  • Jaden Smith’s “Vampire Castle” Hat Explained

For Jaden Smith, home is where the art is.

The 26-year-old son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith caused some nosy neighbors to wonder about his look when he walked the red carpet of the 2025 Grammy Awards Feb. 2.

For the event, which was also attended by his dad and sister Willow Smith, Jaden rocked a custom black Louis Vuitton suit, a white button down and black tie. But the most notable part of his ensemble was the all-black, custom-made vampire house headpiece made by ABODI Transylvania in collaboration with artist Szilveszter Makó that covered most of his head and face, an art piece the brand has since shed some light on.

“The whole process of creating the headpiece was a fantastic experience, from sketching to testing and realisation,” the company wrote in a Feb. 2 Instagram of the look. “The artistic headpiece combines the mysterious elegance of ABODI Transylvania with a bold, modern design inspired by Transylvanian history and the vampire legends of the Bathori.”

If you’ve been keeping up with Jaden Smith’s fashion choices, you may have noticed his recent affinity for a unique accessory – the “Vampire Castle” hat. This eye-catching piece has sparked curiosity and intrigue among fans, leading many to wonder about the significance behind it.

At first glance, the hat may seem like a random and quirky addition to Jaden’s wardrobe. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that there is a deeper meaning behind it. The “Vampire Castle” hat is actually a nod to Jaden’s interest in gothic aesthetics and his fascination with vampire lore.

In an interview, Jaden revealed that the hat was inspired by the idea of a mysterious and haunting castle inhabited by vampires. He explained that he was drawn to the dark and eerie atmosphere of such a place, and wanted to capture that essence in his fashion choices.

The hat itself features intricate details such as bat motifs, dark colors, and dramatic silhouettes, all of which contribute to its vampiric vibe. It serves as a bold statement piece that reflects Jaden’s edgy and avant-garde sense of style.

Ultimately, the “Vampire Castle” hat is more than just a fashion accessory – it is a symbol of Jaden’s creativity, individuality, and penchant for the unconventional. It serves as a reminder to embrace the darker, more mysterious aspects of life and to never be afraid to stand out from the crowd.

So next time you see Jaden sporting his “Vampire Castle” hat, remember that there is a deeper story behind it – one that speaks to his unique vision and artistic expression.

  • Deivon Smith’s likely St. John’s return comes at a perfect time

St. John’s is getting back its engine — just in time for the biggest stretch of this joyride of a season.

After missing three of the last four games with a bruised right shoulder he injured on Jan. 11, senior point guard Deivon Smith is expected to return Saturday against Providence at the Garden.

He has had multiple full practices since receiving a second cortisone shot, and is ready to go.

“I’m feeling good. I’m not thinking about it,” the 6-foot Smith said Friday. “Mentally, that was the last part, just taking hits, getting out there and running. I’m pretty good now.”

His mindset is simple: “Just play hard, [use my] motor, let the game come to me — same stuff that you guys had already been seeing. I hope my shot goes in. I’ve been working on it.”

This game kicks off a difficult seven-game stretch that includes one contest against No. 9 Marquette, two with No. 25 Connecticut and a second meeting opposite Creighton — the three other top teams in the Big East.

St. John’s (18-3, 9-1) kept on winning even without Smith, entering the matchup with Providence riding a seven-game win streak.

It is off to its best start through 21 games since the 1985-86 campaign and has its highest national ranking, at No. 15, in a decade.

But getting Smith back should only help the Johnnies.

Deivon Smith lies on the ground in pain during the St. John’s-Villanova game on Jan. 11, 2025. Robert Sabo for NY Post

Without him, they had to rally from big deficits at home against Xavier and Georgetown, and the offense fell from 49th in efficiency to 65th.

“It was a different type of team,” coach Rick Pitino said. “The pace wasn’t as fast. He gives us more pace. We had great size, we could switch all five positions. That’s a good thing.”

Smith makes St. John’s transition game go, is the team’s best 3-point shooter at 39.2 percent and is a strong defensive rebounder despite his size.

The dynamic lead guard is averaging 10.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.8 steals, and St. John’s has outscored the opposition by 178 points with Smith on the floor across 463 minutes.

That averages out to 10.5 points better per game than the opponent in his 17 appearances. Only RJ Luis (13.3) and Zuby Ejiofor (13.1) are more valuable by this metric.

