    Sister Wives star Kody Brown admitted that he and his wife, Robyn Brown, aren’t on the same page when it comes to selling their Coyote Pass property.

    “I love Coyote Pass. I always have,” Robyn, 46, said in a teaser clip for the Sunday, January 26, episode shared by Us Weekly. “It’s hard to think of letting it go.”

    Meanwhile, Kody, 55, admitted that he and Robyn “haven’t really synced up” of their future plans for the property.

    “We’re in different places and it’s an in and out,” the Brown patriarch continued. “It’s like sometimes I want to keep it, sometimes I want to sell it. And Robyn knows we need to sell it but sometimes wants to keep it.”

    Kody, Robyn and his ex-wives Christine Brown, Janelle Brown and Meri Brown bought the Arizona property in 2018 for $820,000. Shortly after they made the purchase, the family faced several delays when trying to break ground and his ultimate spiritual divorces prevented them from ever building houses on the property for each wife like they planned.

    While the family once had high hopes for Coyote Pass, Robyn admitted that she now has mixed feelings about the land after their polygamous family fell apart.

    “Every time I’m at Coyote Pass, I’m just like, my heart aches,” she said in the teaser clip. “I [just] see the vision that I’ve always imagined, you know, all of the space and the houses.”

    Kody then admitted he understood where Robyn was coming from, noting that Coyote Pass is “literally the last place our family ever got everybody together.”

    “It’s just been so difficult and so sad with the family,” Robyn added, noting that the property represents what their family could have been if they had not fallen apart. “I know everybody just wants out of the pain.”

    Christine, 52, was Kody’s first wife to leave him in November 2021, while Janelle, 55, followed suit in December 2022. Shortly after, Kody and Meri, 54, confirmed they decided to end their spiritual marriage in January 2023.

    While Christine sold her portion of Coyote Pass to Kody and Robyn for $10 in 2022, fans are currently watching Janelle and Meri navigate what they want to do with their portion of the land during season 19 of the TLC show.

    “I used to be not so great with money,” she shared during the Sept. 22 episode. “When I was young, I had hard knocks, and then I learned during my divorce really how to budget myself very, very well.” As for her fellow sister wives, she said, “You just must have had a different priority of where your money was going to go than I did, that’s all.”

    Meri Brown is looking out for herself when it comes to her portion of Coyote Pass.

    The Sister Wives star opened up about the ongoing drama surrounding the Flagstaff, Ariz. property that she shares with her ex Kody, his wife Robyn and her former sister wife Janelle in an all-new episode on Sunday, Jan. 26.

    During a video call, Janelle asks Meri about an email she sent to the group, and Meri explains it was her way of “starting a conversation” about what to do with the property. After a series of email exchanges, Meri recalls how Kody finally decided that he wants to sell the land and he’s going to find a realtor to help him do it. 

    “I don’t think you get to decide what to do with it,” a frustrated Meri says to Janelle of their ex. “Sorry, you are not the head of my family.”

    In a confessional clip, Meri dives deeper into her frustration surrounding the property, including how she thinks everyone has their own agenda. 

    “I feel like Kody and Robyn probably have some plan of what they want to do, and how they want to handle it,” she says of the sale. “I think that Janelle has some sort of plan, and I know that I do as well.”

    She adds, “And none of us are talking to each other because none of us trust each other.”

    During the call, Janelle admits she’s been talking to a lawyer about protecting her portion of the property. 

    After she advises Meri she should do the same, Meri reveals that she’s open to taking legal action as it feels like Kody is keeping her in the dark regarding the details of the sale. 

    “There’s been a lot of confusion surrounding the way things have been done in the family, the way that Kody is with me and has been with me for many, many years,” she explains. “So I think that’s why I’m going to get a lawyer to help me through this process.”

    She notes that she’s ready to put herself first for a change after years of trying to keep the peace between herself and Kody.

    “I felt like for quite a few years, I’ve just kind of sat back and just not wanted to ruffle feathers. So I haven’t pushed the issue on many things, but I will push the issue now,” she says.

    In a recent Jan. 19 episode, Janelle previously broke the news to her former sister wife, Christine, that she officially hired a lawyer to help her with the “separation of assets” and to make sure the sale is handled fairly.

    Christine agreed that’s the right thing to do as Janelle explained she didn’t trust Kody to be fair during the process.

    The division of Coyote Pass has been an ongoing point of contention between the exes.

    Her mother Denise Fuoco told the publication she last spoke to her daughter a week ago on FaceTime and that DiDonato appeared ‘nervous and distressed.’

    Denise says they had a ‘brief conversation’, but Natalie ‘rushed off the phone’ and didn’t say where she was, telling her she had to go.

    She says she has ‘repeatedly’ tried to contact her daughter but failed to reach her, leading her to contact police in Philadelphia.

    Law enforcement tells TMZ … a report was filed for Natalie — best known for appearing on season 5 of “Mob Wives” — this morning in Las Vegas and it’s currently being investigated.

    We’re told Natalie’s family is concerned, and her whereabouts are unknown — they spoke with cops in Philadelphia, where ND reportedly visited earlier this month … before missing a January 5 flight home to Florida.

    We spoke with Natalie’s mother, Denise Fuoco, who tells TMZ … she last spoke with Natalie 7 days ago, when she got her on a FaceTime call.

    Denise says they had a brief conversation, but Natalie rushed off the phone and didn’t clarify where she was — just telling her she had to go.

    Natalie’s mother says it’s unclear if her daughter was with anyone during the FaceTime call … but notes the reality TV star looked nervous and distressed during their brief chat.

    Denise tells us the conversation left her concerned — she says she tried to call her daughter back on both of Natalie’s cell phones … but claims neither was working at the time.

    Denise tells us she repeatedly tried to get in contact with Natalie over the next few days, but failed to reach her … prompting her to contact police in Philly.

    According to Denise, the last update she received was from one of Natalie’s friends, named Ben … who allegedly told DF on Monday the “Mob Wives” star was now in Las Vegas and had reached out to him for help getting back home to Florida.

    Denise says Ben claimed Natalie contacted him 4 days earlier on WhatsApp, where she sounded distressed and asked for money for a flight.

    This friend is believed to be the last known person to have spoken with Natalie … and he was the one to file a missing-person report in Vegas.

    Denise says Natalie hasn’t been right for the past month … but isn’t sure what’s going on with her daughter — noting the TV personality has been “distant.”

    Understandably, Denise tells us she’s “sick” over the situation and is struggling to sleep during the ordeal.

    Harper’s family includes his wife Kayla (married in December 2016 at the San Diego California Temple), two daughters and a son: Krew Aron (born in August 2019), Brooklyn Elizabeth (born in November 2020) and Kamryn Ray (born in April 2024).

    On Sunday, Kayla shared a series of photos from their beach getaway during the weekend. It includes their kids enjoying and getting themselves engulfed in sand, while the Harper couple enjoyed each other’s company. In one photo, Kayla is seen reclining on a picnic blanket, playfully smiling, while Bryce, in a Tennessee Vols college baseball jersey, lounged beside her.

    The beachside vacation comes just a week after the couple enjoyed time with their friends amid freezing temperatures of -10°C, likely in Tennessee.

    A week ago, Bryce Harper’s wife Kayla posted a series of photos, where the couple was joined by a group of their friends including Nicole and Scott Dysinger, Bryson Stott and his partner Dru, Terrance Cardon and a few others.

    “We got a full nights sleep for a week in our very own snow globe ,” Kayla wrote in the caption.

    On the baseball front, Bryce Harper’s Philadelphia Phillies were one of the best teams in the National League, winning the NL East.
