‘In the meantime, the data taken on 3 or 4 matches only have a relative value: we have to analyse the whole path. In the last matches we faced Inter, Atalanta, Lazio, Roma and Hellas, but now we have to think about Monza, play with our strengths, with our energy. Against Monza, everyone, even the fans must push: we need them too. So much will depend on our attitude on the field, and if we can push our fans it will be an important Tardini experience for us too. Right now, we have to think about Monza. What we did in the last match was not enough, and we all have to do something more. A young group like ours must also learn from these moments; we need the ability to face them with great spirit and professionalism, of which I have no doubt. E’ il giorno di Parma-Monza. Tra poche ore i crociati scenderanno in campo al Tardini per l’ultima volta nel 2024, in vista di una partita delicatissima. Si affrontano due squadre in emergenza e per entrambe è una ghiotta occasione per dare sterzata al proprio campionato. Lo sa mister Pecchia, che ieri in conferenza ha analizzato il momento delicato della squadra convinto che i suoi ragazzi daranno risposte. Questo un estratto delle sue parole nella conferenza di ieri:
“Dobbiamo dare una risposta per quello che sappiamo fare. Sono convinto che troveremo le forze per affrontare questo momento, ma anche questo serve per il futuro e per il nostro presente. Il nostro campionato passa anche da questi momenti, ma ci vuole la forza di capire il momento e affrontarlo con petto in fuori e con forza. Devo tenere conto della condizione e dello stato di forma di alcuni giocatori. Domenica abbiamo provato un assetto che possiamo ripercorrere. C’è un aspetto mentale che deve farla da padrone, oltre a quello tattico. Dobbiamo dare qualcosa in più, perché abbiamo fatto poco nell’ultima gara. Dobbiamo affrontare questo momento con spirito, personalità, e con l’ambiente che spinge in quella direzione. Ci serve anche questo”.
Il tecnico del Pecchia si è espresso dopo la sconfitta della sua squadra. Affermando che bisogna dare una risposta e che serve qualcosa in più.
