A couple of weeks later, Ralph suggested that she record the performance as a special. Before then, Walter had never recorded her performance, for “whatever reason,” but Ralph doubled down on her original suggestion.
This moment was the spark that led them to create a new production company together, dubbed “Work Wives Productions,” Walter said.
“When you put women together, it’s nothing we can’t do,” Shepherd said.

Daniil Medvedev will be eager to put all of his focus on the Rotterdam Open, but part of him may still be thinking about his disastrous Australian Open.
Medvedev is among the biggest Australian Open losers, having fallen in the second round to American youngster Learner Tien.
And in his first round meeting with Kasidit Samrej, Medvedev was booed by the Australian Open crowd, summarising his disappointing experience in Melbourne.
Medvedev was the fifth seed at the Australian Open, where he is a three-time finalist, having lost last year’s final to Jannik Sinner.
He now moves on from that early exit by taking on Stan Wawrinka at the Rotterdam Open, where Sinner is taking a rest from his recent Grand Slam success.

Medvedev is the second seed in Rotterdam, with the Russian sharing what he has been working on ahead of the event with the ATP Tour website.
“It was a tough result in Australia,” he said. “In a way, it was a good match, but a tough result. I am just trying to look forward and bounce back, that is the only way. I have to try to gain some confidence to win some matches.
“I am trying to get my game more competitive. It is not easy but I am working on a lot of things but I think my confidence is the most important.
“Confidence and the work you put in show in the most important moments of matches, and you try and put the reps in to have that belief in your body.
“I am working on lots of areas. Let’s take volleys. I am not the best at the net on tour but I am capable sometimes of making some amazing volleys in important moments.
“One against Learner in Australia. You work every day on aspects of your game and sometimes they work in matches and sometimes not.
“I feel I am in a good position. I had a very good pre-season and a great week before the Australian Open. I remain calm.
“I am confident I can find my level and play my best in Rotterdam. When you have an amazing week and results and then you lose the next tournament early, you feel your good result is forgotten. That is tennis.
“It works both ways, when you have a bad result people focus on that until you play well again. I hope I can play well here this week at an event I have had success at.”
Daniil Medvedev excited for new generation after Australian Open loss to Learner Tien
Tien was among the rising stars to really shine at the Australian Open, with his fellow NextGen player Joao Fonseca also picking up a top 10 win against Andrey Rublev.
A total of five of the eight players from the 20-and-under tournament in Jeddah in December reached at least the second round in Melbourne, with Tien joined by fellow American Alex Michelsen in making it to round four.
Sharing his thoughts on that new group of ATP players, Medvedev noted: “I think it is normal to have a new generation coming. I think every generation probably had this. Young guys coming and beating top 10 players at majors.
“Learner played a great match and was able to win the next one even when we finished at three in the morning. So that showed he was ready for it and a good sign.

“Let’s see what they are able to do over the coming period, that is tough. But for sure they have a very strong generation.”

Harris also went on to remind everyone that most trade talks and rumors don’t happen, can fall apart anytime or end up being inaccurate, so don’t think this is a done deal, but it does seem like the negotiations are at least real.

What this deal may cost the Spurs and which other teams are involved remains to be seen, but an ESPN radio host out of Sacramento, Damien Barling, has added that it would not include Stephon Castle, which makes sense considering he is someone the Spurs seriously coveted out of last year’s draft and have high hopes for going forward. (It also goes without saying the Victor Wembanyama would not be included in any trade.)
Indications are the Spurs will not trade Stephon Castle in a De’Aaron Fox deal.

This leaves players like Devin Vassell, Keldon Johnson, Zach Collins and possibly even Chris Paul or Harrison Barnes to consider for salary-matching purposes (although the Spurs have the cap space to absorb some extra salary), and such a deal would also surely include some of the Spurs’ huge treasure trove of first round draft picks. Other factors to consider would be if Fox would be willing to sign an extension or re-sign with them in 2026 (word is he would) before considering what to give up for him.
All trade rumors should be taken with a grain of salt, and while this one is no different and complex enough that just one party backing out could bring it to an end, there’s certainly enough smoke out there to acknowledge it.

