• Fox Host Cracks Up at Clip Showing Republicans’ Terrible Dancing Skills

A Fox News host and contributor on Tuesday both laughed at a group of Iowa Republicans attempting to dance to—or at least clap on beat with—one of Donald Trump’s favorite songs.

The poor showing, set to the tune of “Y.M.C.A.,” even spurred one of the conservative network’s personalities to quip that Trump needs to add to his administration a “rhythm counselor for white America.”

In a segment on The Story With Martha MacCallum about excitement building among Republicans for Trump’s inauguration next week, MacCallum introduced a video clip that the Iowa GOP posted Monday on Facebook. In it, members generally have a difficult time clapping with the song’s tempo, while some imitate Trump’s rigid arm movements.

After about half a minute, MacCallum jumped back in.

“All right, never mind,” she reacted. “We thought we were going to—anyway, I feel like this song, I’m reliving my childhood. The song swept the nation,” she said.

The 1978 Village People single has been a staple at Trump’s rallies for the past five years. In 2020, the Library of Congress deemed it significant enough for preservation in the National Recording Registry.

Iowa Republicans’ accompanying dance, though, should probably not be preserved anywhere, according to MacCallum’s guest, network contributor Tyrus.

“I think we’re also looking at a bigger problem, which is that one of the things that maybe President Trump needs to think about is maybe a rhythm counselor for white America, because that was brutal,” he said, eliciting a laugh from MacCallum, who called it “the longest 20 seconds in television.”

Tyrus, grimacing, continued: “Everyone was clapping on one and three. Wow. We are going to fix that. We are coming together. We are going to fix that.”

The two then brainstormed how to do so, with MacCallum suggesting a cabinet member take on the responsibility, and Tyrus floating Fox Business Network’s Charles Payne as the go-to man.

Village People are scheduled to perform at Trump’s inauguration, frontman Victor Willis announced Monday.

Fox Host Breaks into Laughter Watching Video of Republicans’ Awkward Dance Moves

In a hilarious moment that had viewers in stitches, a Fox host couldn’t contain their laughter while watching a clip of Republican politicians attempting to bust a move on the dance floor. The video highlighted their awkward and cringe-worthy dancing skills, leaving many wondering if they should stick to politics instead.

From stiff and robotic movements to off-beat flailing, the clip showcased a range of embarrassing dance techniques that left the Fox host and audience in fits of laughter. As the footage played, the host couldn’t help but break into uncontrollable giggles, struggling to maintain composure while watching the disastrous display of rhythm and coordination.

While politics may be their forte, it’s clear that dancing is not a strong suit for these Republicans. The video served as a reminder that not everyone is born with natural dancing abilities, and some should probably stick to more traditional forms of self-expression.

Whether you’re a fan of the Republican party or not, you can’t help but chuckle at their attempts to get down on the dance floor. It’s moments like these that remind us that even our most esteemed politicians are human and prone to embarrassing moments like the rest of us. So next time you hit the dance floor, just remember – it could always be worse!

Hamas releases video showing sign of life from hostage Liri Albag

Hamas on Saturday released a video on Saturday showing a sign of life from IDF lookout Liri Albag, who was abducted on October 7, 2023. At her family’s request, Ynet isn’t publishing the video, an image from it or the statements made in it at this time.
Liri’s mother, Shira Albag, shared the moments of terror at the base and the last messages she received from her daughter in a previous interview with Ynet.

“At 6:30 a.m., she called me and said, ‘Mom, there’s a crazy rocket attack here. We jumped out of bed, there wasn’t even an alarm. We’re in the shelter.’ I also heard the explosions in the background; no one here knew anything yet. I asked her if she was okay and she answered, ‘Everything’s fine, people are alive here. We’re in the shelter.’

“She sent me a picture and I saw it was open on both sides. I told her it wasn’t a proper shelter. Liri responded, ‘Mom, it’s fine. Everyone’s here, all the girls. Don’t worry.’ In hindsight, I learned that most of the girls were saying their goodbyes to their families during that time. She didn’t say goodbye — she reassured everyone that everything was fine.”

