Your First Alert to more cold and much more rain

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Mid-South is in for an active week of weather with three rounds of rain to impact the area along with cold temperatures for much of the week. Tuesday and Wednesday will be rainy days followed by a brief lull in activity and a little sunshine to end the week. Another system will move in Saturday bringing a rapid warm up and the threat for a few strong storms.
TONIGHT: Cloudy with rain along with a Northeast wind at 5 to 10 MPH and overnight lows near 40.
TUESDAY: Cloudy with rain for much of the day along with a light North wind and high temperatures in the mid 40s.
TUESDAY NIGHT: Cloudy with rain developing after midnight along with a light North wind and overnight lows in the upper 30s.
THE REST OF THE WEEK: Wednesday will be cloudy with rain early in the day along with highs in the mid to upper 40s and overnight lows in the lower 30s. Thursday will be mostly cloudy with highs in the lower 40s and overnight lows in the upper 20s. Friday will be partly cloudy with afternoon highs in the mid 50s and overnight lows in the mid 40s.
THE WEEKEND: Saturday will be cloudy with rain and thunderstorms along with high temperatures in the lower 60s and overnight lows in the lower 30s. Sunday will be partly cloudy with afternoon highs in the lower 40s and overnight lows in the upper 20s.