Smith also has the best defensive rating on the team, of 88.3 per 100 possessions, according to BasketballReference.com.

It is also the 10th-best mark in the country. While Smith makes St. John’s smaller, it’s hard to say they’re not significantly better with him.

“I think we gambled. We went longer than we should have to get him 100 percent,” Pitino said. “We gambled that we could win without him — it was a big gamble and it paid off. Now I think he’s over the hump.

“He’s a great numbers guy. He’s going to have steals, assists, rebounds, points. Throughout his career, he’s been a guy that checks the boxes.”

While Smith was out, Kadary Richmond’s play picked up considerably. Over the last seven games, the Seton Hall transfer is averaging 12.2 points, 5.2 assists, 4.8 rebounds and 2.5 steals.

Richmond had no choice but to be more aggressive without St. John’s other top playmaker on the floor. But Pitino doesn’t expect a dropoff.

“We were a good team when they both played together. We’re going to inch him back into the lineup and see what happens,” Pitino said. “Kadary’s just getting better, not because of [Smith’s] absence. Is the ball in his hands a little bit more? Yes, but the ball will still be in his hands a lot.”

Deivon Smith’s likely St. John’s return comes at a perfect time

After missing several games due to injury, star guard Deivon Smith is expected to make his return to the St. John’s basketball lineup just in time for a crucial stretch of games. Smith, who has been a key contributor for the Red Storm all season, will provide a much-needed boost to the team as they look to secure a spot in the postseason.

Smith’s return couldn’t come at a better time for St. John’s, as they are set to face off against some tough opponents in the coming weeks. With his ability to score, distribute the ball, and play tough defense, Smith will be a valuable asset for the Red Storm as they look to make a push towards a conference championship and potentially a deep run in the NCAA tournament.

Fans of St. John’s can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that their star player will be back on the court soon, ready to lead the team to victory. Smith’s return is sure to inject new energy and confidence into the Red Storm, and his presence will undoubtedly make a difference in their quest for success.

  • Will Smith’s Long Time Feud That Damaged His Reputation Years Before His Oscar Slapgate With Chris Rock

Will Smith is one of the biggest actors in Hollywood today and has become synonymous with Hollywood stardom. A name that represents charm, talent, and charisma, his decades-long career has given fans some of the best moments in cinema history. However, beneath the glitz and glamour lies a history of controversies.

Long before the actor got embroiled in one of the biggest controversies of his life, aka the slapgate with Chris Rock, a long-standing feud with a co-star ended up marring his public reputation.

Will Smith‘s rise to stardom began with his beloved sitcom, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Capturing him into the limelight, the actor’s portrayal elevated him in the ranks of Hollywood.

Will Smith has been making headlines recently for his infamous slapgate incident at the Oscars, where he smacked comedian Chris Rock on stage. But this is not the first time Smith has found himself in hot water due to a feud.

Years before the Oscars debacle, Will Smith had a long-standing feud with fellow actor and rapper, Tupac Shakur. The feud reportedly began in the early 1990s when Smith’s then-girlfriend, Jada Pinkett, became close friends with Shakur.

The tension between Smith and Shakur escalated when Shakur began publicly criticizing Smith’s music and acting career. Smith, in turn, reportedly felt threatened by Shakur’s rising popularity and felt that he was being overshadowed in the entertainment industry.

The feud between the two men reached a boiling point when Smith and Shakur got into a physical altercation at a nightclub in Los Angeles. The incident made headlines and damaged Smith’s reputation in the industry, with many questioning his professionalism and ability to handle conflicts.

While Smith and Shakur eventually made amends before Shakur’s tragic death in 1996, the feud had lasting effects on Smith’s reputation and career. Some believe that the unresolved issues between the two men may have contributed to Smith’s outburst at the Oscars, as he may have been carrying unresolved anger and aggression from his past feud with Shakur.

Regardless of the reasons behind Smith’s actions at the Oscars, it is clear that his long-standing feud with Tupac Shakur had a lasting impact on his reputation and public image. It serves as a reminder that unresolved conflicts and grudges can have damaging consequences, both personally and professionally.

  • House Democrats press Merrick Garland on releasing rest of Jack Smith’s report

Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee urged Attorney General Merrick Garland to release the rest of special counsel Jack Smith’s report on President-elect Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents even if it means dismissing charges against his co-defendants.

