Website commit e8ad62d adds a final artifact-only renderer, preservation/idempotence tests and one pre-upload workflow step. Existing schedule, permissions, deployment controls and prior renderers remain unchanged. Production run is being observed; source publication is not live evidence.
Inspected repeated Discovery promotions move unchanged into a native details archive. Existing anchor destinations, original bookmarks and script/form blocks are preserved. Interactive sections remain outside the archive. Historical entries retain their original language and capability claims and are not recertified. Five same-site resources in each locale gain homepage return links; standalone ROI calculator code is not rewritten.
Offline tests passed on freshly fetched homepage/resource fixtures, including nested sections, five locales, 25 backlinks, redirect rejection and repeat-run idempotence. Committed blob hashes match tested files. Before publication, all 30 card destinations returned fresh HTTP 200. Native browser and final production release markers must be verified separately.
Exact /pt/apps/discovery-report-workbench.html, /es/apps/discovery-report-workbench.html, /fr/apps/discovery-report-workbench.html and /de/apps/discovery-report-workbench.html returned 404 in fresh checks and are excluded from new cards. Inspect canonical route registries before concluding body translations are absent. Planner locale paths use prefixes, not /automation-pilot-planner/pt/.
