  • Wayne Knight Says ‘Seinfeld’ Was Like Doing Broadway on Opening Night: ‘Don’t F*** It Up’

Jason Alexander was bummed out on a recent episode of his Really No Really podcast. He’d recently discovered that Armin Shimerman, an actor who had guest-starred on the Seinfeld episode “The Caddy,” had a terrible experience with the cast. “I hated them. Hated them,” Shimerman reportedly said during a Q&a at a fan convention. “They were non-communicative, ugly, non-responsive. What’s the word? Insular.”

Maybe Alexander could have chalked it up as a “somebody having a bad day” complaint if not for hearing a similar comment from another guest who just happened to be a former New York Met and National League Mvp. “Keith Hernandez said I in particular was — I think the word was standoffish,” said Alexander.

Was the Seinfeld cast really that rude to guests? For confirmation, Alexander turned to his podcast guest Wayne Knight, the comic actor who frequently played Newman on the sitcom. “I…

Wayne Knight, who famously played the lovable and bumbling Newman on the hit sitcom "Seinfeld," recently compared working on the show to performing on Broadway on opening night.

In a recent interview, Knight reflected on his time on "Seinfeld" and the pressure that came with being a part of such a beloved and iconic show. He said, "It was like doing Broadway on opening night every week. You knew that millions of people were watching and you couldn’t afford to mess up."

Knight went on to say that the cast and crew of "Seinfeld" had a mantra on set: "Don’t f*** it up." He explained that they all knew the importance of delivering top-notch performances and making sure that every episode lived up to the high standards set by the show.

Despite the pressure, Knight said that working on "Seinfeld" was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and that he is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a groundbreaking and enduring show.

Fans of "Seinfeld" can now relive the magic of the show on streaming platforms, where all nine seasons are available to watch. And thanks to the talented cast and crew, including Wayne Knight, the show continues to be a favorite among viewers of all ages.

(Despite more than 40 appearances as Newman on SeinfeldKnight was never made a regular cast member.) “I’m not looking for a compliment here,” said Alexander, looking for a compliment. “I thought we were kind of a welcoming set. Were we cold?”

Knight’s response neither confirmed nor denied Alexander’s worst fears. “You were professional,” said Knight. “And you were the top show on television and it was like, ‘This is opening night on Broadway. Don’t fuck it up.’”

Whoa. Alexander looked concerned. “That’s the vibe that you got?”

“The vibe is that everybody was thrilled to be there and they understood the nature of this beast,” Knight said. “Jerry was very welcoming and friendly. Larry was scary as hell because he was too relaxed-seeming. How could somebody so laconic and loose be so scary?”

Knight, a frequent guest star on sitcoms like 3rd Rock from the Sun, Hot in Cleveland and Curb Your Enthusiasm, enjoyed his Seinfeld experience more than some of the others. “I enjoyed being on the show because every time you started a scene, you knew it delivered,” he said. “You just had to not be in the way of it. Find the joke, hit the joke, the joke is there.”

Just like on every sitcom, right? Not according to Knight. “The number of shows I’ve been on where you go on an expedition to find the joke? This was not that.”

Alexander still seemed worried that he hadn’t done his job as host. As a guest actor himself, he knows what it feels like to be left out. “I have been on enough other shows to know where the warm ones are. Like working on (The Marvelous Mrs.) Maisel and working on Young Sheldon, I went, ‘Oh, I feel like I’ve been here for a long time. I feel like I’m part of the family,’” he said. “Other shows, you’re walking into a very dysfunctional family.”

For Knight, the friendliest set wasn’t Seinfeld but 3rd Rock From the Sun. How come? “John Lithgow’s father ran a Shakespeare theater and so (Lithgow) knew how to be the captain of a ship,” Knight said. “It was ingrained in him how to take care of people, to be gracious, to make sure that everybody was together.”

Too bad Keith Hernandez never got the chance to do Lithgow’s show.

Wayne Knight, who played the iconic character Newman on the hit sitcom "Seinfeld," recently opened up about his experience on the show, comparing it to performing on Broadway on opening night.

In an interview, Knight revealed that the pressure to deliver on "Seinfeld" was immense, with the expectation to always bring their A-game. He likened it to the high stakes of a Broadway show, where there is no room for error.