Democrats on the panel, led by ranking member Jamie Raskin, of Maryland, said in a letter to Garland that Americans have a “right to know” how the second part of Smith’s report details the charges against Trump: that he willfully retained national defense information after he left office and then conspired with two aides at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida to obstruct officials from retrieving the records.

“As Attorney General, it is incumbent upon you to take all necessary steps to ensure the report is released before the end of your tenure, including, if necessary, by simply dismissing the remaining criminal charges against Mr. Trump’s co-conspirators, Waltine Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira,” they wrote in the letter released Thursday.

Garland has said he wouldn’t make the second volume of Smith’s report, focused on the classified documents case, public while the charges against Nauta and De Oliveira are still being prosecuted.

Democratic lawmakers said in their letter that any concerns that dismissing the case could enable further corruption “are outweighed by the many indications that Mr. Trump will simply end the prosecutions against his co-conspirators upon taking office anyway and then instruct his DOJ to permanently bury this report.”

The Justice Department declined to comment Thursday on the letter.

The classified documents case against Trump was dropped after he won the election, with Smith citing a long-standing Justice Department policy of not prosecuting a sitting president. Trump had pleaded not guilty and denied any wrongdoing.

Smith resigned Friday after having led a pair of federal probes into Trump’s handling of classified documents and his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results, which resulted in indictments but no trials.

The first volume of his final report was released this week. It said that Trump “inspired his supporters to commit acts of physical violence” when the U.S. Capitol was attacked on Jan. 6, 2021, and that he knowingly promoted false claims about election fraud after he lost the 2020 presidential race.

Over the past year, Garland has released several high-profile reports drafted by special counsels he appointed, including Robert Hur’s report on President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents and David Weiss’ report on Hunter Biden’s tax and gun charges.

On the campaign trail, Trump vowed to prosecute his political opponents during a second term. Senate Democrats on Wednesday grilled Pam Bondi, Trump’s pick for attorney general, about whether she would pursue those efforts at his behest at a confirmation hearing. Bondi said she wouldn’t politicize the office of attorney general or “target people simply because of their political affiliation.”

House Democrats are putting the pressure on Attorney General Merrick Garland to release the rest of the report by Special Counsel Jack Smith. The report, which was initially released in a heavily redacted form, has left many unanswered questions about potential wrongdoing by high-level government officials.

Democrats have raised concerns about the lack of transparency and accountability in the handling of the report, and are calling on Garland to release the full, unredacted version to the public. They argue that the American people deserve to know the full extent of any potential misconduct by government officials, and that withholding this information only serves to erode trust in our institutions.

Garland has yet to respond to these calls for transparency, but Democrats are not backing down. They are determined to hold those in power accountable and ensure that the truth comes to light. Stay tuned for updates on this developing story.

  • Judge Stops Release of Jack Smith’s Report on Trump Documents Case

A federal judge in Florida stopped the Justice Department on Tuesday from releasing to Congress a potentially damning section of a report by the former special counsel, Jack Smith, detailing his lengthy investigation of President Trump’s mishandling of classified documents.

In a strongly worded 14-page order, the judge, Aileen M. Cannon, said that federal prosecutors should not be allowed to share the section of the two-volume report with anyone outside the Justice Department, including members of Congress, given the risk that the information, some of which she said had not yet been made public, could slip out.

“Given the very strong public interest in this criminal proceeding and the absence of any enforceable limits on the proposed disclosure, there is certainly a reasonable likelihood that review by members of Congress as proposed will result in public dissemination of all or part” of the report, she wrote.

Before Mr. Trump took office and assumed control of the Justice Department, Merrick B. Garland, then the attorney general, had proposed showing the classified documents section of Mr. Smith’s report to the four top leaders of the House and Senate Judiciary Committees.

While Mr. Garland released the other volume of Mr. Smith’s report — which concerned a separate criminal case that accused Mr. Trump of plotting to overturn the 2020 election — to the public, he was reluctant to take similar steps with the volume on classified documents.

That was because the documents case is still active against Mr. Trump’s two-co-defendants, Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira, and Mr. Garland was sensitive about revealing any information that could affect pending legal proceedings involving them.