‘Working as a broker has given me more empathy as a BDM’
“If a lender has to pull rates at short notice, sometimes that’s unavoidable, sometimes it is avoidable and the lender could have done better,” he commented. “The mini-budget was special circumstances, let’s say. As a direct result of the mini-budget, our products had to go without notice because they were loss-making within the space of an afternoon. However, in the months that followed that, we didn’t repeat that same treatment of the brokers, if you will. We made sure because then we were back to a relatively new normal. While things were going up and down, we could afford to give them 24 hours’ notice.”
He added: “A good relationship with your BDM is key. There’s no such thing as an easy case anymore. Clients are becoming more diverse. One of the things I find really rewarding about this job is when a broker calls me about a case they’re really struggling with and I help a fellow professional out of what they think is a dead end.”
When he left school at 16, Heavens would love to have become a professional football player. But, realising that his soccer skills weren’t quite up to it, he set on becoming a sports physio instead, with hopes of working within his favourite sport. He took a job at Nationwide as a stop gap, and stayed almost eight years, working his way up from customer service to intermediary sales support.
He took a detour in his career, to work as a mortgage consultant, before returning to lending at Leeds Building Society, and then latterly at Family Building Society, from 2022. Having worked as a mortgage adviser, he holds the role in a higher regard.
“There was definitely an increased level of respect,” he said. “I guess my understanding of the role fundamentally changed, when originally I’d thought that people would seek out advisers to get that advice, and then realised actually how hard brokers have to work to find business. It’s harder than you think, the challenges involved with trying to win the business in the first place. I think that was something I massively underestimated before I got into it. It really opened my eyes.”

PWInsider.com is reporting that McMahon is working on a new project for WWE. The untitled project was described as a pro wrestling equivalent to ESPN’s Peyton’s Places series. The ESPN show features Peyton Manning discussing key moments in NFL history with other NFL stars and personalities.
The show will feature Stephanie reflecting on WWE’s biggest moments with other notable figures from the pro wrestling world. PWInsider reports that McMahon has already filmed content for the show and spoke with many names, including Cody Rhodes and Steve Austin.
Stephanie’s new show is still in progress, and no timeline or release date was revealed. The project was announced during a WWE employee and talent town hall meeting on Wednesday. This meeting is also the same one where Triple H was surprised with a WWE Hall Of Fame induction announcement.
Stephanie McMahon stepped down from her role as WWE Chairwoman and Co-CEO in January 2023. This coincided with her father, Vince McMahon, returning to the promotion. Vince has since stepped down due to the sexual assault allegations against him.
Since that time, Stephanie has sporadically appeared on WWE programming. She was at WrestleMania 40, and has been shown on camera sitting ringside at other WWE events.

Stephanie McMahon will always have a passion for WWE, but she has enjoyed spending time with her children. Triple H was asked if Stephanie would return to WWE during an appearance on SI Media with Jimmy Traina.
“I would love to see her back. Here’s the thing with her. [She] stepped away. Our kids are at an age [with] one in college and over the next four years, the rest will be in college. We have three girls, so it’s a very formidable time. And a time for her where she’s really enjoying having some downtime. She’s busy, she has a lot of passions, and pediatric cancer is a big thing for her, she’s doing some stuff. She’s still up to speed on a lot of the stuff we’re doing and clearly has her takes and opinions on things and it’s wonderful when she can be around.”
“I think she’ll always have a passion for this,” he said. “Whether she decides to come in and do some stuff, I think she weighs that on her mind all the time. But it’s the, ‘I want to do that, but I don’t want to give up all this time with my kids that I never give back again.’ What’s that saying, you spend 80% of your time you’ll ever spend with your kids until they turn 18, and then it’s over. Very aware of that, and she’s enjoying her time with them, very much so. Giving that up would be a tough push for her right now, but again, you’ll see her again. Maybe at [WWE Raw on] Netflix.”
