I was skeptical about the product at first.Packaging: it was nicely packed with foamy materials to protect the photo frame screen. All accessories were spot on. It includes charger, stand and quick start guide.Setup: setup was a breeze. I did not even need the start guide. Plug the adapter, power on and it boots up. Go through few basic questions and you are up and running. Great thing is the it does not need any email account to setup with Frameo app. You can cannot it to wifi and dump photos to your frame using its ID number and game ON.Photos- Videos: Photos looks great. No complains. Brightness is good enough to use as desk photo frame. Also, I did not knew about it being able to play videos. It can do it too. I was able to send a small clip from iphone and it played that flawlessly.In all, a solid 5/5. I would highly recommend buying this photo frame.

My husband set it up and had the kids download the app. Setup was fast and easy and we were all adding our pictures on Christmas Day! My youngest has been sitting and watching the frame for hours. It's such a beautiful way to share our favorite pictures. It was definitely worth the price, it's the perfect size and is a well- designed product.

    It is so easy to setup, there is no need to even look at the manual. It is basically based on android OS and can connect to phone with Frameo app(which has a free version with limited features, the paid one also is not that costly). It also has a 16 gb internal memory which can be expanded using external SD card. The screen resolution is good enough for this 10.1" inch screen. The packaging is quite nice with adequate protection for the frame. Brightness is good enough and pictures looks crisp. It comes with a desk stand, and can also be wall mounted easily.

    Update I have been trying to Download the app that this comes with it wants me to log into my Google from the app and I am not doing that. It wants me to pay for the app and I’m not doing that either. This is supposed to be a Wi-Fi picture frame. It didn’t say anything about paying for an app!!!So I have wasted two whole days trying to get this thing to work and now after I don’t even know how many attempts to download the app now it’s asking me for payment information‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️I am ending up not having to use this at my new desk. Even though I am sure it will make desk look nice.It’s a little much for what it is and I am not sure it can hold up 3 small monitors.I have not put it together…. Just the feel of it seems not very sturdy.Unfortunately it will go back…. I was hoping for a more sturdy feel.

      I bought this for my mom, who was in a rehab facility on and off for almost a year. She spent more time there than at home, like 80% more time. Anyway she missed her pictures of her beloved great grandson so I thought this would be perfect, plus every new picture I'd show her she wanted made into a glass picture thingy and it was getting very expensive and she was out of places to put them. So this was Christmas 2023's gift to her. She absolutely loved it! She'd sit/lay and stare at her beautiful great grandson for hours and was always having the aids and nurses look at him too. Unfortunately she passed this last January and I miss her more than I can explain, but now I have the picture frame and it brings me so much joy. My first and only grandson who is incredibly photogenic and all I have to do is turn my head and look at picture after picture of him! Every single picture is clear, it does NOT go from picture to picture too fast or too slow, it's very easy to use, to set up, to add pictures (which I do on a near daily basis), and is enjoyed by everyone who sees it. I'd buy this frame for friends or family who have a lot of kids/grandkids or maybe they're a photographer and they need it for that! I think it's worth every single penny!

      The first frame I received in Dec. 2023 did not work on arrival and had to be replaced. It is now less then a year after receiving the replacement and it has stopped working. It will sit infinitely loading and never booting up. As per the directions provided on the Frameo website, I attempted to reboot it, accept I couldn't access the different options in the reboot menu. It says "button press cycles options" "long press activates option" except any button press activates the option. So there is no way to cycle to the factory reset option. This was not a cheap frame and for it to not even last a year is sad. Poor design and poor software, do not buy.

The frame is very good quality, well-made and has a faux wood look that goes well with my decor. The ease of the app to upload pictures from your phone is easy to use and simple but the touch screen on the frame itself is a little tricky, you can tap what you want and sometimes it will go back to the main picture screen, and you have to start again with the function you were working on. The app is easy to use but one thing I do wish you could do on the app is to delete a picture from the frame instead of having to utilize the frame systems settings to delete it. I'm very happy with my purchase and would consider buying another one for additional gifts.

After HOURS & multiple days of being on the phone with the company, turns out it is a software issue & the company who does the software is NO LONGER IN BUISNESS. So it literally can not be fixed. It never worked and amazon wouldn't give us a return. So now we have a large non-functional square. Love the concept, but go with another company that is still in business! $80 Down the drain, and my mom still wants one, so now going to be spending all over again. Shouldn't even be sold if the software company doesn't exist anymore.

I like the darker frame for the space, and had to drill holes in that outer frame to attach it, but that was easy. The picture quality is nice, both image quality and color. The frame seems to really like one particular picture and keeps displaying it a little too often; my coworkers and I get a good laugh out because it's a picture of me and we joke that I could have just gotten a mirror. Maybe I need to switch it from random to sequential, delete that pic, or leave it for the laughs. I chose this frame because didn't want one with WiFi at work.

      This checked all my boxes and there was a surprise bonus!
      I was looking for something that allows multiple ways to get pictures to play, my main ones being flash drive & sd card since it would be placed in my husbands office which the WiFi is heavily restricted. This product offered flash drive, sd card and WiFi. I sent a ton of photos from my phone to the device while loading it at home. I was very shocked and excited to find that this frame plays videos and it’s got a speaker!!! You can only send one video at a time and it can’t be combined with pics. you can send a ton of photos at once, I think the most I sent was around 60 at a time so far. The quality is amazing, you can adjust the placement and brightness of photo. The frame has an ambient light that you can adjust, you can change settings for notifications, volume, brightness, etc. The size to me is like a standard frame. It also has displays time and weather info. As for memory, I’ve only gotten through to loading around 300 mixed media sent through WiFi. I haven’t explored the frame fully yet but I absolutely love it!!! The price seemed like a really good deal before I got it, upon receiving I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the fact it came a two pack!
      I’m hoping the quality lasts long as our previous frame (from another brand) didn’t last more than a year before the quality went bad. A few years ago my in-laws got an expensive frame as a gift, it doesn’t allow videos and it has recently started having trouble with overall quality. I think we may end up buying a few more frames as gifts for grandparents and siblings.

