with a back injury, is announced as playing and in the Mavericks starting five. Luka Doncic and Dereck Lively II remain out.
This marks the first game that the MVP front-runner has missed this season for the 34-6 Thunder.

In the meantime, the Thunder will have to rely on their other players to step up and fill the void left by Gilgeous-Alexander’s absence.
It will be interesting to see how the team performs without their star player, but fans are optimistic that they can still put up a good fight and compete at a high level. Stay tuned for updates on Gilgeous-Alexander’s status and the Thunder’s performance in his absence.

#OKC #Thunder #Superstar #Shai #GilgeousAlexander #Game #SeasonJaylin Williams’ Starting Experience Could Prove Helpful for OKC Thunder
Oklahoma City will be without its top two centers again, but this time, it will have its third option inside.
On Wednesday, the Thunder announced that Isaiah Hartenstein suffered a left soleus strain against the Philadelphia 76ers and will be re-evaluated in a week. His injury is a blow to the Thunder, who are still without star big Chet Holmgren.
This will be the second time this season that the Thunder are without both of their starting bigs. In a mid-November stretch, the Thunder went 3-3 without their bigs before Hartenstein returned, and he has played in every game since. Of course, that streak will end on Thursday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
While the Thunder have been forced into small ball already this season, there will be a key difference this time. Along with Holmgren and Hartenstein being out, backup center Jaylin Williams was also dealing with an injury in that November stretch. With him being healthy this time, the Thunder will be able to maintain a larger look inside.
Williams doesn’t have the talent or ability of Holmgren and Hartenstein and plays smaller than both, but he does bring a 6-foot-10, 250-pound frame. Although he doesn’t typically play the role of a traditional center, his size gives him the ability to stay inside.
This season, Williams has averaged 4.5 points, four rebounds and 2.2 assists in 13.3 minutes per game. He will almost certainly see an uptick in minutes without Hartenstein, who has averaged nearly 30 minutes a night.
Although Williams could see a steep increase in minutes, he has experience playing bigger minutes with a larger role. In his rookie season, Williams was the Thunder’s starting center during their push to the play-in tournament. He started 36 games that season and averaged roughly 21 minutes in those starts.
The Thunder could opt to stay small and let Jalen Williams step back into the starting center role he held in November. However, Jaylin Williams is more than capable of coming in and making a difference while the Thunder await the return of Holmgren and Hartenstein.

Jaylin Williams, a rookie forward for the Oklahoma City Thunder, may not have been a high draft pick or a household name, but his starting experience in college could prove to be invaluable for the team.Williams, who played for the Auburn Tigers in his college career, was a key starter for the team and gained valuable experience playing against top competition in the SEC. This experience could help him transition smoothly to the NBA and provide a solid foundation for him to build upon.
With the Thunder in a rebuilding phase and looking to develop their young talent, Williams’ starting experience could be a valuable asset. His ability to handle the pressure of starting at the college level could prove helpful as he navigates the challenges of the NBA.
Additionally, Williams’ versatility as a forward could make him a valuable asset for the Thunder, as he can contribute in multiple areas on the court. His ability to score, rebound, and defend could make him a valuable contributor for the team as they look to develop their young core.
Overall, Jaylin Williams’ starting experience in college could prove to be a valuable asset for the Oklahoma City Thunder as they look to build for the future. With his solid foundation and versatile skill set, Williams could be a key piece for the team moving forward.

Clippers Star James Harden OUT Against OKC Thunder
The Oklahoma City Thunder and LA Clippers are set to do battle on Thursday night inside the Paycom Center in the first game of 2025. The OKC Thunder are riding a 12 game winning streak, seeking a franchise best stretch with a win tonight over the Clippers.
LA comes in witha 5-5 record in its last ten games, 19-14 overall. Though the Clippers have been scrappy this season, the road for an upset win inside the Paycom Center got a bit tougher – Ty Lue took the podium before tip-off and announced James Harden is sidelined with a sore groin.
This makes just the second missed game for Harden this season, who has been an offensive engine for the scrappy Clippers. Though, LA now has to battle the chaos insighting Thunder defense without a key member of its backcourt and lean on its shallow set of tablesetters to protect the pumpkin – a tall order.
Oklahoma City is no stranger to facing short handed teams, just this past week they faced a Hornets squad without LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller before taking on a Memphis Grizzlies team that more resembled its G League affiliate than the no. 2 seed in the Western Conference.
The Thunder must still take care of business as massive favorites over the Clippers. It would be advantageous for Oklahoma City to get off to a fast start in order to manage a back-to-back stretch, with the New York Knicks coming to town on Friday night.

