    We know, it might feel a little late to be launching a whole new winter menu, but let’s face it—spring is still months away. And what better way to shake off the post-holiday blues than with a “shakin’” espresso? (Wink, wink.)

    In part two of Dunkin’s winter menu, we’re leaving cookie butter behind and diving headfirst into other indulgences—think brownie batter, whoopie pies, and a new favorite: lava cake.

    New Dunkin’ Winter Drinks

    At Dunkin,’ Lava Cake is decidedly the flavor of January, and we’re totally here for it. First up is the Lava Cake Coffee, which can be served hot or iced and features a Lava Cake Swirl with cream. For an even richer treat, there’s the Lava Cake Signature Latte, a latte with a Lava Cake Swirl, topped with whipped cream, mocha drizzle, and hot chocolate powder.

    Available exclusively in-app, there’s also an exciting new raspberry treat that has fans excited. The Raspberry Lava Cake Coffee features a Lava Cake Swirl, Raspberry Flavor Shot, and cream.

    “Lava Cake Signature Latte and the Raspberry Lava Cake Latte look delicious!” one fan raved. “Raspberry coffee!” added another.

    But, even all the lava cake love can’t overshadow the star of the show—a limited-time latte inspired by the espresso queen herself, Sabrina Carpenter.     Making a grand return this season is the Whoopie Pie Specialty Donut, a glazed chocolate cake donut sliced in half and filled with vanilla-flavored whipped butter creme icing, then topped with a butter creme rosette.

    Also back on the menu are the beloved Iced Lemon Loaf Cake and Valentine’s Day classics like the Brownie Batter Donut and Cupid’s Choice Donut, available starting Jan. 29. New to the lineup this year? Valentine’s Munchkins, which are glazed chocolate Munchkins topped with festive Valentine’s sprinkles.

    “Brownie batter donuts were all you needed to tell me. I am obsessed with them,” one fan said. “Yay, the brownie batter donut!” cheered another.

    And don’t worry—the Almond Croissant, Loaded Hash Browns, and Hash Brown Brisket Scramble from earlier in the season are still around for a limited time.

    The new winter menu, including Sabrina’s Shakin’ Espresso, rolls out on Tuesday, Dec. 31. But that’s not all—Dunkin’ is also introducing a brand-new $5 meal deal to the menu, available all day long. The offer includes two made-to-order Wake-Up Wrap sandwiches with egg, cheese, and your choice of bacon, sausage, turkey sausage, or no meat. Pair those with a medium hot coffee (14 oz.) or a refreshing iced coffee (24 oz.), all for just $5. This value combo is perfect for fueling winter mornings while keeping New Year’s budgets in check.

    Two-time NBA champion Isiah Thomas opened up about his personal health. 

    During a recent appearance on former NBA coach Mark Jackson’s “Come And Talk 2 Me” podcast, Thomas revealed he was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy. 

    The condition resulted in his facial muscles drooping.

    “I’ve gotten a lot of love from people saying, ‘Well, Isiah’s sick. What is he going through?’” he said. “I haven’t really told anybody, but I’ve got Bell’s palsy. … That’s why you see me like this. I appreciate the prayers and the love. That’s what’s happening with my mouth right now. I just wanted everyone to know that.”

    According to the Mayo Clinic, Bell’s palsy is a neurological condition that can cause muscles on one side of the face to suddenly weaken. People diagnosed with Bell’s palsy experience symptoms ranging from mild to severe.

    Thomas is not the first former or current NBA player who has dealt with Bell’s palsy. Joel Embiid of the Philadelphia 76ers said he was diagnosed with the condition ahead of April’s playoff series against the New York Knicks.

    Thomas spent his entire NBA career with the Detroit Pistons, earning 12 All-Star team nods. He was named the NBA Finals MVP in 1990.
