6:16 PM PT — An attorney for 50 Cent tells TMZ … “Mr. Jackson has neither been served with or seen a filed copy of a lawsuit filed by Ms. Allred’s firm. However, if and when such a frivolous claim is filed and served, rest assured that Mr. Jackson’s legal team will swiftly move to dismiss the matter and seek the maximum costs, fees, sanctions and other remedies that are available under law.
They continued, “Based upon the leaked reports presumably by Ms. Allred, Mr. Jackson is not alleged to be the driver of the vehicle or even the individual who the Plaintiff paparazzi alleges opened the door as he charged a vehicle as it drove away from the bookstore.”
TMZ can confirm the lawsuit was not leaked. It was filed publicly in L.A. Superior Court Monday afternoon.
50 Cent allegedly directed his entourage to hit a photographer with a car door, knocking the man from his electric scooter and injuring him in the process … at least according to a new lawsuit.
The “In Da Club” rapper is being sued by a man named Guadalupe De Los Santos, who claims 50 Cent used an SUV to assault him.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the man claims he went to 50 Cent’s September 11 book signing at The Grove in Los Angeles to shoot video of the celebrity.
He says after the event was over, he was riding his scooter down a nearby street recording footage when 50 Cent’s SUV pulled up next to him at a red light … the car’s front passenger door suddenly and forcefully swung open, smacking him in his left side and knocking him off his scooter.
The guy says he hit the pavement and suffered bodily injuries … and his scooter was so badly damaged it is now inoperable.
He claims there was no reason for the door to open, other than to hit him … and he claims 50 Cent ordered someone in the SUV to hit the photog with the door.

The guy says his medical bills are piling up and his injuries are causing him to miss work and lose out on earnings … and he’s going after 50 Cent for damages.
Gloria Allred is repping the guy suing 50 Cent and the rapper just posted a response to the suit on social media … sharing an old photo with Gloria alongside the caption, “The moment I realized I don’t like lawyers, Gloria you should know better, chase a different ambulance.”

However, if the lawsuit is as reported by TMZ, it is completely false and frivolous. We are confident that the matter brought by this ex assistant will be resolved swiftly in Mrs. Petty’s favor.”
Nicki Minaj exploded on her day-to-day manager and hit him in the face so hard she knocked his head back and sent his hat flying … at least according to a new lawsuit.
The “Starships” rapper is being sued by a man named Brandon Garrett, who claims he was working as Nicki’s manager during her tour earlier this year when she got physical with him.
In the lawsuit, filed by high-powered trial attorney Thomas Feher and obtained by TMZ, Garrett claims Nicki sent him on an errand after her April 2024 concert in Detroit … and when he got back he was summoned to her dressing room.
Garrett claims Nicki was inside with other members of her team and she started grilling folks about their job responsibilities. He says she flew into a rage when she learned Garrett had once sent someone else to pick up one of her prescriptions.
In the suit, Garrett claims Nicki screamed at him, “Are you f***ing crazy having him pick up my prescription? You have lost your f***ing mind and if my husband were here, he would knock out your f***ing teeth. You’re a dead man walking. You just f***ed up your whole life and you will never be anyone, I’ll make sure of it.”
Garrett claims Nicki kept screaming at him and told him his “life was over” before striking him on the right side of his face with an open hand. He says the force of the blow caused his head to swing backward and his hat flew off his head.
Nicki’s security team then allegedly swarmed in close to Garrett, and he claims Nicki struck him on his right wrist, knocking documents in his hand onto the floor.
Garrett claims Nicki then told him to “get the f*** out” and he says he grabbed his hat and quickly exited the room … locking himself inside a restroom at Little Caesars Arena.
He says his wrist was throbbing and his face was sore as he called his fiancée to let her know what happened … claiming he stayed locked in the restroom for hours out of fear for his safety.
Garrett claims Nicki’s team didn’t let him on the tour bus back to the tour’s base in Chicago … leaving him stranded in Detroit.
He’s suing Nicki for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress … and he’s going after her for damages.
We reached out to Nicki’s camp … so far no word back.

Nicki Minaj is being sued by her alleged former manager for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, TMZ reports.
According to a lawsuit obtained by the outlet Friday, a man named Brandon Garrett claimed the “Starships” hitmaker berated and physically assaulted him backstage at a Detroit concert at Little Caesars Arena in April 2024 after she discovered he asked someone else to pick up her prescriptions.
According to Garrett, Minaj screamed at him, saying, “Are you f–king crazy having him pick up my prescription? You have lost your f–king mind and if my husband were here, he would knock out your f–king teeth.”

Garrett claimed Minaj’s team denied him access to the tour bus, which left him to fend for himself in Detroit. It’s unclear if he was able to obtain his belongings.

TMZ did not specify at which concert the alleged incident occurred, but the 12-time Grammy winner brought her “Pink Friday 2” World Tour to Detroit on April 20 last year.

She was arrested in Amsterdam in May for “carrying drugs,” which she swiftly denied. She was eventually fined and then released from police custody.
Later in May, she went on an X rampage and threatened to fire her tour DJ for signing a fan’s breasts.

Nicki Minaj is facing a new lawsuit from an alleged former employee who claims the “Super Bass” artist smacked him in the face at a concert venue in Detroit last April.
In his 10-page complaint filed Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, plaintiff Brandon Jovan Garrett claims he was working for Minaj as a “day to day manager” when Minaj’s head of security summoned him to the singer’s dressing room at the Little Caesars Arena for a meeting. Garrett alleges Minaj was upset, lamenting her belief that her staff was in disarray, and claims Minaj’s irritation turned into “rage” when one of her employees defended his performance by saying he carried out important duties such as picking up Minaj’s prescriptions. According to the lawsuit, Minaj expressed anger that Garrett had assigned the task to the other employee. Garrett says he tried in vain to explain that Minaj had asked that the prescription be picked up “immediately,” and that Garrett had no choice but to delegate the task because he was busy assisting Minaj in her quick-change room, dressing her for her performance.

Garrett claims Minaj then “abruptly stood up, stomped her feet and walked aggressively” toward him while continuing to berate him. He claims she then “open-handedly struck” him on the right side of his face, “causing his head to swing backwards and his hat to fly off of his head.” He alleges Minaj also struck him on his right wrist, knocking documents out of his hand.
Attempts to reach a representative for Minaj were not immediately successful late Friday.
The lawsuit claims the alleged assault took place on April 21, 2024, shortly after a performance. Minaj’s Pink Friday 2 tour had a show at the Little Caesars Arena on April 20. According to reports, someone in the audience hurled an object onstage that nearly hit Minaj while she sang her megahit “Starships” that night. Minaj reportedly responded by launching the object back into the crowd.
In his lawsuit, Garrett claims that after Minaj allegedly attacked him, he fled and locked himself in a bathroom until 4 a.m. He later reported the alleged assault to police and eventually flew back to Los Angeles, where he lives. The new lawsuit names Minaj, born Onika Maraj, and her company Pink Personality as the lead defendants. It includes claims of assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress as it seeks real and punitive damages to be determined at trial.
The new complaint isn’t the first time Minaj has been accused of getting physical with someone while on tour. Last March, the artist and her husband were ordered to pay a $500,000 default judgment to a security guard over an alleged backstage beating at a 2019 concert in Germany.
