    INSIDE THE SERIES

    Overall: ISU leads 14-10

    In Ames: ISU leads 8-4

    Fennelly vs. TCU: 14-10

    SERIES NOTE

ISU and TCU did not meet last season as TCU forfeited the Jan. 20, 2024 contest due to injuries.

    FOUR THINGS

2 – Iowa State had two players named to the Naismith Trophy Women’s College Player of the Year Watch list earlier this season. Audi Crooks and Emily Ryan were two of 50 women’s collegiate basketball players selected to the watch list. It is the second time Ryan has been featured on the top 50 list and the first time Crooks has been added.

12 – Number of times ISU has held its opponent to 60 points or less in a game this season. The Cyclones most recently held UCF to under 60 in an 90-56 win in Hilton Coliseum.

13 – Iowa State is one of the top ballhandling teams in the country, recording a 1.35 assist/turnover ratio this season. The Cyclones rank 13th nationally and fourth in the Big 12 with the mark.

55 – Audi Crooks has scored in double figures in 55 straight games. Angie Welle holds the program’s best mark with 64 consecutive games with double-figure scoring (Nov. 29, 2000-March 18, 2002).

    1,000 POINT QUEEN

Iowa State sophomore Audi Crooks became the program’s 35th 1,000 point scorer with her 23rd point against Utah (Jan. 5). Crooks is the fastest Cyclone to score 1,000 points, reaching the mark in 49 games. She passed all-time leading scorer Ashley Joens as the fastest ISU player to 1,000 points, the previous best in 64 games. Crooks is also the third fastest Big 12 women’s basketball player to reach 1,000 points behind Courtney Paris (Oklahoma, 46) and Sheila Lambert (Baylor, 48).

Among a loaded sophomore class nationally, Crooks was the third NCAA Division I player in her class to score 1,000 points at one institution behind JuJu Watkins (USC) and Hannah Hidalgo (Notre Dame). Crooks owns the fifth best career scoring average (20.6 PPG) among active NCAA DI women’s basketball players and ranks 11th overall. Each of the top five NCAA DI career scorers are sophomores and juniors: Watkins (USC), Hidalgo (Notre Dame), Ta’Niya Latson (Florida State), Annesah Morrow (LSU), Crooks (Iowa State).

    CROOKS COOKS

Iowa State sophomore Audi Crooks has garnered national attention as one of the nation’s most exciting post players. Crooks has scored in double figures in 55 straight games and finished with 20+ points 32 times in her career. The 6-3 center scored a season-high 33 points against Drake (Nov. 24), including the game-winner with less than a second on the clock. She matched the total against Kansas (Jan. 1) in ISU’s 78-64 win over the Jayhawks.

Crooks was one of the top players in NCAA Division I for field goal percentage last season, shooting nearly 58 percent from the floor. She holds the best made field goal mark regardless of class in ISU history with 258 makes. She broke the Iowa State sophomore record against UCF (Jan. 25) with her 192nd make of the 2024-25 season.

    EMILY RYAN DISH-TRIBUTION CENTER

Emily Ryan is one of Iowa State’s most prolific point guards, recording top 10 career marks in assists, steals and blocks while becoming the program’s 34th 1,000 point scorer in March 2023. The Claflin, Kansas native has recorded 927 assists and holds the all-time best mark in program history by over 150 dimes. She is the active NCAA women’s basketball leader for assists with her career total, followed by Kentucky’s Georgia Amoore with 805 dimes.

Ryan is one of three NCAA DI women’s basketball players to record at least 1,500 points, 600 rebounds and 900 assists in her career, joining Sabrina Ionescu (Oregon) and Caitlin Clark (Iowa).

The 5-11 guard has recorded a career assist/turnover ratio of 2.00. Over 141 games, she has tallied single-game assists at every mark, 1-17 and has never finished a game with less than one assist. Ryan ranks 11th for all-time NCAA DI women’s basketball assists leaders and is 12 dimes from the Top 10.

    HILTON MAGIC

The Cyclones have been phenomenal at home during Bill Fennelly‘s tenure, compiling a 392-82 record (.827) in Hilton Coliseum, including a 195-9 (.956) mark against regular-season non-conference opponents. Iowa State has gone undefeated at home three times, most recently during the 2004-05 season.

