Your report stays useful even when email is unavailable

  1. See the result immediately. Report generation happens in your browser; you do not need to wait for a salesperson.
  2. Keep a copy. Copy or download the report from the questionnaire result area.
  3. Understand the assumptions. Readiness scoring and capacity-value estimates are planning heuristics, not measured savings, a technical audit, a quotation or permission to implement.
  4. Request email copies. The same report is submitted to the email provider for delivery to you and commercial@ziontechgroup.com, with Carlos copied under the current recipient policy.

Provider acceptance does not prove inbox receipt. If acceptance fails or times out, your browser report remains available. Check inbox and spam before resubmitting; use copy/download or the explicitly manual email fallback. This guide does not submit forms or send emails.

Only provide information you are authorized to share. Email submission sends the report and contact details to the delivery provider and named recipients. Do not include passwords, patient records or confidential client material.

What to prepare for the questionnaire

The current English questionnaire displays nine fields: your name, work email, company, industry, one process, monthly hours band, systems involved, your 90-day goal and start timeline. Some existing promotional copy counts eight questions; contact fields and business questions are not consistently counted. Use the visible form labels as your checklist, not the marketing count.

Choose one process rather than an entire transformation. Use a rough hours band honestly, describe systems at a high level and state a measurable goal. The report is a starting hypothesis, not a technical audit or guaranteed saving. No card or mandatory meeting is required; Discovery remains free and online.

Choose an operating problem, then explore related tools

These are connected exploration paths, not a certification that every repository or application is ready for your production environment. Check functionality, fit and data handling before use.

Compare related apps with one small, repeatable test

  1. Define the input. Start with a synthetic example or a sample you are authorized to use. Remove personal data, credentials and customer secrets. Do not upload a real ticket just because a landing page links to a tool.
  2. Write the expected output. For support, specify category, urgency, owner and escalation; for IT operations, specify an observable symptom, runbook step and stop condition. Compare tools against the same expected result.
  3. Check the actual application. Confirm which controls work, whether data leaves the browser, how errors are handled and whether the output can be copied or exported. A working URL does not establish working AI inference or production readiness.
  4. Record evidence and limitations. Keep the test input, output, review date and human decision. Mark missing features as unverified rather than inventing a capability or a savings estimate.
  5. Choose the next written action. Continue, revise or stop one bounded pilot. Ask Commercial for a written scope only when you need assistance; no meeting is required to keep exploring.

Check evidence gates → Write the pilot brief → Plan the reversible test → Compare related app paths.

Example: classify one synthetic support request with AI Ticket Triage, compare its category and escalation rule with Support Ticket Triager, then document human approval with the Governance Checklist. These are suggested evaluation steps, not a claim that the apps are integrated or approved for customer data.

One report, one documented next step

  1. Refine the baseline in the Report Workbench.
  2. Review the Decision Kit before implementation.
  3. Write a pilot brief with an owner, success metric and stop rule.
  4. Plan a bounded, reversible pilot.

Advance by email where practical. Discovery creates no purchase, meeting, reservation or site-dispatch commitment. Formal written client confirmation, an applicable PO and Zion authorization are required before purchases or dispatch.
