WWE Star Asuka Shares Scary Safety Update; Consults Police For Help

WWE star Asuka is feeling in danger.

Pro wrestling is arguably one of the most popular sports industries, with its stars being extremely well-known. Over the years, multiple pro wrestlers have shared stalking incidents and other scary situations they have been in with fans.

With fans troubling the stars at airports or stalking them at their homes, things have often turned intense for the athletes. Recently, opening up on a similar situation, former women’s champion Asuka shared the feeling of being in danger.

Tackling the situation publicly, the former champion opened up about it in a series of X(Twitter) posts. Possibly reflecting on a ‘scary’ fan situation, The Empress Of Tomorrow asked fans to not have “romantic feelings” for her.

“Please don’t have romantic feelings for me. It’s meaningless—100% pointless.”

She further stated how she has contacted the police for help and is even afraid of fans approaching her at airports or in cities.

“I’ve been feeling in danger recently. I’ve already consulted the police. At this rate, even if fans approach me at the airport or in the city, I will feel the possibility that something might happen, and it will scare me, making me unable to respond.”

Fans need to understand personal boundaries and make sure to not cross them while interacting with their favorites.

WWE Return Update On Asuka

Last wrestling Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill at Backlash 2024, she has not appeared on television since then. The star went on a hiatus in May and has undergone surgery on a persistent knee injury.

As per a report by Fightful Select, Asuka is now reportedly nearing her return, and the promotion has seemingly begun crafting creative pitches for her.
