We install a named autonomous agent in your stack — tools, human gates, runbook, kill switch — not a chatbot demo left running. If the workflow is still unmapped, start with Discovery $99. If it is named, pay the package below.

What “installed” means

Installed means the agent can complete the named workflow with a short list of tools, stop or escalate when policy says so, and leave a trail. It does not mean a widget that answers FAQ. The production minimum matches the five-point checklist on autonomous AI agents.

  1. Named owner — a person who can pause the agent and change the allowlist.
  2. Allowed tools only — CRM, ITSM, email, Slack, WhatsApp, or internal APIs you approve. No runtime invention of new integrations.
  3. Human approval — irreversible or high-cost actions wait for a person.
  4. Audit log — tool calls, inputs, and outcomes are written down.
  5. Kill switch & rollback — disable the agent without taking the rest of the stack down.

Fleet Install

Up to three coordinated agents — for example intake, enrich, and draft — with shared bounds, not shared keys. Isolation rules are written before the second agent can call a tool.

Delivery sequence

  1. Confirm the workflow — system of record, allowed tools, human gate. If this is missing, we stop and point you to Discovery.
  2. Wire tools — least privilege; read and draft by default; writes wait for approval.
  3. Guardrails live — allowlist, HITL, spend envelope, kill switch, step log.
  4. Pilot with a human watching — not unattended on day one.
  5. Handover — runbook, owner, and the option to attach maintenance.

What is not in an install

Usage invoices

Model tokens, embeddings, and cloud spend stay on your vendor bills. Pair with FinOps if that line is already the constraint.

Unbounded autonomy

We will not install an agent that closes tickets, moves money, or changes access without a stop rule.

A second process you have not named

Sprint and Production are one workflow. Fleet is three named ones — not “whatever comes next.”

FAQ

How is this different from Starter $2,500?

Starter is a single AI/automation deliverable when scope is already a packaged project. Install Sprint is specifically a production agent with the five-point checklist. Buy Starter for a narrower automation; buy Install when the deliverable is an autonomous agent.

Do you install on our cloud or yours?

In your environment, or a Zion-managed loop you approve. Hosting is part of the kickoff, not a surprise SKU. Growth $8,000/mo is the managed-program path if you want Zion to operate a fleet after install.

What if we already have a prototype?

Do not buy a second install on top of a demo with no owner. Use configuration to put guardrails on what exists, or a Health Audit if it is already failing in production.

After payment, what happens?

Stripe redirects to /contact/?paid=…. Zion replies within 24 hours with the kickoff slot and the access list we need.

Install one agent. Then configure and maintain it — do not skip the owner.