At a hearing last week about what to do with the documents volume of the report, Judge Cannon asked why the Justice Department under Mr. Garland had wanted to move quickly in giving that section to lawmakers. A prosecutor told her that, at that point, Mr. Garland’s time in office was limited and that he wanted to see the release of the report “satisfied during his tenure.”

Judge Cannon seemed annoyed by that answer in her ruling on Tuesday, deriding it as “the bare wishes of one attorney general.”

“These statements do not reflect well on the department,” she wrote.

Mr. Trump’s lawyers and the other defense lawyers in the case have vehemently fought the release of the report to anyone outside the Justice Department. They have claimed that it contains “false and derogatory” information that Mr. Trump’s congressional adversaries could use to undermine “his ability to govern our nation moving forward.”

The lawyers have also complained that the volume implicates some unnamed “anticipated” members of Mr. Trump’s administration — a potential reference to Kash Patel, Mr. Trump’s pick to run the F.B.I. Mr. Patel was forced to testify to a grand jury in the documents case after he initially refused to answer questions by asserting his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.

Judge Cannon, in her order, confirmed that the documents volume contained new, and potentially damaging, information that “has not been made public in court filings.”

That included “voluminous and detailed” discovery evidence about the allegations that Mr. Trump had illegally retained reams of classified materials after he left office in 2021. Some of that information, Judge Cannon wrote, described Mr. Trump’s “other bad acts” that were not charged in the indictment — a possible reference to other instances when he mishandled classified materials.

Today, a judge has halted the release of Jack Smith’s report on the Trump documents case. This decision comes after weeks of legal battles and intense scrutiny over the handling of sensitive information related to former President Donald Trump.

The report, which was expected to shed light on the extent of Trump’s involvement in the handling of sensitive documents during his time in office, has now been put on hold pending further review by the court.

Many are questioning the motives behind this decision and wondering what information could be so damaging that it warrants such drastic measures to prevent its release.

As the case continues to unfold, the public will be eagerly awaiting updates on the status of the report and what it may reveal about Trump’s actions while in office. Stay tuned for more developments on this unfolding story.

  • Virat Kohli, Steve Smith’s Exchange Exchange After Umpiring Drama Over Golden Duck At SCG. Watch

Virat Kohli, Steve Smith’s Exchange Exchange After Umpiring Drama Over Golden Duck At SCG. Watch

Star India batter Virat Kohli earned a valuable lifeline on the opening day of the fifth Test against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground. Fans around the world were left shocked after regular skipper Rohit Sharma was rested and star pacer Jasprit Bumrah was named the stand-in captain for the final Test of the five-match series. Opting to bat first, India faced early blows as openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul were sent back with only on the board. After their dismissals, Kohli joined hands with Shubman Gill, where he survived a close call on the very first delivery that he faced.

Australia pacer Scott Boland almost trapped Kohli as the ball went on to hit the edge and Steve Smith, who was placed at the second slip, took a blinder to dismiss the Indian batter. Smith dived towards the right, grabbed the ball and tossed it upwards as Marnus Labuschagne took the catch.

As the Australians were celebrating, the on-field handed over the decision to the third umpire, who then revealed that the ball first touched the ground before Smith got his hands on it. Hence, Kohli got a crucial lifeline on the first delivery.

The drama did not end over here. After the completion of the over, both Kohli and Smith were seen exchanging some words.

During the lunch break, Smith opened up on the incident and stood firm on his stance. He stated that he had got his hands beneath the ball and it was a complete catch.

Even former Australia skipper Ricky Ponting completely disagreed with the third umpire’s decision.

“As far as I was concerned, if (the ball) had’ve come out of (Smith’s) hand, he wouldn’t have been able to scoop it up. That’s what I’m saying, I think his fingers are clearly underneath the ball … look where his pointer figure is there, it’s still underneath the ball,” Ponting said on-air during the commentary with 7Cricket.

  • Will Smith’s DC Superhero Dream Can Still Happen Despite The DCU Reboot

Will Smith’s DC Superhero Dream Can Still Happen Despite The DCU Reboot

James Gunn’s DCU can still bring back Will Smith’s Deadshot and give him the Suicide Squad spinoff the actor originally wanted. From David Corenswet’s Superman and Milly Alcock’s Supergirl to The Brave and the Bold‘s Batman and a yet-to-be-cast Wonder Woman, the DCU will introduce a new set of DC characters in both animation and live-action. However, various DCEU characters have survived the DCU reboot — mostly those related to James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad: John Cena’s Peacemaker, Freddie Stroma’s Vigilante, Viola Davis’ Amanda Waller, Sean Gunn’s Weasel, among others.

