Something deceitful is afoot, and whatever it is, it’s coming early into the new year. Peacock posted a cryptic image featuring The Traitors’ upcoming season on Instagram on New Year’s Eve, seemingly hinting at something coming on January 1 related to the new season. “New year, new treachery,” the streamer wrote in the caption; they also changed their bio to read “TONIGHT” with a sword emoji. Does this mean the first episode of season three is coming nine days early? Vulture has reached out to Peacock for confirmation on what this cryptic post means. But if it does mean that season three is coming out at midnight, the NYE party is really going to be cooking tonight.