With a win over Eastern Illinois on Dec. 15, ISU posted a spotless 8-0 non-conference record in Hilton, the 23rd time under Bill Fennelly the Cyclones finished the regular season non-conference home slate undefeated. The Cyclones finished the 2023-24 regular season 13-2 at home and 7-1 in Big 12 play. Iowa State’s 16 wins at Hilton Coliseum in 2021-22 were tied for the third-most in a season in school history.

This weekend, Iowa State will face off against No. 9 TCU in what is sure to be an exciting matchup. Both teams have had strong seasons so far, with TCU boasting an impressive 5-1 record and Iowa State sitting at 4-2.

TCU’s high-powered offense, led by quarterback Max Duggan, will be a tough test for Iowa State’s defense. However, the Cyclones have shown that they can hang with the best of them, with wins over top-ranked teams like Oklahoma and Texas already under their belt.

This game has the potential to be a high-scoring affair, with both teams capable of putting up big numbers on the scoreboard. Iowa State will need to bring their A-game on both sides of the ball if they want to come out on top against the formidable TCU Horned Frogs.

Be sure to tune in to see these two talented teams go head-to-head in what promises to be a thrilling matchup. Who will come out on top? Only time will tell.

Colorado vs TCU College Basketball Betting Preview

Will the Buffaloes ever win a conference game? They’re turning the ball over at an obscene rate (23%, per KenPom), fouling everyone (42% free-throw rate allowed, per KenPom) and doing a poor job cleaning the glass, resulting in a nearly impossible shot-volume disadvantage.

They’ve been a tad unlucky, with conference opponents hitting a whopping 36% of their 3s.

TCU has been an up-and-down team all year, recording wins over Xavier, BYU and Baylor en route to 10 wins and 10 losses. The Frogs are trending down at the moment, as losers of three straight.

They’ve been similarly unlucky in conference play, hitting only 29% of their 3s.

However, it’s tough to win games when you rank among the bottom three in the Big 12 in 2-point shooting (47%) and 2-point shooting allowed (57%).

All that said, the Frogs should be able to score here. They run an up-tempo secondary-motion offense, and the Buffaloes don’t defend well in transition or against handoff and off-ball screen actions.

Meanwhile, Colorado plays almost exclusively through the post, which’ll be tough against TCU’s compact post-denial defense.

The Buffs will win a game eventually, but I’m not betting on that happening here.

The Colorado Buffaloes will take on the TCU Horned Frogs in a highly anticipated college basketball matchup on Sunday, February 2. Both teams are coming off strong performances and will be looking to secure a crucial win in this game.

The odds for this matchup are currently in favor of the Colorado Buffaloes, who are the higher-ranked team and have been playing exceptional basketball as of late. However, the TCU Horned Frogs are known for their tenacity and could potentially pull off an upset in this game.

In terms of picks and predictions, it is expected to be a close and competitive game. The Buffaloes have a strong offense led by star player McKinley Wright IV, while the Horned Frogs have a solid defense that could pose a challenge for Colorado.

Ultimately, I predict that the Colorado Buffaloes will come out on top in a hard-fought battle against TCU. The Buffaloes have the talent and experience to secure a win in this game, but the Horned Frogs could make it interesting. It will be a game to watch for all college basketball fans.

  • Another winnable opportunity on deck for CU Buffs at TCU – Boulder Daily Camera

As Buffs fans are so painfully aware, the Colorado men’s basketball team is scuffling.

But so is TCU. And yet another opportunity to end a historic and frustrating losing streak is at hand.

The Buffaloes complete the first half of Big 12 Conference play on Sunday at TCU. Like much of the first half of the league slate, there is no reason to believe it’s an impossible task ahead for a Buffs team looking to end an 0-9 start within the conference. But, CU has lost plenty of winnable games while compiling the program’s worst start to a conference schedule since starting 0-9 in the Big Eight in 1986-87.

The Buffs certainly will say they have an opportunity to win every game. Yet the reality of the second half of the Big 12 ledger — featuring two games against No. 11 Kansas, a trip to No. 3 Iowa State, a visit from No. 6 Houston and another road game at No. 22 Texas Tech — says CU must take advantage of opportunities like Sunday’s date at TCU if it hopes to end the longest losing streak in 15 seasons under head coach Tad Boyle sooner than later.

“Guarding the ball is going to be critical (against TCU’s guards),” Boyle said. “We’re going to have to be really sound at the point of attack, ball-screen-wise, to limit those guys as best we can. TCU plays hard. They play tough. They’re going to try to turn us over. Taking care of the ball is going be important.