"Seinfeld was like doing Broadway every week, but with the added pressure of knowing that millions of people were watching and judging your every move," Knight said. "It was like being on opening night every time we stepped onto that set. You couldn’t afford to mess up."

Knight also shared that the show’s creator, Larry David, had a strict policy of not allowing any improvisation, emphasizing the importance of sticking to the script and delivering the lines exactly as written.

"’Don’t f*** it up’ was the motto on set," Knight recalled. "We all knew that we had to bring our best every time, or risk facing the wrath of Larry David."

Despite the intense pressure, Knight looks back on his time on "Seinfeld" fondly, recognizing it as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a part of a groundbreaking and beloved show.

"It was a rollercoaster ride, but one that I wouldn’t trade for anything," Knight said. "Being a part of ‘Seinfeld’ was truly a privilege, and I am grateful for the experience."

A once seemingly unbreakable NHL record could fall as early as the 2024-25 season thanks to the goal-scoring prowess of Washington Capitals star Alex Ovechkin.

The Great Eight is within striking distance of Wayne Gretzky’s all-time NHL goals record of 894, which Gretzky reached on March 29, 1999, against the New York Islanders. Ovechkin began this season with 853 career goals.

Ovechkin scored in the Capitals’ 3-0 win over the Seattle Kraken Thursday night, moving within 20 goals of passing Gretzky with No. 875 in his career. The goal was his 22nd this season.

“It’s just a matter of time, whether it’s late this year, early next year, whenever,” Gretzky told NHL.com earlier this season about Ovechkin’s chances of breaking his record. “I mean, he’s a great player. He’s a great goal scorer.”

NHL commissioner Gary Bettman said in December that he will follow Ovechkin around when he’s within four or five goals of the record with Gretzky accompanying him.

Ovechkin started this season red-hot, with 15 goals in his first 18 games. Unfortunately, a fractured fibula suffered on Nov. 18 caused him to miss 16 games for the Capitals. The “Russian Machine” has been durable for his entire NHL career, having missed only 75 games due to injury since breaking in during the 2005-06 season.

Ovechkin and the Capitals will visit the Seattle Kraken on Thursday.

We will track Ovechkin’s race to 894 goals and beyond all season.

  • Alex Ovechkin Sets Record, Approaching Wayne Gretzky’s 894-Goal Mark

It’s official. No NHL scorer has tormented more goaltenders than Alex Ovechkin.

On Thursday night in Ottawa, Ovechkin beat Leevi Merilainen with a snap shot from the left face-off circle at 3:07 of overtime, giving the Washington Capitals a 1-0 win over the Ottawa Senators.

Per ESPN, the 22-year-old rookie Meralainen is the 179th goalie that Ovechkin has scored on in his NHL career. That’s a new record for the most different goalies that one player has scored on, one ahead of Jaromir Jagr.

The NHL has assembled a video compilation of all 179 goalies. If you’re going to watch it, do it on your lunch hour: it’s more than 47 minutes long.

Jagr, now 52, sits fourth on the all-time goal-scoring list with 766 goals in 1,733 career NHL games. He’ll be a Hockey Hall of Famer once he finally wraps up his playing career. He’s now in his eighth year playing for the Kladno Knights, the team he owns in his native Czechia. This year, he has four goals and nine points in 24 games.

At 39, Ovechkin is now at 874 NHL goals in 1,455 games. He needs 20 more to match Wayne Gretzky’s all-time record of 894, and 21 to set a new standard.

Not even the most serious injury of Ovechkin’s career has derailed the quest that the NHL has dubbed ‘The Gr8 Chase.’ Though he missed 16 games over more than five weeks with a fractured left fibula, the Washington Capitals captain re-joined his team’s lineup ahead of schedule, right after the league’s Christmas holiday break.

He now has six goals in 11 games since his return, a scoring rate of 0.55 goals per game.

Thursday’s win came in the Capitals’ 45th game of the season, so they have 37 to go this year.

If Ovechkin maintains his post-injury pace through the rest of the year, he’d score another 20. That would tie Gretzky and make his first goal of the 2025-26 season the record-breaker.

But don’t rule out the prospect of him picking up the pace.

“I think we really have to be careful to judge, just coming back from the injury,” said Capitals coach Spencer Carbery earlier this week. “It’s harder than I think people may realize, just because the rest of the league and the rest of the players are in mid-season form right now. And to miss a month and then try to get back up and running at 39 is a lot easier said than done.