The Los Angeles Clippers will have to face the Oklahoma City Thunder without their star player, James Harden. Harden has been ruled out for the upcoming game due to a hamstring injury. This news comes as a major blow to the Clippers, as Harden has been a key player for the team this season, averaging 25.6 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 8.7 assists per game.
Without Harden on the court, the Clippers will need to rely on their other players to step up and fill the void. It will be a tough challenge, but the team is determined to come out with a victory against the Thunder.
Fans will be eagerly watching to see how the Clippers perform without Harden and if they can still come out on top in this important matchup. Stay tuned for updates on Harden’s injury status and how it may impact the team in the coming games.

New Year’s resolutions for SGA, Jalen Williams, rest of OKC Thunder
Here’s a New Year’s resolution for the Thunder: Keep doing what you’re doing.
OKC (27-5) is off to the best start in team history. It already has a commanding lead in the Western Conference. And its net rating (11.9) is better than that of last season’s NBA champion Boston Celtics (11.7).
Winning the West, making the NBA Finals and planning a water taxi parade down the Bricktown Canal are all reasonable resolutions for the Thunder.
But what about individual player resolutions? We went through the Thunder’s top 12 players and assigned goals for the new year.
(Please don’t take these too seriously. We’re trying to have fun here).
More:Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, OKC Thunder roar past Timberwolves for record 12th straight win
Win 2024-25 NBA MVP: The 26-year-old finished second to Nikola Jokic last season and fifth in 2022-23. SGA is putting up virtually the same numbers as he did a season ago, and the Thunder looks like a lock to repeat as the No. 1 seed. As of Monday, the Thunder had an 8.5-game lead on Jokic’s Nuggets. The Thunder is 9.5 games better than Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks. With Mavericks star Luka Doncic out of the MVP race due to injury, SGA, Jokic and Giannis have separated themselves as the top-three contenders. This might be SGA’s year if the Thunder is that much better than the Nuggets and Bucks.
Learn how to draw fouls: Nineteen players, as of Monday, have attempted at least 500 shots this season. Of those 19, Jalen Williams has attempted the fewest free throws (101). Gilegous-Alexander, by contrast, is third in free throw attempts behind only Giannis Antetokounmpo and Anthony Davis. J-Dub and the Thunder have bemoaned the lack of fouls Williams has drawn this season, but this is not an officiating issue. It’s a Jalen Williams issue. Williams is an excellent player, but he needs to learn how to draw fouls. You’d think he’d get a few more whistles given the force he plays with, but around the rim you need craft to get calls.
Eliminate pull-up 3-pointers from shot diet: It feels wrong to ask Lu Dort to refine his shot selection even more than he already has, but if you eliminate Dort’s pull-up 3-pointers (4 of 20), his 3-point percentage this season would jump from a good 38.6% to a great 41.1%. Granted, Dort is already on the right track. Fifty-nine percent of all his field goal attempts this season have been catch-and-shoot 3s, which he’s making at that aforementioned 41.1%. Side note: Dort continues to have dreadful numbers around the rim. He’s shooting 53.1% from the restricted area, the lowest among Thunder regulars. Nothing new on that front.
Feel like yourself by the playoffs: The Thunder is going to cruise to the No. 1 seed with or without Chet Holmgren (hip fracture). But OKC needs Holmgren back in time for the playoffs if it’s to make an NBA Finals run. Ideally, OKC will have a regular season ramp-up period for Holmgren to get his feel and conditioning back. And Mark Daigneault would probably like to see what a double-big pairing of Holmgren and Isaiah Hartenstein looks like before busting it out in the playoffs.
