Paddy Pimblett and Denis Frimpong had an interesting way to settle their feud Saturday.
The rising UFC star settled his reported social media beef with Frimpong in a sparring session between the two rivals at Manchester Top Team.
In the video below, after exchanging a couple of kicks, Pimblett took Frimpong to the ground. After Pimblett quickly got out of armbar and triangle attempts by Frimpong, Pimblett took his back and quickly sunk in the rear-naked choke. Frimpong can be seen tapping multiple times before the crowd helps pull apart the two fighters.
Pimblett, who has won six straight fights in the UFC, hasn’t fought since defeating King Green at UFC 304 via triangle submission.
Frimpong, who is 3-2 in his pro career, defeated Dylan Mitchin at Progess FC Check 2 on Dec. 21, 2024.