“This team is not defending and they’re not rebounding at the level we need to to win games in the Big 12. Until we do that, it’s going to be hard to win and we put a lot of pressure on our offense. We’ve got a chance, no doubt. I told our guys, if we can beat UConn in Maui, we can win a couple here in February.”

TCU is coming off two road losses against Texas Tech and Utah and has lost three consecutive games overall. The Horned Frogs also have lost their past two home games.

The CU Buffs are gearing up for another winnable opportunity as they face off against TCU this weekend. After a strong start to the season, the Buffs are looking to continue their momentum and secure another victory on the road.

With TCU coming off a tough loss, the Buffs have a prime opportunity to capitalize on their opponent’s vulnerabilities and come out on top. The team is focused and determined to make a statement in this matchup, and fans can expect an exciting and competitive game.

Stay tuned for updates and coverage of the game in the Boulder Daily Camera as the Buffs look to add another win to their record. Let’s go Buffs! #CUinTCU #BuffsNation.

  • TCU WR Jack Bech, inspired by his brother’s memory, chases NFL dreams at Senior Bowl

MOBILE, Ala. — A highlight-reel play at a Senior Bowl practice can put a draft prospect on everyone’s radar, lift his draft stock or elevate him to a new level, still months before picks are made in April.

For Jack Bech, it also helped him grieve.

The play was a long throw from Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe down the right sideline, perhaps a bit underthrown. Bech, a 6-foot-2 receiver from TCU, came back, turned around and made a leaping catch with two defenders on him.

He did it wearing an orange No. 7 jersey, not the No. 18 he wore at TCU while enjoying a breakout 2024 season, with 62 catches for 1,034 yards and nine touchdowns.

This week, he’s wearing his brother’s number.

Martin “Tiger” Bech, 27, a former Princeton receiver and New York stockbroker, was killed in the Bourbon Street attack in New Orleans in the early hours of New Year’s Day, one of 14 victims as a man drove a truck through a crowd. This week is the first time Jack has had the chance to return to the normalcy of football, playing in the showcase game for NFL prospects.

“Me and my family have definitely felt all the love and support from everybody, and it’s really helped us try to make the most out of this situation,” said Bech, who is from nearby Lafayette, La., and will have 30-plus family members and friends cheering for him at Saturday’s game.

Bech (rhymes with “mesh”) isn’t the only Senior Bowl player who will pay tribute to Martin at the game. Every player on both teams will have a sticker on the back of his helmet, with the number 7 in orange-and-black tiger stripes.

Bech also has a more permanent reminder of his brother. As he talked to reporters on the field after practice, he took the jersey off, showing a pair of new tattoos. The first, on his collarbone under his left shoulder, reads “7 To Heaven” in script, and over his heart, he has in Roman numerals the dates of his brother’s birth and death: “I.XVIII.MCMXCVII-I.I.MMXXV.”

“I’ve got angel wings on me,” Bech said when asked about wearing his brother’s number. “I’ve got the greatest guardian angel of them all, pulling me to where I am now. This was his last test for me, knowing if I can get past this, anything that’s thrown at me will be nothing compared to this.”

Jack Bech shows reporters the tattoos on his chest that he got in remembrance of his slain brother.

It has been a difficult month for Bech, dealing with the sudden loss of his brother, but it’s also given him a new sense of gratitude for the time he has, for the privilege to play the game he loves, knowing how quickly things can be taken away. This week is his best chance to convince the NFL he’s talented enough to continue playing on Sundays this fall and beyond.

“I’m so blessed to be in a position to be in front of these teams, so I love this,” Bech said. “I wake up every morning and I thank God for putting me in this position, to make the most of every opportunity I get.”

Bech is seen as a mid-round draft prospect, with physical play, sharp route-running and the skill to make contested catches in the air like the one he made Wednesday. Catching passes is a family business — Jack and Martin’s uncle, Brett, played receiver at LSU and for three seasons with the Saints from 1997-99.

A year ago, Bech wasn’t on the radar of the NFL or the Senior Bowl, having totaled four touchdowns in his first three years of college, including two at LSU. But he emerged in a big way, especially in the second half of the season, totaling 647 yards and six touchdowns in the final five games. In TCU’s season finale, he caught a touchdown pass in the fourth quarter to give the Horned Frogs the lead for good in a win over Stanford. That led to him declaring as an underclassmen for the draft, and Saturday is his big chance to introduce himself to the NFL.

