Are you HIPAA certified?

No. We do not claim a HIPAA-certified product or a government seal. We work HIPAA-ready and BAA-ready: written BAA when required, least privilege, audit logs, and a named compliance owner on your side.

Will you sign a BAA?

When the engagement will create a business-associate relationship, yes — after Discovery names the systems and the data. A BAA is not automatic on a $99 diagnostic.

Can we put the EHR behind an AI agent?

Not as a first step. Discovery will usually recommend IT ops and a narrow admin workflow first. Agents with write access wait for your compliance owner and counsel. See AI consulting.