More:Why OKC’s 3-point efficiency drop is not concerning for a Thunder team built on defense
Finish top-five in rebounds per game: Isaiah Hartenstein is averaging a career-high 12.6 rebounds per game. If he qualified for the NBA leaderboard, that would rank him third in the NBA behind New York’s Karl-Anthony Towns (13.5) and Sacramento’s Domantas Sabonis (13.5). Players have to play in at least 58 of 82 games (70%) to qualify as a league leader. Hartenstein, sidelined early in the season with a hand injury, has only played in 52% of the Thunder’s games. OKC’s prized free agent addition has been worth every penny.
Shoot at least 40% from 3-point range from here on out: Isaiah Joe shot 41% and 42% from 3-point range in his first two seasons with the Thunder. Joe is down to 35.1% from 3 this season, and his overall field goal percentage is 39%. Joe is shooting more 3s than ever (5.9 per game), and he’s generally getting clean looks. He and Hartenstein have developed quite the two-man chemistry. Joe’s shot will start falling. Finishing above 40% from January on isn’t too much to ask.
More:NBA power rankings: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, OKC Thunder are on big winning streak
Prove that you’re a capable 3-point shooter: Who is real Cason Wallace, the 42% 3-point shooter of a season ago, or the 30% shooter this season? Wallace is so elite on the defensive end that you’re going to live with the occasional clank, but it would do wonders for the Thunder’s spacing if Wallace started to hit 3s again. He’s shooting 24% on corner 3s. Last season he shot 45% from the corners.
Play a full game: This one’s admittedly a reach, but the numbers are stark. In first halves this season, Wiggins is shooting 50% from the field, including 47% from 3-point range. In second halves, 39% from the field and 21% from 3-point range. Wiggins shot just fine in second halves last season. This is probably just a small-sample blip.
Shoot league-average from 3-point range rest of season: That’s 36%, which is lower than Caruso’s career average (37%) and way lower than what he shot last season (41%). Of the 246 players who have attempted at least 50 3s this season, Caruso ranks 241st in percentage (26.2%). He feels like the ultimate luxury piece for OKC. Even when he’s not making 3s. He’s been a terror defensively.
Keep up the good free throw shooting: Don’t look now, but Kenrich Williams is shooting 100% (10 of 10) from the foul line! Not bad for a 54% career foul shooter. It’s never made sense why Williams is such a bad free-throw shooter, but perhaps he’s figured something out. Williams still barely gets to the line, but he’s already made more free throws this season in 21 games than he did last season in 69 games.
Make All-Rookie first-team: This is both an indictment of a poor rookie class and an acknowledgment of how good Ajay Mitchell has been. With no rookie putting up huge numbers, Mitchell should be recognized for his contributions to a contending team. Picked 38th and signed to a two-way contract, Mitchell is averaging 6.3 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 16.3 minutes per game. He’s shooting 51% from the field, 47% from 3-point range and 81% from the free-throw line.
Take lessons from Isaiah Hartenstein: With Holmgren sidelined, Jaylin Williams is the Thunder’s backup center behind Hartenstein. What an opportunity for J-Will to learn some of Hartenstein’s tricks. Williams has good vision for a big, but Hartenstein is an elite passer at the position. Williams doesn’t have Hartenstein’s size, but he could develop a similar skill set as Hartenstein.

