Choose an app with evidence, not a promise

Connect a specific workflow to a small, reversible pilot. A catalog entry or reachable page is not proof of functionality, integration compatibility or production readiness.

A practical selection checklist

  1. Describe the manual task, name an owner and measure the current baseline. Start with one process, not an entire platform.
  2. Compare related tools, inspect their source and test synthetic examples. Confirm language support, permissions and data handling before using real information.
  3. Choose one metric, a human reviewer, a review date and a stop or rollback rule. Record observed results separately from estimates.
  4. Keep only the tools that pass your acceptance criteria. No guide or Discovery report authorizes a purchase, site dispatch or production deployment.

Capacity and cost

Use ROI Calculator with ROI Tracker: estimate a scenario first, then compare it with a measured baseline. Savings are not guaranteed.