“So, I think if you look into the numbers and that stuff, that’s probably what you’re seeing is him getting back up to speed. It’s going to take some time. We know that. I know that. He probably wants that to be rushed as we do as well, but it’s going to take some time.”

Historically, Ovechkin also tends to heat up in the second half. And his 21 goals in 29 total games this season are a scoring rate of .724 goals per game — which dramatically eclipses his impressive career scoring rate of .600.

Barring further injuries, Ovechkin’s career-average rate would put him on pace to score No. 895 in the Capitals’ 80th game of the season, when they host the Columbus Blue Jackets for their last home game of the year on April 13.

If he can stay at .724 goals a game, he’d break the record in Washington’s 74th game of the year — in Boston on April 1.

As the record draws closer, there’s one other key stat to watch.

Gretzky’s 894 goals came in 1,487 games. If Ovechkin can hit 895 in his next 32 games or fewer, he would also beat The Great One’s career scoring pace.

Ovechkin already holds the records for most power-play goals (317), most shots (6,732) and most empty-net goals (61). But anyone who feels that the empty-net tallies sully his record chase can rest easy. He’s just five ahead of Gretzky, who sits second with 56. The differential is not even one percent of the final total.

Thursday’s tally was also the 134th game-winning goal of Ovechkin’s career. That moves him within one of the all-time record of 135, held by Jagr.

With the win on Thursday, the Capitals maintain first place in the NHL’s Eastern Conference with a record of 30-10-5, and lead the league with a .722 points percentage.

The Gr8 Chase continues Saturday, when the Capitals host Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins.

In a historic moment for the NHL, Alex Ovechkin has set a new record with his 735th career goal, putting him one step closer to Wayne Gretzky’s all-time record of 894 goals. Ovechkin, who currently plays for the Washington Capitals, has been a dominant force on the ice for years and shows no signs of slowing down.

Fans and analysts alike are in awe of Ovechkin’s incredible skill and determination, as he continues to light up the scoreboard game after game. With each goal he scores, he inches closer to Gretzky’s legendary record, a feat that many thought would never be surpassed.

As Ovechkin approaches this historic milestone, hockey fans around the world are eagerly watching and cheering him on. Will he be able to surpass Gretzky’s record and etch his name in the history books as one of the greatest goal scorers of all time? Only time will tell, but one thing is for sure – Ovechkin’s talent and passion for the game are truly unmatched.

  • Bill Oram: Oregon State’s Wayne Tinkle excited for what renewing basketball series with Gonzaga will mean for Oregon State, Pac-12

Wayne Tinkle knows there’s no rebuilding the old Pac-12. It isn’t possible to recapture the history and the emotion that accompanied regular matchups with national powerhouses like Arizona and UCLA, or the blood-fueled grudge match with Oregon.

But when his Beavers resume their long dormant series with Gonzaga on Thursday, Tinkle hopes that fans will see the positive of this new era for his program.

“To have a team like that coming in as a conference opponent makes up for the loss of maybe one or two programs that maybe carried that same weight out west the last few decades,” Tinkle said.

It’s strange times in college sports.

In less than a year, the Beavers joined the WCC and the Zags joined the Pac-12.

They’re conference opponents now in the WCC and will be again in two years when the reformed Pac-12 gets off the ground. In the fall, Gonzaga joined the conference as a non-football member, joining the Beavers, Washington State, Fresno State, San Diego State, Boise State, Colorado State and Utah State. It doesn’t take much insight to understand why that’s important for the Beavers.

In sports, like life, you are the company you keep.

Folks at Oregon State have been hesitant to use the S-word until the last ticket is sold, but a sellout at Gill Coliseum on Thursday is likely.

Beavers administrators claimed to have set a modern-era student attendance record in their narrow loss against Oregon in November, and believe they will break it again on Thursday.

Tinkle is unequivocal about the Beavers homecourt advantage when the building is full.

“It makes all the difference,” he said. “You can see it on your guys’ faces, when you’ve got a great crowd and the vibe and the energy … It’s just an incredible vibe. It can fire some opponents up but also over 40 minutes can tighten things up for them a little bit.

“We’ve had years where we’ve packed that thing the majority of the nights and it’s one of the tougher places to win. The last few years not so much because we haven’t won as much but we certainly think our group this year has deserved to get that fanbase back.”