Thunder vs. Clippers
TIPOFF: 7 p.m. Thursday at Paycom Center (FanDuel Sports Network)
As we ring in the new year, it’s time for the Oklahoma City Thunder, especially Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (SGA), Jalen Williams, and the rest of the team, to set some resolutions for 2022. Here are a few goals they could strive to achieve:1. Improve communication on the court: The Thunder have a young roster with plenty of talent, but they need to work on their communication to ensure they are all on the same page during games.
2. Develop chemistry: As the season progresses, SGA, Williams, and the rest of the team need to build trust and understanding with each other to create a cohesive unit on the court.
3. Focus on defense: Defense wins games, and the Thunder need to prioritize their defensive efforts to shut down opponents and secure more victories.
4. Stay healthy: Injuries have plagued the Thunder in recent seasons, so prioritizing health and wellness will be key to their success in 2022.
5. Continue to grow and develop: SGA and Williams have shown flashes of brilliance, but they need to continue to work on their skills and improve their game to reach their full potential.
By setting these resolutions and working together as a team, the Oklahoma City Thunder can make strides in 2022 and show the rest of the league what they are capable of. Cheers to a successful new year! #ThunderUp

The Oklahoma City Thunder are riding an 11 game winning streak – a victory away from tying its best such streak in franchise history. On Tuesday night, it will be the New Years Eve Matchup between the Thunder and Timberwolves to carry on the annual tradition inside the Paycom Center.
Oklahoma City is seven point point favorite in this game according to FanDuel despite facing a healthy Timberwolves team that is rolling with three straight wins under their belt. The Thunder will be without two key rotational pieces in Alex Caruso and Chet Holmgren – both have spent significant time on the sideline but have not detered the Thunder from a 26-5 record.
Minnesota’s been clunky at best on both ends ranking 21st in offensive rating and climbing to no. 6 ranked squad despite starting a mess on that end.
Oklahoma City owns the NBA’s best defense – on pace for a historic unit – that could force the Timberwolves to labor in its scoring efforts, especially if Lu Dort and Cason Wallace can fluster Anthony Edwards holding the star to a subpar game. There aren’t many options for the Timberwolves past the head of the snake.
With role players typically shooting better at home, if the Oklahoma City Thunder can get consistent shooting as it did in the first half against Memphis on Sunday – the Thunder should be able to win and cover the seven point spread.
Sure, Oklahoma City is due to drop a game and tonight could be it! But there are too many factors that could lead to an eight-plus point win with the chance of a push to not lean the Thunder’s way.
The Bet: Thunder -7

The Oklahoma City Thunder are on a hot streak, winning 11 games in a row and looking to make it 12 as they face off against the Minnesota Timberwolves. With their recent success, the Thunder are the clear favorites in this matchup.Led by stars such as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Luguentz Dort, the Thunder have been dominating both offensively and defensively. Their chemistry on the court has been evident, and they have been able to pull out close wins in clutch moments.
On the other hand, the Timberwolves have been struggling this season and are currently at the bottom of the Western Conference standings. Despite having talented players like Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards, they have been unable to put together consistent performances.
As the Thunder look to extend their winning streak and continue their climb up the standings, all signs point to them coming out on top in this matchup against the Timberwolves. With their sights set on win number 12 in a row, the Thunder are ready to prove why they are a force to be reckoned with in the NBA.

Memphis Grizzlies center Zach Edey (concussion protocol) out vs OKC Thunder
Memphis Grizzlies center Zach Edey has been downgraded to out for Sunday’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The team announced on Sunday that Edey is in the concussion protocol.
Edey has been one of the NBA’s best rookies this season. He’s averaged 11.3 points and eight rebounds in 19 games this season. This is the second injury Edey has dealt with in the regular season. He missed 13 games earlier this season due to an ankle injury.
Losing Edey shortens the Grizzlies’ frontcourt depth. Memphis is already without forward Santi Aldama.
Jay Huff, Jaren Jackson Jr. and Brandon Clarke will play most of the minutes at power forward and center.
The Grizzlies are also without Ja Morant (shoulder), Marcus Smart (right index finger), Vince Williams Jr. (ankle) and GG Jackson (foot).

