LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – We’ll see overnight temps stay above freezing for the most part. Some patchy fog is possible, especially east of Lubbock.
Lows overnight drop to a range of mostly mid 30s to low 40s, with Lubbock stopping around 39. Then begins our progressive warming, working to a range of 60s and low 70s for Tomorrow’s highs.
Lubbock is expecting about 64 tomorrow, and we’ll anticipate adding a few degrees to the high each day. By Saturday, about 66, up to 70 Sunday, and mid 70s by Monday ahead of our next cold front.
The front will be dropping highs for New Year’s Eve to the low 50s, and our first day of 2025 to the upper 40s.
Game Day Forecast
Rainy tonight in Memphis, but that is expected to clear in time for Texas Tech in the Liberty Bowl. Mostly cloudy, game in the upper to mid 50s. Sunset is 4:56 tomorrow evening.
