Third-wave traps
- Oman / Kuwait: Sun–Thu. Friday working is weekend +100%.
- Bangladesh / some Pakistan floors: Sun–Thu or Sat–Thu — name it.
- Croatia coast in August: evening hotel IMAC is OOH, not Zagreb NBD.
- Hungary / Slovakia / Lithuania: national days are not the Austrian or Polish list.
- Iceland: weather can slip NBD without being a holiday.
What this is not
- Not 24×7 FTE in every capital. That is a named FTE line.
- Not a waiver because another region is awake (see follow-the-sun coverage).
- Not bundled into NBD because the plant is empty. Empty plant on Saturday is still weekend.