      Corrupted my USB drives

      These are really cool. They're easy to set up, easy to use, just the right size and had a great display. BUT one had permanent grey streaks on it's display and both kept corrupting my USB drives. I tried several ways to eject USB drives from the photo frames (power off, unplugged, etc.) and no matter what I tried I had to repair my USB drives on my computer. I couldn't find anything in the documentation or in the menu for ejecting USB drives. That's why I rate them 3 stars.

      The Uhale digital picture frame measures at around a 5-1/4" x 9" inch display size. Around 10" if measures diagonally. Good size for most photos. Display is bright and can be adjusted thru the preferences or by touching the image when displayed.

      There are many features in the preferences. You can adjust the time the image is displayed before displaying another image, you can adjust the size of the image, types of transitions between photos and more.

      You can put a LOT of images in the device. Depends of course of the filesize/resolutions of your photos. I've been able to put hundreds of images on it and it still has room for more.

      You can also pick which images you want to show and which ones you don't. It will still keep the images you don't wish to show in its memory but won't show them unless you select it in the picture menu. There are a lot of cool features like this which makes me give this a high rating. In addition, the display is beautiful, even images and photos that don't look that great will look good on this device.

      This digital picture frame has the ability to let your friends to push images on it which is a cool feature – I haven't used it yet in that capacity, but it sounds really neat.

      The ONLY thing that left me irritated is that when you put it to sleep/turn off the screen, the next time you turn it on it says that it cannot connect to your network… It still shows the images, but there is a bubble text box that says you need to connect to your network. I've found that if you restart the device then it works fine. A small irritation but it would be nice to just have it come back after 'sleeping' and not have the message show on top of your images.

      All in all for the price at around $30-$32 bucks this is a great display device. Touch sensitive and pretty good photo quality. I would recommend.

      I use this picture frame on a little desk stand by my kitchen table. I tinkered with it for a while and was able to make the frame cycle through pictures.       I cannot post a picture at this point because it is a Christmas present. I contacted a seller on Etsy and asked her if she could scripture over top of pictures. I then took those and uploaded them onto this easy to set up frame. One of the features that we liked so much with this electronic frame, is that we are able to scroll a picture, or in our case picture scripture, one time a day. So my dad has 300 pictures with scripture verses that he can watch throughout his day. It is made well and the price was perfect for our budget and I feel equals the product. The quality of the pictures is beautifully clear.

      We got a Uhale digital frame gifted to us a couple years back along with a couple other family households and we all have been sharing photos. This year my wife and I gifted them to my side of the family. Now about 8 households are sharing photos between them. It’s fun to come home and see a new photo added. These hold a lot of photos and you can delete the ones you don’t want or dump them all to a usb drive for storage and start new. The app is simple. You just share frame codes (your frame address) and then name it in your app. Like moms frame and then send mom a new photo. Just make sure when you are buying a digital frame that it supports Uhale if that’s the sharing app you and your family are gonna use. There are other sharing digital frames that run different photo sharing apps. We really like Uhale and so wanted all our family on the same sharing platform. Definitely recommend.

    I loved this frame so much that I bought 6 more and gave to family and friends for Christmas. Also, was gifted a frame of another brand and the app for this one is amazing. This one does not appear to have a limit on the number of pics you can upload at one time. For the other brand, I could only upload 10 pics at a time—-very frustrating.

      I really like the frame, whether it's the surround black border or just a very good quality LCD display the images look really good – Sharp and bright are the two best ways to describe it. The app and software work well. The touch screen is responsive. I wish it had a motion sensor to turn it off when no one is in the room but at least it has a sleep timer.

      The digital frame is on the high end for pricing. But I think the large, unusual shape, the wide black border around the picture and the quality of LCD really makes a compelling case. In the home its eye catching and different. It has a designer, high quality look to it. I would buy it again.

      It took me a week to get it set up. While the instructions themselves were okay, I didn't want to send thousands of photos from my phone in batches of 50 at a time, so I bought an SD card. I missed the one sentence on the site that stated the max SD card size is 32 gigs (totally my fault but as a helpful hint from my headaches, make sure you format your SD card to fat32 before you transfer files). So when I bought a 64 gig card and transferred a bunch of photos, it wouldn't (obviously) read the card.

      I was slightly concerned based on some people's reviews saying that the company was difficult to get ahold of. That was certainly not the case with me. They responded quickly, were kind, and offered photos and videos for clarification. One thing I would change if I could: when you choose "random" for your album settings, it makes the *photographs* random. It does not pull any videos into the feed that you may have saved to the device itself or saved to an SD card. So you either watch all photographs or all videos. First world problem but disappointing nonetheless.

      But, a good note in the "random" setting – It randomly and alternately chooses photos from the SD card AND its own internal memory so if you have files saved both to an SD card and to the internal memory of the frame, it randomly selects photos from both locations. Also of note – I have not had any issues using a 5 ghz wifi connection to transfer files.

      Overall, it does what it should. Great picture quality and makes my office a bit less depressing. But I would not buy it for its current price at over $100.