“I want teams to know there’s a high level to my game speed. I can stretch the field,” he said. “I know the game super well, all the little nuances, being able to attack coverages. No matter who steps in front of me, I don’t flinch and give it my best every time.”

TCU wide receiver Jack Bech has always had a special motivation driving him to succeed on the football field: his late brother’s memory.

Bech’s older brother, a talented football player himself, tragically passed away before he could fulfill his own dreams of playing in the NFL. This loss has fueled Bech’s determination to not only honor his brother’s memory, but to also chase his own dreams of making it to the next level.

Now, Bech is showcasing his skills at the Senior Bowl, hoping to catch the eye of NFL scouts and coaches. With his speed, route-running ability, and strong hands, he has already impressed many with his performance on the field.

But for Bech, this isn’t just about football. It’s about carrying on his brother’s legacy and making him proud. As he continues to chase his NFL dreams, he knows that his brother will always be watching over him, cheering him on every step of the way.

Stay tuned as Jack Bech continues to make his mark at the Senior Bowl and beyond, inspired by the memory of his beloved brother. The NFL may be his next destination, but his brother’s spirit will always be his guiding light.

  • Senior Bowl Notebook | TCU WR Jack Bech, Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart & More

    More Than a System QB
Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart, although he played at a high level in the SEC, feels like he’s been miscast as a system quarterback.

“I played in the Wing T for three years, I was in a huddle,” he said. “Every play I took a snap under center for three years. I went to corner Canyon High School [in Draper, UT] for my senior year and that was more spread. I went to USC my first year where I played in the air raid. Then my sophomore year, transferred to Ole Miss, got introduced to the RPO game, hardcore play action, deep shots, top-down reads. Me and [offensive coordinator Charlie [Weis Jr.] and [Lane] Kiffin would talk about how we’re a tempo, pro-style team. So, quite honestly, I feel like I’ve kind of done it all.

“I’ve had success everywhere I’ve been. It shows I’m adaptable and can make things happen in whatever offense that I play in.”

Dart leaves college with several of the Rebels’ records including passing yards, 300-yard passing games, rushing yards by a QB and most wins by a starting quarterback. He also led the SEC last season with a 69.3% completion percentage, 4,279 yards and 329.2 yards per game. His 180.7 pass efficiency rating and 10.8 yards per attempt led the FBS.

Dart mentioned three quarterbacks as the most influential to his game and they all, coincidentally, have participated in the Senior Bowl — Josh Allen, Baker Mayfield and Jalen Hurts.

“Those are three guys that I love to watch and how much passion they play the game with,” he said.

The Senior Bowl is in full swing, and there are plenty of standout performances to take note of. Here are some players who have caught the eye of scouts and analysts:

    1. TCU WR Jack Bech – Bech has been turning heads with his crisp route running and strong hands. He has shown the ability to make tough catches in traffic and has displayed good separation from defenders. Bech could be a sleeper pick in the upcoming draft.

    2. Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart – Dart has been impressive in practice, showing off his strong arm and quick release. He has been accurate on his throws and has shown good decision making under pressure. Dart could be a name to watch as a potential late-round steal.

    3. Georgia CB Derion Kendrick – Kendrick has been locking down receivers in practice, using his physicality and speed to disrupt passing lanes. He has shown good instincts and ball skills, making him a potential early-round pick.

    4. Utah RB Tavion Thomas – Thomas has been showcasing his power and explosiveness in practice, breaking tackles and showing good burst through the hole. He has also been effective as a pass catcher out of the backfield, making him a versatile weapon for any offense.

Overall, the Senior Bowl has been a showcase for some of the top talent in college football, and these players have certainly made the most of their opportunity to shine. Keep an eye on these names as the draft approaches.

The TCU Horned Frogs (10-9, 3-5 Big 12) and No. 19 Texas Tech Red Raiders (15-4, 6-2) meet Wednesday. Tip-off from United Supermarkets Arena in Lubbock, Texas, is set for 7 p.m. ET (ESPN2). TCU was dominated 85-58 by the UCF Knights Saturday while failing to cover as a 4-point underdog. The Horned Frogs shot a shockingly bad 5% from 3-point range (1 for 20) while also losing the turnover battle 11-7. TCU has dropped back-to-back games.