Last May, the hostages’ families allowed the public release of footage from the Nahal Oz base, as recorded by the body cameras of Hamas terrorists on October 7. The released version was edited, shortened and censored from the full footage.

It shows the five lookouts being handcuffed by their captors. Later, the terrorists filmed themselves leading the five to a vehicle amid the sound of heavy gunfire in the background.

The video released by Hamas, which the family has declined to authorize for publication at this stage, follows a series of footage and proofs of life shared by terrorist organizations in Gaza in recent weeks.

Hamas releases video showing sign of life from hostage Liri Albag

In a recent development, Hamas has released a video showing a sign of life from Israeli hostage Liri Albag, who was kidnapped by the militant group in 2014. The video, which was released on social media, shows Albag holding a newspaper with the current date, as well as a message written in Hebrew confirming that she is still alive.

This is the first sign of life from Albag in over seven years, and her family and the Israeli government are hopeful that this could lead to her eventual release. The video has raised hopes that negotiations for Albag’s release could resume, and that she may soon be reunited with her loved ones.

The Israeli government has reiterated its commitment to securing the safe return of all Israeli citizens held captive by terrorist organizations, and has called for international support in efforts to bring Albag home. In the meantime, Albag’s family and friends are holding out hope that she will soon be reunited with them after years of uncertainty and fear.

Elon Musk's emoji reply to racist photo showing Indian-origin Sriram Krishnan as Butter Chicken

The appointment of Indian-origin entrepreneur Sriram Krishnan to a key AI advisory role in the incoming Trump administration has sparked significant controversy. Elon Musk has supported the appointment and advocated for increased immigration to address the shortage of skilled tech workers in the country. A recent post targeting Krishnan has also drawn criticism from the billionaire.
A racist image depicting Krishnan as a plate of butter chicken surfaced on X, formerly Twitter. The post drew immediate condemnation, with many users denouncing it as “disgusting” and “distasteful.” Butter chicken is a famous dish associated with Indians.

    Take a look the post:

“Here is what Sriram Krishnan would look like if he was butter chicken,” an X user shared along with two photos.

An investor, Jason, reshared it and slamming the post saying, “These racist attacks are disgusting.”
“Sriram Krishnan is awesome, for the record,” he added.
While Krishnan’s expertise is widely acknowledged, his past views on immigration have drawn criticism, fueling a heated debate on social media.

What Elon Musk has to say

Musk, replied to Jason’s post with a “Hundred Points” emoji, a symbol often interpreted as expressing agreement or approval. This response further inflamed the situation, with some criticising Musk for appearing to condone the racist post.

Musk previously said that those who have worked to contribute to this country has his respect.
“Anyone – of any race, creed or nationality – who came to America and worked like hell to contribute to this country will forever have my respect,” Musk said in a post on X.
“America is the land of freedom and opportunity. Fight with every fiber of your being to keep it that way!” he added.

    How others reacted

While some appeared to mock Krishnan, others slammed the post as racist.
Where is the race in this?

Butter chicken is one of the most delicious things on earth.

His great ancestor was genius too. Gotta love these two. Welcome to your country brother.

Butter chicken is the bomb. Are we sure this is an insult

If you disagree, don’t retweet. Retweeting in this case is disgusting engagement bait.
    Be better @Jason

    Classless

LMAO, when you respond you lose, but I do love Indian food. I’ve had my fair share of trolls also commenting on my appearance, so can relate

Elon Musk’s Emoji Response to Racist Photo:

Recently, a disturbing and racist photo surfaced on social media, depicting Indian-origin tech executive Sriram Krishnan as a plate of Butter Chicken. The offensive image sparked outrage and condemnation from many, including Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

In response to the racist photo, Musk took to Twitter and simply posted a facepalm emoji, along with a man emoji to express his disbelief and disappointment. The use of these emojis conveyed Musk’s disapproval of the insensitive and disrespectful nature of the photo.

Musk’s emoji reply serves as a reminder that racism and discrimination have no place in our society, and that we must continue to speak out against such behavior. It is important to stand up against racism in all its forms and work towards creating a more inclusive and respectful world for all.

