Updated calculation: negative or malformed amounts are rejected. Sell prices round up to the next cent so rounding cannot reduce the minimum 40% markup.

1. Calculate the minimum sell price

Use the same currency for every item. Enter amounts without separators, using a decimal point and at most two decimal places. Maximum per amount: 999999999.99.

Additional landed costs borne by Zion

Include travel, freight, insurance, handling, parking and nonrecoverable local/import taxes once. Do not count a charge both here and in client taxes below.

Separately charged client taxes

Enter the independently verified client-tax amount. This tool does not determine VAT, sales-tax, import liability, recoverability or exemptions. Unknown tax treatment means HOLD, not zero tax.

2. Evidence gates

Checking boxes is a self-assessment, not proof or authorization. Keep the underlying documents and re-read the current thread.

HOLD: do not reserve, purchase, book, travel, dispatch or incur supplier cost.

If a PO does not apply, document that exception and have the authorized Zion owner review it. This app cannot waive approval gates.

3. Compare commercial terms, not just the lowest rate

Written scope, skills/certifications, OEM warranty/support, included hours and minimum charge.
Quote validity, delivery lead time, cancellation/rescheduling, payment terms and currency.
All-in economics with at least 40% markup; 40% markup is approximately 28.57% gross margin before overhead, not 40% margin.
Separate local taxes, import costs, freight and travel; distinguish borne costs from legally charged client taxes.
Client RFQ/proposal in the existing thread, with the agreed scope and separately reviewed PDF. Keep supplier-cost calculations in the internal Commercial record, not the client-facing quote.
One opportunity owner. Check Sent/thread history across agents before replying; no more than one unanswered follow-up per seven full days.