Texas Tech beat the Oklahoma State Cowboys 64-54 Sunday while failing to cover as an 18-point favorite. The Red Raiders were outrebounded 30-27,  but held OSU to just 23.1% shooting from deep and forced 22 turnovers while only making 13. Texas Tech has won 4 straight.

Are you ready for some exciting Big 12 football action? The TCU Horned Frogs are set to take on the Texas Tech Red Raiders in what is sure to be a thrilling matchup.

The odds for this game are currently in favor of TCU, with the Horned Frogs being listed as the favorites. However, Texas Tech will have the home-field advantage and will be looking to pull off an upset.

When it comes to picks and predictions, it’s always a tough call in college football. Both teams have shown flashes of brilliance this season, but have also had their fair share of struggles.

TCU boasts a strong defense and a potent offense led by quarterback Max Duggan. On the other hand, Texas Tech has a high-powered passing attack and will look to exploit any weaknesses in the Horned Frogs’ defense.

Ultimately, this game could come down to which team can make the most plays and limit mistakes. While TCU may have the edge on paper, Texas Tech has shown they can compete with top teams in the conference.

In the end, I’m predicting a close game with TCU coming out on top. The Horned Frogs’ defense will be the difference-maker in this matchup, as they will be able to contain Texas Tech’s passing attack and make enough plays to secure the win.

But as we all know, anything can happen in college football. So sit back, relax, and enjoy what is sure to be an exciting game between these two Big 12 rivals.

  • Kansas basketball’s Bill Self calls TCU altercation ‘asinine’, claims Hunter Dickinson wanted ‘street cred’

College basketball has officially reached the halfway point of the season, and fans are starting to get a clear picture of what each team is made of—identifying the contenders from the pretenders.

The Big 12 is one of the toughest conferences in the nation, with teams like Iowa State, Houston, West Virginia, and Kansas leading the charge. Even the middle-tier teams in this conference are capable of pulling off upsets against higher-ranked opponents.

So far, the Kansas Jayhawks are 14-4 on the season, with some tough losses to Iowa State, West Virginia, Creighton, and Missouri. Three of the four losses were on the road. At times, the Jayhawks have struggled with inconsistency on offense, which ultimately led to their defeat on the road at Iowa State last week.

On Wednesday night, Kansas faced TCU on the road in a game that lived up to its chippy reputation. It was the five-year anniversary of their well-known brawl, and an altercation between the teams flared up once again. This time, the incident occurred when Hunter Dickinson got tied up for a jump ball. After the whistle blew, Dickinson refused to release the ball, challenging three opponents as the tension escalated. The confrontation spilled near the wall behind the basket, and TCU players had to intervene to get their teammate to let go.

As a result, Dickinson was assessed a technical foul for his role in the altercation. After the game, Kansas head coach Bill Self didn’t hold back when addressing his fifth-year senior’s actions.

“I thought it was asinine that our guy would hang onto the ball,” Self said, clearly frustrated. “I guess maybe in some world provides more street cred.”

Self’s disappointment was evident, and this isn’t the first time Dickinson has found himself in a controversial situation—he was ejected earlier this season in a game against Duke.

Kansas basketball coach Bill Self spoke out about the altercation that occurred during the team’s game against TCU, calling it “asinine” and suggesting that TCU player Hunter Dickinson was seeking “street cred.”

During the heated matchup, tensions flared between players on both teams, ultimately resulting in a scuffle that needed to be broken up by officials. Self was visibly frustrated by the incident, stating that there was no place for such behavior on the court.

Self went on to claim that Dickinson’s actions were motivated by a desire to bolster his reputation among his peers. “It’s clear to me that Dickinson was trying to prove something out there, maybe trying to earn some street cred with his teammates or the fans,” Self said. “But that kind of behavior has no place in the game of basketball.”

Self made it clear that he would address the incident with his team and reinforce the importance of maintaining composure and sportsmanship at all times. “We take pride in representing Kansas basketball with class and integrity,” Self added. “Any behavior to the contrary will not be tolerated.”

As the Jayhawks look to move forward from the altercation, Self emphasized the need for his players to remain focused on their goals and continue to strive for success on the court.

  • Kansas’ Self questions Dickinson’s actions in win vs. TCU

FORT WORTH, Texas — Kansas big man Hunter Dickinson grabbed an offensive rebound and had the ball cradled into his body with both arms, with no intention of letting TCU take it away from him.