The Memphis Grizzlies will be without their towering center Zach Edey as he enters concussion protocol, ruling him out for their upcoming matchup against the OKC Thunder. Edey, known for his dominant presence in the paint, will be sorely missed as the Grizzlies look to secure a win without one of their key players. Oklahoma City’s culture and chemistry has been a hot topic of conversation when discussing this iteration of Thunder rosters. From the rebuilding days, this group has become tight-knit, and anyone that joins usually has no trouble fitting in. There’s hardly ever drama, it’s strictly basketball and vibes for one of the NBA’s youngest teams. Oftentimes, they get compared to an AAU travel squad, and that’s honestly a good way to put it.
When asked about the team’s chemistry over the years, the current players are quick to mention that Tre Mann had a big hand in that and is still an influence in the locker room even today. Mann was traded to the Charlotte Hornets at the deadline last season, but is still a fan favorite both in the locker room and in the Thunder community. He ended up being the odd man out on the roster, but still thinks of Oklahoma City as home.
As the Thunder gear up to play Mann’s new squad on Saturday night in Charlotte, he made a surprise appearance that reminded Thunder fans why they liked him so much in the first place. Aaron Wiggins had his jersey retired at his high school in North Carolina, Wesleyan, and the entire Thunder squad pulled up to see it happen. This isn’t out of the norm either, as Oklahoma City’s core group of players usually travels to different high schools if a teammate is having a jersey retired.
But Mann made the trip with the Thunder guys and showed up at Wiggins’ jersey retirement. He joined in the team’s group picture, and was there to support his former teammate at a big moment in his life.
Mann is certainly missed in Oklahoma City, but needed the fresh start to take on the playing time he deserves. Although he is currently nursing a back injury and hasn’t played since late November, Mann was on track to have a career year. His play in Charlotte might lock up a longterm deal with the Hornets. In 13 games, Mann is averaging 14.1 points, 3.0 assists, and 2.9 rebounds while shooting 40% from 3-point range.
When healthy, he has excelled in Charlotte. He’ll always have a home in Oklahoma City, though, as was evident this week.

OKC Thunder Heavy Favorites Against Charlotte Hornets Despite Injuries
The Oklahoma City Thunder are heading to Buzz City to take on the Hornets. The Thunder are looking for their tenth straight win, while the Hornets hope to snap a six game losing skid. Oklahoma City has more than its share of injuries, most notably seeing four rotational pieces in street clothes for this contest.
As expected, the Thunder are without Chet Holmgren as the rising star will miss most of the regular season with a hip injury – but a blow to Mark Daigneault’s lineup came on the most recent injury update seeing its top three defenders, Alex Caruso, Lu Dort and Cason Wallace join him on the sidelines. Caruso has been in and out of the lineup, but this is the first game Wallace has missed in his career and Dort has missed this season.
The Hornets though, have a CVS receipt for an injury report as well, though with more hope. Brandon Miller, LaMelo Ball, Cody Martin and Mark Williams all are tabbed as questionable. Tre Mann and Grant Williams remain sidelined.
Oklahoma City still has a clear talent advantage but will not only have to navigate injury woes but manage the front end of a back-to-back in the midst of a three game in four night stretch.
FanDuel still has the Oklahoma City Thunder favored by 12.5 points, which seems a tough too high with the injury report currently available. If Miller, Ball and Martin can all play the Hornets will be able to keep this game close even if the Thunder pull out its tenth straight win.
However, if that buzz city trio can not go tonight, Oklahoma City would be in line for a potential blowout win despite nursing a M.A.S.H. unit of their own.
For now, this scribe leans the Hornets keeping it within 13 points but monitoring the pregame information as to who is in and out of the lineup.
The Bet: Hornets +12.5
The Record: 19-10-1

Despite facing injuries to key players like Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Luguentz Dort, the OKC Thunder are still heavy favorites in their upcoming matchup against the Charlotte Hornets. The Thunder have shown resilience and depth in their roster, with players like Darius Bazley and Aleksej Pokusevski stepping up to fill the void left by the injured stars. The Hornets, on the other hand, have been struggling with consistency and have a relatively young and inexperienced roster. While players like LaMelo Ball and Terry Rozier have shown flashes of brilliance, they have yet to establish themselves as a dominant force in the league.
Despite the odds being stacked against them, the Thunder are still expected to come out on top in this matchup. Their defensive prowess and ability to execute on offense give them the edge over the struggling Hornets. Fans can expect an exciting game as the Thunder look to solidify their position as a top team in the league.
