TRENTON, N.Y. — Last night, flames illuminated the sky over the Town of Trenton as burning waste wood from an Amish sawmill caused the fire.

This occurred on St. Rt. 365 Monday night.

The Barneveld Fire Department has stated that this was an unauthorized burn.

Due to the heavy snowfall, they were unable to access the fire trucks.