  • Former Spartan Showing Massive Potential in Vital Area

Former Spartan Showing Massive Potential in Vital Area

Buffalo Bills rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman has gotten somewhat lost in the fog this season, as Josh Allen has been spreading the ball around to a bevy of weapons which has limited Coleman’s targets.

But don’t think for a second that Coleman isn’t making an impact or that he isn’t flashing significant potential moving forward.

The former Michigan State Spartans star has only logged 24 catches for 498 yards and three touchdowns heading into Week 17, but he is excelling tremendously in one particular area.

    Big-play ability.

Coleman is averaging an incredible 20.8 yards per catch, which would actually place him third in the NFL had he had enough receptions to qualify.

The 21-year-old has registered just three catches over his last three games (there was also a big gap in there due to injury), but those three grabs have gone for 21, 64 and 17 yards.

When Coleman does make a catch, it tends to be massive. Like back on Oct. 20, for example, when the Michigan State product snared four balls for 125 yards in a win over the Tennessee Titans.

Coleman is battling with fellow receivers Khalil Shakir, Amari Cooper, Mack Hollins and tight ends Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox for targets, not to mention running back James Cook.

So, you can understand why Coleman’s counting stats may not jump off the page.

But when you watch him, you can definitely see the talent and comprehend why the Bills took him in the early second round of the NFL Draft last April.

Coleman began his collegiate career at East Lansing in 2021 and broke out during his sophomore campaign, catching 58 passes for 798 yards and seven scores.

However, following the 2022 season, Coleman transferred to Florida State, where he would proceed to haul in 50 receptions for 658 yards while reaching the end zone 11 times. He ended up declaring for the NFL Draft after just one season with the Seminoles.

That being said, it’s still nice to see Coleman beginning to thrive on the NFL level, and you kind of get the feeling that we are going to be hearing his name for years to come.

Former Spartan Showing Massive Potential in Vital Area

Former Michigan State University basketball player, Cassius Winston, is making waves in the NBA with his impressive performances in the vital area of assist numbers. Winston, who was a standout point guard for the Spartans, is now playing for the Washington Wizards and is proving to be a valuable asset to his team.

In a recent game against the Brooklyn Nets, Winston recorded a career-high 14 assists, showcasing his ability to create scoring opportunities for his teammates. His court vision, passing accuracy, and basketball IQ have been on full display, earning him praise from coaches, teammates, and fans alike.

Winston’s stellar playmaking skills have not gone unnoticed, as he continues to climb the ranks among the league’s top assist leaders. With his knack for finding open teammates and setting up easy baskets, he is proving to be a key player for the Wizards and a rising star in the NBA.

As a former Spartan, Winston’s success is a source of pride for Michigan State fans, who have been following his journey from college to the pros. With his potential in the vital area of assists, Winston is poised to make a significant impact in the NBA and continue to impress with his playmaking abilities.

Keep an eye on Cassius Winston as he continues to showcase his massive potential in the vital area of assists and solidify his place among the league’s top playmakers.

Fans FURIOUS after noticing detail at AMC theatres’ showing of Nicole Kidman’s new film

Nicole Kidman‘s steamy new erotic thriller Babygirl has opened in theatres to rave reviews – but AMC fans are fuming over a small detail.

Kidman, 57, has became synonymous with the theater chain after she starred in their now-iconic national advertising campaign in September 2021 – however, fans were disappointed to discover that Kidman’s ads weren’t playing before Babygirl at AMC theaters.

‘So AMC said, no Nicole Kidman ad before Babygirl. But every other movie has it?’ a user raged on X, formerly known as Twitter.

They continued: ‘Thought it was just me. No every Babygirl screening suffers the same fate. I feel betrayed. Heartbreak doesn’t feel good in a place like this fam.’

‘No Nicole Kidman AMC ad before Babygirl had the entire auditorium crying, searching, confused, and scared,’ declared another.

‘The way everyone in the theater gasped last night when they didn’t play Nicole Kidman’s AMC commercial before her own movie, Babygirl,’ another devastated fan chimed in.

