    A clipper system brought some moderate to briefly heavy snow along the Highway 30 to I-80 corridors across the state. A few Snow Squall Warnings were issued for the morning commute from Carroll to about Grinnell.

    There was a thin window of 3 to 4″ amounts in Iowa and Johnson County, with about 1-3″ for Highway 30 and south. North of Highway 30, totals dropped off quickly and there was essentially no snow north of Highway 20. This link will take you to an interactive map of snowfall totals.