The Beavers have sold out Gill four times in Tinkle’s tenure and won all four. The last was against Oregon in 2019.

While it could be argued that counting on high-profile opponents to boost the Beavers’ brand is what led to their excommunication from a power conference, visibility matters more than ever.

And this is a Beavers team that is starting to get some attention.

After three straight losing seasons, the Beavers are 13-5 with what seems to be Tinkle’s most complete roster since the surprise NCAA Tournament run of 2021. By going heavy on veteran transfers and international players, the Beavers have quickly rebuilt a roster that lost its two leading scorers to the transfer portal a year ago, among several others.

Is it good enough to knock off the Zags?

“It’s going to be a heck of a challenge,” Tinkle said. “But I think it’s going to be a great environment and the start of something pretty special between the two schools.”

Tinkle has notable ties to Thursday’s opponent. The Beavers coach grew up in the shadow of Gonzaga. His dad was the dean of students there in the 1970s, moving the family to Spokane for the job. He regularly played in open gyms with John Stockton and was recruited by Gonzaga before deciding to play at Montana. “I visited Gonzaga but they weren’t obviously the Gonzaga that they are now,” he said.

His daughter, Elle, played at Gonzaga from 2012-17 — and was initially recruited by now-Oregon women’s coach Kelly Graves.

The Beavers own a 25-2 all-time series record against Gonzaga, a number that speaks to the era in which the games were played. It has been, in fact, 34 years since the Beavers and Zags met.

Charles McKinney and Will Brantley combined to score 49 points in a 74-65 win on Jan. 7, 1991.

That night in Corvallis, Beavers coach Jimmy Anderson lamented how his team played. The Beavers required a late scoring surge to pull away from a Bulldogs’ team that the next day’s Oregonian described as “pesky.”

Anderson, who died last year at 86, said this of the Bulldogs: “They are a good team. Our players just didn’t realize it.”

It’s funny, isn’t it? The idea of the Zags sneaking up on anybody?

In the 34 years since, Gonzaga has won 905 games, reached the NCAA Tournament 27 times, including each of the past 26 seasons and seen 12 players get drafted in the first round of the NBA Draft. This spring they will try to reach the Sweet 16 for the 10th straight season.

The Beavers? Have cycled through six head coaches and made the NCAA Tournament just twice, both times under Tinkle.

It’s fair to say that the programs went their separate directions in more ways than one after that last meeting.

But Tinkle hopes the regionality of a rivalry renewed will appeal to fans who have seen Gonzaga rise from March Madness darling to juggernaut.

“I think it’s great for our program,” Tinkle said, “and the new, eventual Pac-12.”

Bill Oram is the sports columnist at The Oregonian/OregonLive.

Oregon State head basketball coach Wayne Tinkle recently expressed his excitement for the renewal of the basketball series with powerhouse Gonzaga. The two teams will meet on the court once again, a matchup that Tinkle believes will have significant implications not only for Oregon State but for the entire Pac-12 conference.

Tinkle sees the renewal of this series as an opportunity for his team to test themselves against one of the top programs in the country. Gonzaga, a perennial contender in college basketball, will provide a tough challenge for the Beavers, but Tinkle is confident that his team will rise to the occasion.

Beyond the individual matchup, Tinkle believes that the renewed series with Gonzaga will also benefit the Pac-12 as a whole. By competing against top-tier programs like Gonzaga, Oregon State and other Pac-12 teams can raise the profile of the conference and showcase the talent and competitiveness of West Coast basketball.

Overall, Tinkle is eager for the opportunity to face off against Gonzaga and believes that the renewed series will be a positive development for Oregon State and the Pac-12 conference. Fans can expect an exciting and competitive matchup when these two teams meet on the court.

With that, the Osmond Brothers were introduced to a broader audience; they eventually became a recurring part of the show. They changed their name from the Osmond Brothers to just the Osmonds, with other siblings, including Marie, later joining. The radio hits and touring followed.

“The Osmonds present a kind of theater‐in‐rock ‘n’ roll,” Ian Dove wrote in a review in The Times in 1973. “With tight choreography, taken perhaps from Black soul groups, they wheel and strut around the stage, regimented and disciplined, programmed to draw that last squeal out of an ecstatic weeny bopper.”