The Suicide Squad was itself a soft-reboot of Suicide Squad. Characters such as Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn and Jai Courtney’s Captain Boomerang appear to be the same version of the characters in both movies, but The Suicide Squad doesn’t directly reference the events of the first movie. Now that DCU projects like Creature Commandos recontextualize DCEU titles like The Suicide Squad within the DCU continuity, James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad now appears to fit within the latter franchise instead of the former.

Why Will Smith Left His Deadshot Role

Will Smith Almost Reprised His DCEU Role Before Leaving The Franchise

Suicide squad task force x deadshot killer croc katana

Back in 2016, a spinoff centered on Will Smith’s Deadshot was being discussed despite Suicide Squad‘s mixed reception. A Suicide Squad sequel had also been confirmed as soon as the first installment came out. However, Will Smith had to drop out of his Deadshot role due to scheduling conflicts. As Suicide Squad 2 changed titles and directors, Will Smith played his Academy Award-winning role in King Richard. In the wake of Will Smith’s absence, James Gunn decided to switch Deadshot for Bloodsport, with Idris Elba playing the new marksman.

Deadshot’s current whereabouts are unknown, though a DCU version of the anti-hero likely exists somewhere out there

The fact that The Suicide Squad never acknowledged Will Smith’s Deadshot left his fate ambiguous and made it possible for him to return in an eventual sequel, but of course, the DCEU continued to go through various challenges that led to the end of the franchise in 2023. While the DCU’s Creature Commandos, Waller, and Peacemaker season 2 are slowly recanonizing the events of The Suicide Squad, Suicide Squad‘s plot and characters remain unacknowledged. In the meantime, Deadshot’s current whereabouts are unknown, though a DCU version of the anti-hero likely exists somewhere out there.

Will Smith Has A Clear Passion For His DCEU Anti-Hero

Throughout the years, Will Smith has expressed his interest in starring in a Deadshot solo movie. On his YouTube channel, Will Smith has said, “I hope so. I love playing Deadshot. I really enjoyed that character,” and when the DCEU’s Deadshot spinoff was still in early development, Smith revealed, “They’ve been talking about it. So if a good idea comes around, we’ve been having meetings. But I would love to. I love Deadshot”. As an A-list leading man, Will Smith has everything he needs to star in a successful DC solo film.

The DCU’s First Release Answers A 4-Year-Old Superman Question According To Major DC Theory

Creature Commandos’ connections to the DCEU’s The Suicide Squad suggests the DCU already established a big event in Superman’s backstory.

Speaking to GQ in 2021, Will Smith also expressed his interest in playing a powerful Black superhero, saying, “I wanted to depict Black excellence alongside my white counterparts. I wanted to play roles that you would give to Tom Cruise.” Following the success of Black Panther, a Will Smith vehicle centered around one of Gotham’s deadliest assassins seems like a winning movie concept. Well into the DCU’s first chapter already, Will Smith may still be interested in reprising his DCEU role.

James Gunn’s DCU Reboot Should Revive Smith’s Deadshot For His Own Movie

Will Smith’s Deadshot Spinoff Is Still Possible Within James Gunn’s DCU

Just like John Cena’s Chris Smith joined the DCU despite the Justice League’s cameo in the Peacemaker finale and Viola Davis’ Amanda Waller is starring in her own DCU show despite leading Task Force X in the DCEU’s Suicide Squad, Will Smith’s Deadshot could easily get his own DCU movie or series soon as well. The success of Batman-adjacent villain solo projects like Todd Phillips’ Joker and Lauren LeFranc’s The Penguin also supports the idea that a Deadshot solo movie could thrive. Clayface is already pioneering villain-led Batman movies in James Gunn’s DCU parallel to similar DC Elseworlds projects.

I Can’t Believe The DCU Just Showed Peacemaker’s Death 8 Months Before His Season 2 Return & The Implications Are Massively Important

Creature Commandos has really upped the stakes for the rest of the DCU after just 4 episodes, and it could change everything for Peacemaker season 2.