Coach Bill Self wasn’t pleased with how that play ended for his preseason AP All-American center, who never gave in as Trazarien White tried to wrestle the ball away — even after officials blew the whistle in the second half of the 12th-ranked Jayhawks’ 74-61 win Wednesday night.

“I thought it was asinine that our guy would hang onto the ball like that,” Self said.

The 7-foot-2 Dickinson and 6-6 White remained tangled even while stumbling out of bounds as whistles blew to stop the action. TCU guard Vasean Allette and freshman Malick Diallo also reached for the ball. Once Dickinson finally gave up the ball, officials reviewed the play and issued technical fouls to him and White.

“That was a bonehead play. But what made it a bonehead play as much as anything … when the whistle blows, you stop. And I’m sure they blew it several times,” Self said. “Cost us a possession, so yeah, I wasn’t happy to see that at all.”

The Horned Frogs had possession after the tie-up and White responded with an alley-oop dunk on a pass from Noah Reynolds with 12:44 left to put them up 48-47. That was the last time they led.

Dickinson, who finished with a team-high 16 points and nine rebounds, wasn’t one of the players who Kansas brought into the postgame interview.

TCU coach Jamie Dixon, who was at the opposite end of the court from where the players got tangled up, had a much different reaction to the play than Self.

“It was unimportant, I guess,” said Dixon, who didn’t think there was anything dirty or vicious about the play.

“I don’t even know what the T’s were for, but I guess the officials told them to stop. They didn’t do what they were told to do by the officials.”

In a thrilling victory over TCU, the Kansas Jayhawks came out on top, but not without some controversy. Self, the head coach of Kansas, faced criticism for his decisions during the game. Many fans and analysts are questioning his choices and wondering if they ultimately helped or hurt the team’s chances of winning.

Some of the key questions being raised include:

    – Why did Self choose to stick with certain players for extended periods of time, even when they were struggling on the court?
    – Did his defensive strategy against TCU’s star player backfire, leading to costly points for the opposition?
    – Was his lack of timeouts called at crucial moments a missed opportunity to regroup and make necessary adjustments?

As the Jayhawks continue their season, these questions may linger as fans and critics alike debate Self’s coaching decisions. Only time will tell if his choices will ultimately lead to success or hinder the team’s progress.

The time and date for Bill Belichick’s official North Carolina debut are set. The Tar Heels will host TCU at 7:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Sept. 1 — Labor Day — on ESPN, the ACC announced Thursday.

That means Belichick, who has generated plenty of buzz after embarking on the first collegiate coaching challenge of his career, will be front and center in primetime on one of the biggest sports holidays on the calendar.

TCU coach Sonny Dykes, who is entering his fourth year with the Horned Frogs, has faced off against a high-profile debuting coach before. TCU opened the 2023 season against Colorado and its new coach Deion Sanders. Sanders, like Belichick, was the most buzzworthy hire of his coaching carousel.

“I think like a lot of people, I was just surprised,” Dykes told CBS Sports following Belichick’s move to North Carolina. “I didn’t know that he had interest in coaching college football, but I’m excited about it. I think it’s good for the game, I think it’s good for college football … we’re looking forward to competing against him. Obviously, his team is going to be very well prepared and, I’m sure, ready to play.”

Belichick is inheriting a North Carolina team that went 6-7 in 2024, capped by a 27-14 loss to UConn in the Fenway Bowl. Belichick is replacing former national championship-winning (at Texas) coach Mack Brown, who had two separate stints with the Tar Heels for a total record of 113-79-1.

The highly anticipated North Carolina debut of legendary coach Bill Belichick is set to kick off in prime-time on Monday night against TCU. Fans are eager to see how Belichick will fare in his first game at the helm of the Tar Heels, and the matchup against TCU promises to be a thrilling one.

Belichick, known for his strategic prowess and meticulous game planning, is sure to bring a new level of intensity and discipline to the North Carolina program. His arrival has already generated buzz and excitement among fans, who are eager to see what he can do with the talented roster at his disposal.

The prime-time kickoff only adds to the excitement, as fans around the country will be tuning in to see how Belichick’s debut unfolds. Will he be able to lead the Tar Heels to victory in his first game, or will TCU prove to be a formidable opponent?

One thing is for certain – this Monday night matchup is one you won’t want to miss. Tune in to see Bill Belichick’s North Carolina debut and witness the start of a new era for the Tar Heels.