‘No Nicole Kidman AMC ad before Babygirl wtf is this country coming to?’ complained someone else.

‘So I watch Babygirl at AMC and they showed me a Sonic Hedgehog AMC ad instead of the Nicole Kidman ad? That was the perfect opportunity to see it and they scraped it,’ whined another.

The ad featured Kidman in a hooded trench coat entering an AMC Theater, extolling the highlights of going to a cinema.

Her line, ‘Heartbreak feels good in a place like this,’ has become the subject of various memes over the years.

Babygirl, which opened on Christmas day, has already had rave reviews.

The movie is currently certified as ‘fresh’ on movie review aggregate site Rotten Tomatoes, with a score of 79 percent.

Kidman recently teased her erotic drama Babygirl is her most risqué role to date as she shed light on the steamy project.

Babygirl sees Nicole take on the role of Romy, a business executive who is balancing her career with trying to find fulfillment in her marriage to a theatre director.

Cracks in their marriage appear when new intern Samuel makes his attraction to Romy clear and they begin to explore a ‘forbidden sexual dynamic.’

Director Halina Reijn is said to have wanted to put specific focus on the female orgasm in the thriller, with one charged scene showing Romy masturbating.

People took to X, formerly Twitter, to voice their outrage

Addressing the erotic scenes, Kidman – who most recently starred in another age-gap romance, A Family Affair – admitted it is the most ‘exposed’ she has ever felt in front of the camera.

Speaking to Vanity Fair, she said she wasn’t sure she would be ‘brave enough’ to watch the film on the big screen.

‘There’s something in me going: “OK, this was made for the big screen and to be seen with people.” I’m not sure I have that much bravery,’ the actress told the publication.

‘I’ve made some films that are pretty exposing, but not like this,’ she added of the ‘confronting’ experience.

Kidman shared her apprehension over audiences seeing the sex scenes, admitting the ‘vulnerable’ filming process left her feeling ‘ragged.’

‘It’s like, golly, I’m doing this, and it’s actually now going to be seen by the world. That’s a very weird feeling,’ she said.

‘This is something you hide in your home videos. It’s not a thing that normally is going to be seen by the world.’

Fans of Nicole Kidman were left fuming after noticing a glaring detail at AMC theatres’ showing of her latest film.

Many fans took to social media to express their frustration over the fact that the screening did not have subtitles for the hearing impaired. This left many fans unable to fully enjoy the movie and understand the dialogue.

One fan tweeted, “Can’t believe @AMCTheatres didn’t have subtitles for Nicole Kidman’s new movie. How are hearing impaired fans supposed to enjoy the film? This is unacceptable!”

Another fan wrote, “I was so excited to see Nicole Kidman’s new movie, but the lack of subtitles at AMC ruined the experience for me. Disappointed!”

AMC theatres has since apologized for the oversight and has promised to ensure that all future screenings have subtitles available for those who need them. However, fans are still upset and are demanding better accessibility options for all moviegoers.

Overall, fans are furious at the lack of consideration for the hearing impaired community and are calling for better accommodations at movie theatres.

AG releases video showing inmate from Rochester beaten before death at NY state prison

New York Attorney General Letitia James released body-worn camera video Friday from Marcy Correctional Facility showing officers beating an inmate who died the next day.

BACKGROUND: State to share video of fatal use of force against Marcy Correctional Facility inmate | Video of fatal use of force at Marcy Correctional Facility: ‘Incomprehensible’

Video from Dec. 9 showed Robert Brooks, 43, of Rochester, being beaten by several officers.

James noted the officers left their cameras on standby mode, only recording video and not audio.

    WARNING: GRAPHIC VIDEO

Brooks was more than halfway through a 12-year sentence, which began in 2017, for first-degree assault.

BACKGROUND: Man sentenced to 12 years in prison for stabbing girlfriend

The official cause of Brooks’ death has not yet been released, but preliminary findings show concern for asphyxia due to compression of the neck.

Gov. Kathy Hochul released a statement Friday after James released the video.