The narrative foundations for a Deadshot movie already exist. In David Ayer’s Suicide Squad, a flashback scene revealed that Batman apprehended Deadshot in front of his daughter, which led Deadshot to hate Batman. Deadshot’s backstory would gel well with James Gunn’s penchant for father-child stories, as seen in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies and Peacemaker. Batman’s involvement in Deadshot likely wouldn’t be a problem, as Superman and the Justice League’s references in The Suicide Squad and Peacemaker will be ignored in the DCU.

    Upcoming DC Movie Releases

Despite the recent announcement of a DC Universe reboot, there is still hope for Will Smith’s dream of playing a DC superhero to come true. Jalen Smith’s Status, Hornets Very Banged Up (Zach LaVine Update)

    UPDATE (4:34 PM CT)

Head coach Billy Donovan informed K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Sports Network that Zach LaVine will sit out tonight’s game in Charlotte. The team’s leading scorer entered the day as probable with an apparent toe injury. Johnson notes that LaVine went through shootaround, where the injury started to feel worse.

Considering the Bulls will suit up again on New Year’s Day in Washington, further clarification on LaVine’s injury should come soon. For what it’s worth, the Hornets project to be down both LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller this evening, which could have made the decision to give LaVine the night off easier.

You will find the rest of our pre-game injury report from earlier today below.

The Chicago Bulls could be without a couple of key contributors in their final game of 2024.

Ayo Dosunmu is expected to be sidelined for at least a week as he works his way through a calf strain. While the Bulls have him listed as “doubtful” on the injury report, they already announced this weekend that he will have to be re-evaluated during the second week of January. This has him in line to miss at least three more games after tonight’s contest.

Jalen Smith is also at risk of missing his second consecutive game. The backup big man didn’t pop up on the injury report until shortly before Saturday night’s game. While he took the floor to participate in shoot around, the team ultimately ruled him out with an ankle injury. He is now listed as questionable.

For what it’s worth, this isn’t a matchup where the Bulls want to be without size. The Hornets may struggle in a lot of departments, but rebounding isn’t one. They average the most second-chance points per game and hold a top-3 OREB percentage. Especially against long and strong bigs like Mark Williams and Moussa Diabate, the Bulls will want Smith on the floor. Not only does he offer a level of mobility that Vucevic can’t around the rim, but he is another big who can pull those big men away from the rim.

The good news for Chicago is that Josh Giddey responded well to his first game back after four-straight absences. He dropped a triple-double against the Milwaukee Bucks and is “probable” for this evening’s matchup in Charlotte. If I had to guess, we’ll see him officially off the injury report by Wednesday’s game in Washington.

As for Charlotte, they are likely to be without their top two scores. Both LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller are doubtful with varying injuries. Their absence should roll out the red carpet for a Bulls win, but the Bulls learned against the Bucks last week that you can’t take anyone lightly.

Examining the Impact of Finney Smith’s Injury on the Dallas Mavericks

The Dallas Mavericks have been dealt a blow with the news of Dorian Finney Smith’s injury. The versatile forward has been a key contributor for the team this season, averaging 9.5 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. His absence will undoubtedly have an impact on the team’s performance in the upcoming games.

Finney Smith’s injury comes at a crucial time for the Mavericks, who are currently fighting for a playoff spot in the highly competitive Western Conference. His defensive prowess and ability to stretch the floor with his three-point shooting have been valuable assets for the team. Without him on the court, the Mavericks will need to rely on other players to step up and fill the void left by his absence.

One player who will be tasked with taking on a larger role in Finney Smith’s absence is Tim Hardaway Jr. The shooting guard has been in good form recently, averaging 16.4 points per game over the last 10 games. He will need to continue his strong play in order to help make up for the loss of Finney Smith’s production.

Another player who will need to step up in Finney Smith’s absence is Maxi Kleber. The German forward has shown flashes of his potential this season, but will need to be more consistent in order to help fill the void left by Finney Smith. His ability to stretch the floor and protect the rim will be crucial for the Mavericks moving forward.

Overall, the impact of Finney Smith’s injury on the Mavericks will be significant. His absence will force the team to adapt and find new ways to win games. However, if the Mavericks can rally together and find a way to overcome this setback, they still have a chance to make a push for the playoffs. It will be interesting to see how the team responds to this challenge in the coming games.