As a child, Wayne Osmond had a brain tumor that was discovered only in his 40s, when he underwent rigorous cancer treatment as an adult to have a malignant tumor removed. In 2012, he suffered a stroke that left him unable to play guitar, Ms. Cook said.

He spent the last decade of his life pursuing fly fishing and other hobbies and spending time with his family. In addition to Ms. Cook, he is survived by his wife, Kathlyn; four other children, Steven and Gregory Osmond, Sarah Hilton and Michelle Erickson; and 20 grandchildren. He is also survived by his eight siblings: Virl, Tom, Alan, Merrill, Jay, Donny, Marie and Jimmy.

As much as Mr. Osmond was defined by his musical career, he said his faith was always a driving force in his life.

“We’re Latter-day Saints, and we have a very high moral and ethical code that we live by,” he told The Deseret News, a Salt Lake City newspaper, in 2004. “It’s not something that’s forced upon us. Anyone can do what they want to.”

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Wayne Osmond’s passing at the age of 73. As a member of the iconic family band, The Osmonds, Wayne was known for his incredible vocal talent and skillful guitar playing.

Wayne’s contributions to the music industry were truly remarkable, as he helped shape the sound of the 1970s with hits like “One Bad Apple” and “Crazy Horses.” His passion for music and dedication to his craft inspired generations of fans and musicians alike.

Throughout his career, Wayne remained a beloved figure in the entertainment world, known for his warm personality and genuine love for his fans. His presence will be deeply missed, but his music will live on forever.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Wayne’s family, friends, and fans during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Wayne Osmond. Your music will always be remembered and cherished.

  • Can returning Alex Ovechkin still catch Wayne Gretzky this season? Teammates: ‘Everything’s in play’

As Alex Ovechkin began ramping up toward resuming his pursuit of the NHL’s all-time goals record, some of his Washington Capitals teammates found themselves running the numbers.

Ovechkin needs 27 goals to pass Wayne Gretzky’s career total, and he’s got 48 games left on the Capitals’ schedule to try to get it done this season, starting with Saturday’s visit to Toronto, which the team announced will mark his return.

That equates to a clip of 0.56 goals per game — unquestionably a high bar, particularly for a 39-year-old coming off the longest injury absence of his career.

But it’s not an impossible one to clear.

Ovechkin has scored at a pace beyond that in 14 of his 19 previous NHL seasons, and he was off to the best goal-scoring start of his entire career when he suffered a broken left fibula during an accidental collision with Utah’s Jack McBain in November.

So even with 16 games lost to injury, the Capitals aren’t ruling out a run at the record before the end of 2024-25.

“The pace he was going at, I feel like everything’s in play,” Dylan Strome told The Athletic recently. “This guy does things that you can only imagine.”

“With him, I feel like nothing’s impossible,” added defenseman Rasmus Sandin.

Strome has drawn an assist on 12 of the 15 goals Ovechkin has scored this season. What he noticed was how confident the Capitals captain seemed just before suffering the injury — scoring the 32nd hat trick of his career in Vegas on Nov. 17 and adding two more goals the following night in Utah before getting knocked out of the game by a third-period collision with McBain.

“He had 15 (goals) in 18 (games) and he probably would have had 16 in 18 in that game that he got hurt in,” said Strome.

Ovechkin’s scoring surge saw him become the first NHL player aged 39 or older to score 11 goals in a 10-game span.

It also ramped up the anticipation for his pursuit of Gretzky’s all-time record.

Strome is in his third season with the Capitals and was there the night Ovechkin joined Gretzky and Gordie Howe as the only players in NHL history to hit the 800-goal mark in December 2022, but he said the excitement around Ovechkin’s scoring exploits reached a new level inside the Capitals dressing room this season.

“I’ve noticed a huge difference even compared to last year,” Strome said. “Just really every goal, everyone’s talking about it. At the beginning (of the season) everyone didn’t know if there was going to be a chance to break it this year, and then he started to score and score and score, so then it was like ‘OK, he’s definitely going to break it this year.’ Then he gets hurt.

“So now it’s back to the waiting game. Everyone’s excited, you can tell. When he scores in the road arenas, the place is loud. Everyone wants to see him score, so it’s a cool thing to be a part of and it’s exciting.”

The Capitals have been one of the most pleasant surprises of this season. They managed to go 10-5-1 while Ovechkin was out of the lineup and sit atop the Eastern Conference standings in points percentage (.706).