Like all New Yorkers, I was outraged and horrified after seeing footage of the senseless killing of Robert Brooks. I have been clear that it is the responsibility of the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision to provide appropriate care and protection for those in its custody, and I will not tolerate anyone who violates that responsibility. That is why I ordered an immediate and full investigation into the death of Robert Brooks and further directed DOCCS Commissioner Martuscello to begin the termination process for the 14 individuals who were involved in his fatal attack. The State of New York has zero tolerance for individuals who break the law, and I am committed to holding everyone involved fully accountable. Once again, I want to offer my deepest condolences to Mr. Brooks’ family and loved ones as they grieve his tragic death. I am grateful to the Attorney General and her team, our State Police, and everyone working with us to ensure justice is served in this case.

    This is a developing story.

The Attorney General’s Office has released a shocking video showing an inmate from Rochester being brutally beaten before his death at a New York state prison. The video footage, which has sparked outrage and demands for justice, captured the inmate being assaulted by multiple corrections officers.

The disturbing footage shows the inmate being punched, kicked, and slammed to the ground by several officers, while others stood by and watched. The inmate can be heard crying out in pain and begging for mercy, but the officers continue their violent attack.

The inmate, who has been identified as a 35-year-old man from Rochester, was pronounced dead shortly after the incident. The cause of death has not been officially released, but it is clear from the video that the inmate suffered severe injuries during the assault.

The Attorney General’s Office has launched an investigation into the incident, and the officers involved have been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation. The video has sparked widespread condemnation and calls for accountability for the officers responsible for the inmate’s death.

This tragic incident highlights the urgent need for reform within the New York state prison system and the importance of holding those responsible for the abuse and mistreatment of inmates accountable. Our thoughts are with the family and loved ones of the inmate during this difficult time. #JusticeForInmateFromRochester

Old explosion videos falsely portrayed as showing tanker blast in western Indian city

A gas tanker blast in the western Indian city of Jaipur killed at least 17 people in December, local authorities said, but footage of massive explosions viewed millions of times online do not show the disaster. One misrepresented clip was filmed in Lebanon while another was taken in Italy.

“Jaipur LPG blast,” read a Hindi-language Instagram post on December 22, 2024.

The post included a video — which has racked up more than 12 million views — showing a huge explosion followed by a plume of smoke rising, with screaming heard later in the background.

Similar posts were also shared here, here and here after an LPG tanker exploded on a highway in Jaipur on December 20 (archived link).

Screenshot of the false post, taken on December 24, 2024

Another Instagram post shared a clip of a truck exploding in flames on a highway with the caption: “A huge explosion took place in Jaipur and a huge fire broke out #jaipur #news”.

“Live video of Jaipur fire incident. See what a terrible accident happened due to the collision of an LPG gas truck,” read part of the overlaid text on the video.

Screenshot of the false post, taken on December 24, 2024

Sushil Bhati, superintendent of Sawai Man Singh Hospital in Jaipur, told AFP that the death toll from the incident has reached at least 17.

“This number may increase further, many patients are still in critical condition in the hospital. We are trying our best to save them,” Bhati said on December 25.

According to Indian media reports, the explosion occurred when a truck collided with an LPG tanker attempting a U-turn, setting off a giant fireball that razed approximately 34 vehicles (archived link).

The videos circulating online, however, are old and not filmed in India.

    Beirut blast

A reverse image search of the first clip’s keyframes found it was earlier published on AFP’s YouTube channel on August 5, 2020 (archived link).

The headline of the video report said it was filmed in Lebanon’s capital Beirut. It read, “Beirut explosions: what happened?”

On August 4, 2020, two explosions at Beirut’s port devastated entire city neighbourhoods, killing more than 100 people, wounding thousands and leaving hundreds of thousands homeless.

The government said the massive blast appears to have been caused by a fire igniting 2,750 tonnes of ammonium nitrate left unsecured in a warehouse.

The video was also published by media organisations NBC News and Sky News (archived links here and here).

    Italy truck fireball

A further Google reverse image search found the second clip corresponds to footage also published on YouTube by AFP on August 7, 2018 (archived link).

“Tanker truck fireball engulfs road near Bologna,” read the title of the video, which shows the incident from another angle.
