The Denver Broncos face several coaching changes

As the Broncos look to improve their team, they are going to have to work on improving their coaching staff as well. This is often the case when a team does a great job and has a superb head coach.

There’s not a tracker for coaching changes below the level of the offensive and defensive coordinators, but so far it looks like the Broncos have the following departures to be concerned about on the coaching staff:

  • Pass game coordinator John Morton
  • Inside Linebacker coach Greg Manusky
  • Special teams coordinator Ben Kotwica
  • Tight ends coach Declan Doyle

They did keep secondary coach Jim Leonhard which is a big win for the team as he’s got a superb track record and could easily take the next step up. I honestly wonder if keeping him on staff is the insurance policy for when the team loses Vance Joseph (which I think will eventually happen).

I expect Sean to have no major trouble filling these roles as the opportunity for up-and-coming coaches to work with Sean Payton will be a huge draw for whomever he looks at adding to the staff.

The Denver Broncos are gearing up for the upcoming season with several coaching changes on the horizon. After a disappointing finish last year, the team has decided to shake things up in hopes of turning things around.

One of the biggest changes comes at the head coaching position, with Vic Fangio being relieved of his duties. The team has already begun the search for a new head coach, looking for someone who can bring a fresh perspective and lead the team to success.

In addition to the head coaching change, the Broncos are also making adjustments to their coaching staff in other areas. The team is looking to bring in new coordinators on both offense and defense, as well as adding new position coaches to help develop and improve the players.

These coaching changes are a crucial step in the Broncos’ quest to get back on track and compete at a high level in the upcoming season. With a new leadership team in place, the team is hoping to make significant improvements and bring home some wins.

Stay tuned for more updates on the Denver Broncos’ coaching changes and how they will impact the team’s performance in the upcoming season.