Welcoming him back to enter the second half will be a shot in the arm, according to head coach Spencer Carbery.

“There is a void with your captain and a personality like Alex Ovechkin not being on the bus, not being in the locker room, not being at morning skates, not being in the meetings,” Carbery said earlier this month. “I can tell you for sure there will be a jolt in energy to our group when (he returns).”

The possibility of him chasing down one of the sport’s most glamorous records is an added bonus.

Ovechkin’s start was so strong that it necessitated a discussion at the NHL’s Board of Governors meetings earlier this month. The league has started to plan for how it will cover and celebrate the milestone in the event that Ovechkin can match Gretzky’s 894 career goals before the end of the season.

“He’s been tremendous this year and, listen, I know how hard it is at that age,” Gretzky said. “It gets tougher and tougher, but he’s hung in there and he’s a trooper. (The goal chase is) good for the sport, it’s great for the game, and hopefully I’m there to shake his hand the night he breaks the record.”

Gretzky has already agreed to join NHL commissioner Gary Bettman on the road to be there in person once Ovechkin gets within striking distance of the record. And teammates will be doing everything in their power to help Ovechkin get there before the playoffs.

“I wouldn’t put it past him to at least be really close to the record,” Strome said. “I feel like if he’s that close, it’s going to happen at the end of this year.

    “I hope.”

With the NHL season in full swing, the question on many hockey fans’ minds is whether or not Washington Capitals star Alex Ovechkin can catch Wayne Gretzky’s all-time goal scoring record this year. Ovechkin, who recently returned to the Capitals after missing time due to injury, has been on a tear since his comeback, scoring goals at a blistering pace.

Teammates and coaches of Ovechkin have expressed confidence in his ability to make a push for Gretzky’s record this season. “Everything’s in play,” said one teammate, highlighting Ovechkin’s scoring prowess and determination to be the best.

Gretzky’s record of 894 goals has stood for decades, but Ovechkin has been steadily climbing the ranks and is currently sitting at 750 goals. With each goal he scores, the possibility of catching Gretzky becomes more and more realistic.

As Ovechkin continues to light the lamp and lead the Capitals on their quest for a Stanley Cup, fans will be eagerly watching to see if he can make history this season. Will he surpass Gretzky’s record? Only time will tell, but one thing is for certain – Ovechkin’s return has injected new life into the race for the all-time goal scoring title.

NHL legend Wayne Gretzky’s daughter Paulina Gretzky and her husband Dustin Johnson hosted a grand New Year’s Eve party this week. The gathering was attended by Paulina’s brother Trevor, sister Emma and her boyfriend Stone Eby.

Paulina Gretzky shared a carousel of pictures from their New Year’s celebration on Instagram on Thursday. One of the images saw Dustin Johson and Paulina pouring champagne into a champagne tower consisting of multiple stacked glasses.

“New year loading…”, she wrote in the caption.

Paulina wore a $340 Parker open-back bodysuit and $545 Tami Coulotte with strass on the evening. She completed the look with Kahite’s Eva over-the-knee boots worth $2,800.

The next few pictures saw the power couple posing together along with the guests. Some images featured the impressive golden themed decor of the party. In the last image of the slide, the Gretzky sister’s posed together with their better halves.

Dustin Johnson wore a black puffer vest over a black sweater, paired with black pants and gray sneakers. Emma Gretzky chose a trendy denim jacket over a black mini-dress, paired with bold-patterned cowboy boots. Her boyfriend Stone Eby kept it classic with a white sweater, black pants, white sneakers and a baseball cap.

In the last image, Dustin and Paulina raised their hands alongside others against the scenic snow-covered mountains. Emma Gretzky and Stone Eby later reposted the stories on their own accounts.

Earlier last month, Paulina Gretzky celebrated her 36th birthday with a small family gathering. Her father Wayne Gretzky, mother Janet, husband Dustin Johnson, brothers Ty and Trevor, and brother-in-law Austin Johnson were all present.

Paulina shared photos from the evening on her Instagram. One showed her and Dustin sitting on a pink couch with striped cushions near a seashell-themed wall. Another featured her sitting with her parents at the dinner table while Dustin stood behind them.

A group photo saw Wayne, Trevor, Ty Gretzky, Austin and Dustin all dressed in evening suits. Dustin also wished her a happy birthday on Instagram, calling her an amazing wife and mom.
