‘Breaking Bad’ house on sale for $4M with owner Joanne Quintana sick of visiting fans

Too many knockers at this door.

The “Breaking Bad” house has hit the market for a cool $4 million — because the current owner is fed up with fans of the show gawking at her property.

The ranch-style home in Albuquerque, New Mexico, was the TV domicile of Walter White, played by Bryan Cranston, his wife Skylar, and their son Walt Jr. in the hit show “Breaking Bad,” which aired from 2006 to 2018.

Current resident Joanne Quintana grew up in the home and was there with her parents when they first began filming the iconic series in the small unassuming abode.

At first the filming was a blessing — a “once in a lifetime thing” that allowed her and her family to witness “the magic of Hollywood,” which included interacting with the entire cast and crew, Quintana told local outlet KOB.

She would even bake cookies for all of the workers and actors for every shoot — but told KOB that Cranston was only able to indulge in one on the last day because his character was suffering from cancer and needed to appear thin.

But that stardust in her eyes soon turned to dirt — as fans of the show started to make pilgrimages to her quiet block.

After initially taking photos with visitors and entertaining the consequences of a famous house, the Quintanas became overrun with strangers and even received unwanted packages at their home, according to the report.

“Around 4:30 in the morning, the doorbell rang, my mom got up and opened the door, and it was a package,” Quintana recalled of one occasion.

The package was addressed to “Walter White” and the family was so concerned they called the bomb squad.

They soon put up a fence — but that did not deter television nerds from driving by and gawking.

“We average 300 cars a day. Come Ballon Fiesta, hundreds of thousands come for balloons. Balloons go up, they come down. Where do they come? Here,” an exasperated Quintana told KOB.

Quintana’s frustration with the looky-loos has gotten the better of her in the past.

The salty homeowner yelled “Get out, you Mexican trash,” at a couple who were filming the house while driving by, in a clip posted to TikTok in 2023, the Daily Mail reported at the time.

Some particularly committed Heisenberg fans even tossed full pizza pies on the roof of the house’s garage in an homage to a classic scene from the show.

Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan reprimanded fans for the unsavory meme.

“There is nothing original, or funny, or cool, about throwing a pizza on this lady’s roof,” he said on the “Better Call Saul” podcast back in 2022.

“She is the sweetest lady in the world, and if you are getting on her nerves you are doing something seriously f**king wrong,” he emphasized.

Quintana is asking $4 million for the home. The median price in the Albuquerque area is $400,000, according to the Associated Press.

“This was our family home from 1973, almost 52 years,” she told KOB.

“So we’re going to walk away with just our memories. It’s time to move on. We’re done. There’s no reason to fight anymore.

Breaking Bad fans, listen up! The iconic house featured in the hit TV show is now up for sale for a whopping $4 million. The house, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, belonged to the character Walter White in the show and has become a popular tourist attraction for fans of Breaking Bad.

However, the current owner, Joanne Quintana, is fed up with the constant stream of fans visiting the property. Quintana has stated that she has had to install a fence around the house to keep fans at bay and has even had to deal with people throwing pizzas on her roof, a reference to a memorable scene from the show.

If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a piece of Breaking Bad history, now is your chance. But be warned, the new owner will have to deal with the constant attention from fans eager to catch a glimpse of the famous house. Are you up for the challenge?

  • I am sick and tired

    I am sick and tired

Baddies Midwest star Jazmin confronted castmate Summer stating that she is tired of their constant fights. In episode 9, Jazmin sat down with Summer to confront their ongoing feud. She expressed she was exhausted from fighting with her over six times and questioned how much more Summer intended to continue the conflict.

When Big Lex asked Jazmin if she was willing to move past her issues with Summer, Jazmin replied that she was simply fed up with her fellow castmate.

“I’m f**king tired. I’m sick and tired of this b***h Summer,” Jazmin said.

Baddies Midwest episode 9 premiered on December 22 on Zeus. Titled BFF No More, the episode focused on former friends Rollie and Slim’s feud over the comments they made about each other’s family members.

You’re the joker, babe” – Baddies Midwest star Jazmin fires back at Summer

In Baddies Midwest episode 9, Jazmin, Summer, Big Lex, and PrettyP gathered to discuss the recent drama unfolding in the villa. After a brief conversation, Big Lex brought up the ongoing feud between Jazmin and Summer.

When Big Lex asked Jazmin how she was feeling about her fellow cast mate, she candidly replied that she was “feeling sick”

“I’m with Summer, Lex, and PrettyP. I don’t like sitting across from b***hes that I don’t f**k with as well as I’m sick as f**k,” Jazmin added in her confessional.

Summer approached Jazmin, insisting that they needed to have a conversation to clear the air. However, Jazmin dismissed her, criticizing her for being the one who was constantly “tumbling and rumbling.”

Big Lex intervened and asked the two Baddies Midwest cast mates if they were willing to forgive each other and get past their conflict. Jazmin deflected the question and stated that she was “sick and tired” of Summer.

“It’s f**ked up that I can’t even be… you feel me locked in with Jaz. But b***h, I don’t give a f**k. You’re not that b***h, I am,” Summer responded in her confessional.

As Jazmin vented her frustrations, Summer interrupted, asking if she was finished. Jazmin fired back, saying she had been “done” with her many times before. She went on to share that they had fought each other over six times, yet Summer still seemed ready for another round.

“Summer, you’re the joke. You’re the joker, babe. Nobody follows you. Nobody cares about you. You’re not the Queen of Detroit,” Jazmin later added in her confessional.

Big Lex calls Akbar “arrogant” after her interaction with Diamond

The conversation then shifted to a recent altercation between Akbar and Diamond. Jazmin recounted how the two exchanged punches at yesterday’s brunch, reigniting tensions from their previous clash.

“We’re sitting here getting the tea about what the f**k happened at brunch. Why would Diamond go fight Akbar? And I’m the one who call the b***h out first. B***h I thought you was injured. What’s up?” Pretty P reacted in her confessional.

Jazmin recalled that after Akbar’s performance in Detroit, Diamond reached out to her behind the scenes to compliment her act. However, instead of thanking her, Jazmin shared that Akbar had an arrogant response.

“Diamond told Akbar behind the scenes like a compliment, like, ‘Hey, you did good with your performance’. And Akbar’s response was like, ‘I know I’m a professional,’” Jazmin shared.

Big Lex chimed that she would have also gotten a bad impression about Akbar after that type of “arrogant” response. Jazmin felt that Akbar acted superior to everyone, pointing out that she couldn’t even muster a simple “thank you.”
